I would say of the probably hundreds of steakhouses in Las Vegas this has to be one of my top favorite restaurants I have ever been to. The service was next level Where are servers Jesus and Alex Took care of every single thing we could possibly even think of Along with our busser Reuben. I was very happy to be able to take my mother here for Valentine’s Day and they even gave each of us a rose with like the water thing attached to it, which was so sweet because my favorite flowers are red roses so that was unexpected. The food was all perfectly cooked from our wedge salad, The shrimp cocktail was great with the wasabi cocktail sauce, We absolutely loved the tableside bacon. I would suggest it as a must. Then my mother had the Filet mignon and I had the peppercorn in New York strip Along with the loaded, baked potato and glazed mushrooms Which were so good. I feel like we have the best seat in the house right by the fountains so it may the night even more special sitting outside and watching them go off as we ate dinner. I love the fact that they have people who come and see if you want to take a photo of you Because in me the moment extra special to be able to buy them and take them home, I suggest that as well. Even the dessert was great we had a molten chocolate lava cake and the coconut pie. From start to finish, the dinner was exceptional and I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend. Especially the servers, Next time I come back, I’m making sure I request to be in their section

Best ever dining experience! The Filet Mignon for my wife was perfect, the Salmon on a bed of cauliflower florets was delicious, the crem brulee was the best I have ever had, with sliced strawberries and raspberry sorbet on the top. The table view of the Fountains of Bellagio was simply amazing. Highly recommended!

Had dinner at Prime Steakhouse inside the Bellagio and it definitely lived up to the hype. The atmosphere is classy without feeling stiff, and if you get a patio table with the fountain view, it makes the whole experience even better. I ordered a steak and paired it with wine, and both were spot on. The steak was cooked exactly how I asked, tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they don’t cut corners on quality. The wine selection was solid too and paired really well with the meal. Service was professional and attentive without being overbearing. It’s not a cheap night out, but for the quality, service, and setting, it’s worth it. Great spot for a special occasion or just treating yourself.

Had an amazing time. The photos doesn’t do this place justice… server Terry was amazing very nice and had a sense of humor to go with it. Made the experience that much enjoyable. Lamb chops cooked to perfection. Martinis was to die for. Music was perfect definitely diversity in it. Not just classical music. Definitely make reservations prior to in opinion that is the way to go I had a party of 6.

Booked a table last minute and loved every minute of the meal. I don’t remember the servers name but she was blind, wore a bow tie and I think had glasses. She is the best server I’d ever seen. She knows the menu, describes the wines perfectly, makes awesome recommendations, checks on you at perfect intervals. I was tired so I only had the short ribs and polenta fries. Both were cooked to perfection. I tried the hawk and horse Cabernet which was ok. The wines by the glass for reds didn’t have anything that is on my normal flavor profile. It was either big and jammy like the caymus or dirty amd no bite like the one I went with. But that’s ok, I still enjoyed.

My mother recalled our memorable dining experience here a few years back and selected it again for a very significant family birthday celebration. At that time we were seated next to the fountain and she was charmed by the view as well as really appreciating the Shishito peppers that came with the filet mignon ordered that night. The online reservation experience was excellent, with a very thoughtful call center person who understood hearing was a concern for my elderly father. We were coming to celebrate his 94th birthday and didn't want him to feel isolated by the volume of a loud dining conversation. One of the reason reasons Prime was appealing are the beautiful and heavy blue velvet drapes that help dampen sound. Though not seated next to the french doors on this visit, we were nevertheless seated at a table with enough view that my mom could enjoy the Bellagio fountains, a view that significantly impacted her reasons for choosing to celebrate dad's birthday here. We ordered the seafood royale platter which was a split lobster tail, three shrimp, a fresh oyster, and a raw shucked clam. We also ordered the filet mignon medium-well and butterflied, the mashed potatoes, and the Caesar, to start. Eventually, when I ordered a glass of champagne (Veuve Cliquot) we added the obligatory fries to go with the bubbles. The chilled seafood platter was not large in portions but very fresh and delicious nevertheless. Fresh seafood was the right appetizer for the three of us. Happily, we discovered that Prime serves my father's favorite kind of rolls with salted butter. When the salmon arrived, mom thought the thick salmon was perfectly cooked tender, and she was right (though the grains and over soft broccoli didn't rise to the level of the fish). She appreciated the sauce though. Dad ordered the filet mignon medium well...and butterflied, which may have been the reason it came out disappointingly just well done. We ordered medium well because my elderly Dad has challenges chewing yet still likes to have his steak on a special occasion. But the saving grace were the different steak sauces that Kenneth took time to explain and introduce to us. Under the circumstances the sauces helped the steak. Also many thanks to Kenneth for offering to cut my father's steak for me when he saw l headed to my father's side of the table to assist -- his hand strength isn't quite what they used to be for cutting steak. We were moving through the dinner, and appreciated the staff's responsiveness and understanding that a slower more leisurely dinner was not the pace for us tonight. To wrap up our celebration meal, Kenneth brought out a lovely sliver of cheesecake with raspberry coulis and a lit candle so my dad could make a birthday wish and blow out the candle before heading out to win the jackpot. And there was Jocelyn (may have her name incorrect) who was exemplary in her attentiveness to our table's needs, especially the hot water that was important to my parents' ultimate enjoyment of their meals. Thank you. There's an elegance about this venue that is tone-setting. If ambience matters to you, this is surely venue to visit while in Vegas.

