Nacho Daddy - The Strip

We decided to try Nacho Daddy for a late dinner around 11pm, we had never been there before, but it completely lived up to the hype! There were four of us, and we each ordered a different kind of nachos — including the Fiesta Nachos and the Surf and Turf — and every single plate was loaded, flavorful, and absolutely delicious!! We all agreed these were the best nachos we've ever had! The drinks were yummy, and our server was super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. We couldn’t stop talking about how good it was even after we left. So happy we gave it a try, and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Vegas!

They have great service and amazing food! Vegan and veggie options too! Highly recommend - owner is amazing! We were there on girls trip and I would go back a thousand more times!

Food is very good and portions are large. Alexandria S was very kind and helpful in explaining what was gluten free and safe for celiac. Definitely recommend for Mexican food and gluten free options.

The service was amazing! The food was so yummy. We had the enchilada nachos. I like mine with more chips, but they are LOADED. Super spicy hot sauce and yummy margs. Will come again!

What started off rocky finished great! This is one of my favorite restaurants when visiting Vegas! Normally we go to the Henderson location but this one was a short walk from our hotel. Note that due to it being on the Strip, the prices will be between $2-$5 more (which we didn't mind for the location!). As this was the only eatery I REALLY wanted to go to, we made reservations and accidentally showed up an hour early. It was no problem and they sat us immediately right next to the kitchen, which was fun because we got to see the chefs at work. Our waitress was fast and super sweet! Her name might have been Anyssa? I feel terrible for not remembering. We placed an order for a beer flight (which was great!), the buffalo chicken nachos and the carne asada nachos. When I say they came out fast, they came WAY too fast.. I don't like feeling rushed during dinner but the food literally came out in less than 5 minutes. We were shocked because, how does food come out that fast? We were also shocked to taste the food and noticed that the buffalo nachos were lukewarm at best. The carne asada nachos were even worse. They were literally ICE COLD. It was clear they were extras leftover and just thrown onto our plates. I was really bummed but continued to eat them because I hate complaining. But we were there for the week for my birthday and my boyfriend knew how excited I was to go to Nacho Daddy so he asked our waitress if they were supposed to come out cold or hot. She apologized immediately and grabbed the manager. We explained the situation and he put in a new order of nachos right away for us. They came out STEAMING HOT!!! Gooey, melty cheese, carne asada meat cooked to perfection. I was in Nacho Daddy heaven. The waitress and manager checked on us repeatedly after and were so sweet about the whole situation. We left with full bellies and a very happy birthday girl! Thank you Nacho Daddy for being so wonderful!!

Bold, flavorful Mexican food that hits all the right notes! The spices were on point, and the Daddy's Michelada! Easily one of the best I’ve ever had, zesty, refreshing, and perfectly balanced.

I am Celiac, so I have to eat gluten-free and avoid cross contamination. All I have to say is this place is outstanding whether you are celiac or not. The food is incredible, the vibes are great, and the wait staff are lovely. They really seemed to understand my allergy and served me great dishes! I even ended up coming back because it was so wonderful. I got the pork tacos the first time, and the pork nachos the second (I liked the nachos best but I’m a nachos person). I wish this existed in my city!

We ordered two surf and turf nachos, along with drinks and a Churro Sundae 🍨 for desert. Everything was perfect 👌 and our server was consistently checking on us, making sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was super friendly, great atmosphere and the music 🎶 wasn't too loud.

We tried Nacho Daddy for the first time, and the food was really good! I ordered the nacho supreme with beef, and it was good and delicious, flavorful. I tasted all the spices in the dish. I had a Shirley Temple drink, and it was also good. I will definitely go back again.

Food is amazing here..if you like Nachos, this place is a must try. If you love Mexican food (even vegetarian like me), this place is goooooooooood to get a food-gasm. 😅😎

Nacho Daddy's had a great vibe and atmosphere! We had a craving for Nachos and this one hit the spot. If you're looking for good flavor and just a bit out of the ordinary, this is your place. The Original Margarita had great flavor and was not overly sweet. There is also outside dining on the patio. There was music playing as well as video throughout the restaurant. The music selection was awesome. Shout out to our server, Andrea, who made the visit pleasant. She was attentive and friendly.

Kenny P served up some solid recommendations and the loaded vegan nachos with plant based chicken were incredible. My mom and I loved them. I 10/10 recommend this place!

We really like this place. The nachos and margaritas are amazing and staff friendly. Beer options are also great. We've been a few times but would like to thank our server BJ, from our most recent visit, for going the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed. Definitely recommend this place for good food, drinks and service.

Happened in while in Vegas gotta say best Nacho’s and Margaritas friendly bartender too. Must stop if you visit Vegas. Maybe put the tortilla guy on the back of a tshirt 👍👍

Nacho Daddy is a go-to place for us when in Vegas. The salsa has the right balance of flavor and heat, the cheese sauce is delicious, and the variety of vegetarian meat options is amazing. The “chick’n” fajitas were awesome and way more than this one person could eat - easily shareable. The only bad thing i have to say about Nacho Daddy is that they don’t have one on the East coast. Hint Hint!

What an AMAZING experience we had at Nacho Daddy! Not only was the food delicious, but the service was EXCEPTIONAL! Our server, Kelly was great! And the gentleman that brought out our food, Victor, absolutely made our whole day! High energy, with such pride in what he does. Just awesome! And the manager, Jason was also very attentive to our table. Please don't miss out on Nacho Daddy! Just all around Great Spot!

Great place! Had a whole section dedicated to vegan food and it was AMAZING! We ate the loaded nachos so fast that we looked at each other and were like “WT!?” They were just soooooooo good! Our server was so friendly and quick! Drinks were delicious. We just cannot say enough good things about Nacho Daddy! Just go! And if you’re vegan, have the best dang nachos of your life!

I’ll admit it—when I heard our team dinner had been moved to a place called Nacho Daddy (a restaurant I’d never even heard of), I assumed we were in for a pretty average night. I was completely wrong. When I arrived, they had a long table set up near the kitchen for about 20 of us. But as more people showed up, it was clear we needed much more space. The staff handled it effortlessly. They moved us into a private room with two long tables, and we managed to fill every seat—around 40 people. The service was exceptional. Even after we moved rooms and everyone shuffled seats, the servers still remembered who ordered which drinks. Once the appetizers started coming out, it turned into a full-blown feast. Everything was delicious—and there was a lot of food. Several of our team members are vegetarian, and every special request was handled without hesitation. It ended up being a fantastic night with the team, and the staff at Nacho Daddy made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Thank you, Nacho Daddy—consider me a fan.

My server Alaya and the host were the sweetest! The service is definitely 10/10. Alaya asked my kids directly what they wanted to eat and how they wanted their food. She was patient with my 6 yr old. And thats alot typically servers ignore kids and ask the parents. We ordered nachos of course. The kids didnt like the rice on their plates. Aside from that the food was good. Definitely shareable size servings for the adults.

We had lunch at Nacho Daddy on 2-14-26 with a group of three and had a great experience. We started with chips and salsa, which were fresh and flavorful. For our meals, we ordered the Chicken Tinga Nachos, Golden Knight Nachos, and the Fajita Nachos—everything was exceptional. The food was hot, well-seasoned, and generously portioned, and the service was spot on from start to finish. Our server was attentive without being overbearing and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend making a reservation through OpenTable, especially if you’re going during a busy time. Overall, a fantastic lunch and we’ll definitely be back.

Nacho Daddy is located just off the Strip, behind Planet Hollywood. We were having trouble finding a place to eat before a show, came across the restaurant, and decided to give it a try. We sat at the bar near the open patio. The service was good, and our food arrived quickly. We ordered the Carnitas Nachos and the grilled shrimp street tacos. The flavors were good overall. Our only criticism was the nachos, there was quite a bit of moisture from the pork, which made the tortilla chips soggy. There was also a generous amount of pork compared to the number of chips. Overall, it was a solid spot for a quick meal before a show.

I stopped here for lunch on Friday & had the Thai chicken nachos & since they don’t serve ginger ale I went with Jack Daniels neat & a coke a cola chaser. Then I returned Sunday @ 9am unsure if they would be open since the line for my 1st choice for breakfast was too long. To my surprise they open @ 8am for brunch. This time I went with burnt ends on kettle chips & it was terrific. The restaurant itself is spacious & offers a variety of seating from tables to booths, an outdoor area & of course the bar. The staff of both of my visits were courteous & professional. They have several t.v.’s for sports & a large projection screen in the middle of the room. If you like tequila they have a shot with a tiny scorpion in it. Kinda like drinking the worm I guess. The prices are reasonable as long as you don’t overdo it with your bar tab. Good food good atmosphere definitely worth visiting.

Nacho Daddy has a really good, lively atmosphere that makes it a fun place to hang out and eat. I was especially impressed with the variety of vegan options on the menu, which is not always easy to find. I tried the vegan loaded nachos—the portion size was generous and the quality of ingredients was clearly good. While the taste could be improved a bit and wasn’t as flavorful as I expected, the overall experience was still positive thanks to the quantity, presentation, and thoughtful vegan choices.

We had a great meal at Nacho Daddy! We ordered the nachos, chicken fajitas, and chicken tacos—the taste was really good across the board. We also tried the Pina Colada; while it doesn’t quite hit that traditional Mexican style, it’s still a refreshing choice worth trying.

The area was nice, I got the Mexican corn, which was pretty good, but the corn was a little bit dry. I also got a Shirley Temple, it was standard. The atmosphere is pretty nice. There’s music playing constantly and multiple large TVs. The triple dip was pretty good, they had the latte warm with a freshly lit tea light underneath it overall good choice if you’re hungry, also is open late.

First night in Vegas stop. Service was quick. Birria Nachos were just ok, dry, nothing special about them. Definitely could use more queso to wet the chips more.

First of all, thank you for vegan options! Staff is great, presentation is beautiful, lots of options, just the flavor was off today! I was here with my family back in 2019 and plant-based fajitas was better than real chicken (my husband’s mom said so after trying both). Today in 2025 the vegan chicken felt like it was cooked right from the package, lacking flavor/marinade. From 11 am till 6 pm they offer small bites - cheaper but also smaller but you can’t beat the $5 house margarita add-on! It was perfect sized to accompany the Mexican dinner and tasted delish! Atmosphere is great, presentation of the fajitas on fire, literally!

Great service, large portions, and good nachos. We ordered the triple dip appetizer and the guacamole was super fresh, queso was some of the best (I’d buy it in bulk if I could), and the salsa was good. After that, we were brought the Golden Knights nacho plate. The portion was huge. Between my wife and me, we couldn’t finish it. The meat was so tender, not chewy at all. All in all, it was a great dining experience for us. We will certainly return. My only small complaint is that the bathroom could’ve used a touch up cleaning, and the windows on the entrance were splotched with many fingerprints.

Every time i go to Vegas I'm stopping at Nacho Daddy! The food was good and the service was PHENOMENAL! It's very rare that you get a waitress who's 100% on point! Mariah made the experience a million times better! You can't go wrong with Nacho Daddy and be sure to grab some gear. Enjoy!

First, I like the name. Lol second the food was really good! I would recommend the lemon pepper wings, delicious. I didn’t want cheese guac or sour cream on the nachos, so not the best representation, but I wanted to show what it looked like. Waitress was great, wait time was not long. Overall pleasant experience, the food we tried was🔥🔥 try it.

Always a good experience here. As a non Vegas guy it suits my style better. Staff is exceptional . How could they improve? Tap list weak.

I’ve been to Nacho Daddy several times, and it’s usually a great spot, but last night’s experience was a bit disappointing. The food was good, and the location is lively and fun, but the service wasn’t at its best—which I believe was just an off night, as I’ve had better experiences here before. However, the most surprising part? They ran out of guacamole! For a Mexican restaurant, that’s just unacceptable. That said, I’ll still come back because I know they can do better. Hoping for a smoother experience next time!

In all honesty I think the food is pretty average here, despite what people say. The atmosphere is great and the service from the girls is fantastic, price wise it’s reasonable. I’d avoid the chips and salsa as the salsa was very mediocre. The American Tacos (soft) are ok but the filling was tiny and the rice was bang on average.

I really wish the food was better but the customer service made up for it... we ordered the typical fajitas, bf, ckn & shrimp... the chicken was better but the bf & seasoning just wasn't right (might be the sauce). Lastly, the shrimp :/ it was definitely the frozen shrimp cocktail shrimp, very soggy & not grilled taste, so disappointing. I expected big grilled shrimp but the presentation was nice & the fire show they did to light up the fajitas. I mean we didn't try the drinks but i won't come back here since the same meat is typically on all the dishes...

I recently visited Nacho Daddy and honestly, the experience was just okay. I tried the sampler to get a feel for the menu, and while it looked promising, the flavors were pretty basic and nothing really stood out. It wasn’t bad, but definitely didn’t leave me wanting more — I actually planned to order additional food but ended up passing because the taste just wasn’t there. I also ordered the large margarita, which I was looking forward to, but it ended up being a bit of a disappointment. It had way too much sour mix, which overpowered everything else and made it tough to enjoy. Overall, it was a very average experience. If you’re looking for bold flavors or something unique, this might not be the spot.

It was difficult to find Nacho Daddy because of the construction in the surrounding area so, by the time we arrived we were hungry. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The atmosphere was relaxed, but a bit loud in terms of music/TVs. We ordered pork carnitas nachos, lobster & crab enchiladas and pull my fingers (chicken tenders with fries). My daughter loved the chicken tenders and fries. She thought it was well seasoned. The chicken was crispy, but still juicy. The pork carnitas tasted good, but it was more of a sharing portion than an individual entree. The lobster and crab enchiladas tasted like canned or pre packaged seafood. The seafood didn’t taste fresh and thus had more of a fishy flavor. I couldn’t differentiate between the lobster and crab flavors. Actually, I don’t even know if it really had lobster. The rice tasted fine, but it didn’t taste like authentic Mexican rice, more like Uncle Ben’s or something similar. I also ordered their Cadillac margarita and Mexican candy margarita. Of the two, the Mexican candy margarita tasted best, but both were potent. We paid approximately $150+ which we thought was reasonable. We may visit again, but not sure it would be our first choice.

The prices were ridiculous. I thought at $20-30 per plate of nachos the portions would be massive, but they are not. They were more like personal sized nachos. The food was pretty good (you can’t mess up nachos), but they were way too expensive. You may as well save your money and go why nachos at Rubio’s. They had a local beer flight which I thought was nice.

My boyfriend and I have been here a few times because the other times have been consistently good except this time. We immediately went to the bar to order take out and to have a couple of shots while waiting for our food. We got 2 vodka shots, 1 corona, 1 chicken quesadilla, and 1 fajita nachos. It was not busy (max- 8 people at the bar including us) especially since it was 2am but it still took over 10 minutes to get our drinks. Then we waited an additional 30 minutes to get our food. We brought it back to our hotel room and the food was lackluster. Fajita nachos are supposed to come with filet mignon. There were ABSOLUTELY NONE. We paid $30 for nachos. We honestly had better at the T-Mobile arena. The chicken quesadilla was also so dry. I don't know how it's possible to mess up chicken quesadillas. I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the quesadilla but I have multiple photos of the nachos itself. They also say that there's "never a dry chip" but they're clearly very wrong (see photos). We couldn't even go back to restaurant to make the complaint because they were already closed. TLDR: The service was incredibly slow, they missed major ingredients in our nachos (filet mignon), there are dry chips in the nachos, and the chicken quesadilla was dry.