My partner and I came to Prime Steakhouse at the Bellagio to celebrate our anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, the entire experience was seamless. Even on a packed night on the patio, Sheyla at the host stand went above and beyond to take care of us. They accommodate us with a patio table overlooking the fountains something we didn’t expect given how busy it was. That set the tone for the rest of the evening. Once seated, we were greeted by our servers Dougie and Eric, and I cannot say enough good things about them. Their teamwork, timing, and attention to detail were flawless. Dougie especially made us feel taken care of, he was personable, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does. The standout of the night was the Kuro Ribeye topped with foie gras, which Dougie recommended. Hands down one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Rich, buttery, perfectly cooked a dish, it was amazing. The sommelier also guided us toward a fantastic wine pairing that complemented the meal beautifully. The passion fruit cheese cake Eric and Dougie brought out to us for our anniversary was very thoughtful ! From start to finish, this dinner was everything an anniversary night should be: special and memorable. Huge thank you to Dougie, Eric, and the entire Prime team for making our night unforgettable. We’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this place to everyone we know

Reservations needed, as they fill up quickly. So you can sit inside or out. The outside is a beautiful view of the Ballagio fountains. But I believe there may be a healthy minimum charge to sit there. The waiter staff are older and obviously experts at their craft. The food was in smaller portions, cooked to perfection, and priced as an experience. The wine list is as extravagant as you can be eccentric. The restaurant is hard to find, so allow for some time to wander around to find it. (Down the escalator by Louie Vuitton).

I’m just going to say WOW - !!!!! I eat out at great places frequently - but I have to say this was one of the best steak meals I have EXER had!!! Rib Cap was amazing and perfect in every way - I HIGHLY recommend it. PERFECT margaritas! (Please get more Fortaleza)!! Best baked potato ever! Chopped wedge do good - a bit too much dressing - but delicious! And the cheesecake - might be the best I ever had! As you can tell it was a raving fan great meal!!!

Although having a booking is essential they can be slow to serve on a busy night as they ran 45 minutes behind with our table reservation. However the food was fantastic! The Steak and the Mac and Cheese were the 2 call outs for me. This place is worth a visit if with a group

The food service and the ambience were all top-notch. This is clearly one of the best meals I have had in a long time. When we made the reservation, I originally made it out on the patio. I was not told about any conditions other than having to give a credit card which would be charged if I canceled the reservation with short notice. Fortunately, when I got the email confirmation of the reservation, I saw that on the patio there is a $175 minimum spend per person. We changed our reservation to inside without a problem. I think they need to make this more prominent when people make reservation reservations so that no one is surprised And bad will results. We arrived and were greeted and seated quickly. The room is absolutely beautiful with lush drapes and waiters in white jackets with bus people in blue. It is very formal and that is a nice touch, especially given the prices. The wine list is expansive and there is a wide range of bottles and and prices. Glasses of wine seem to be in the $20-$30 range. We had a bottle of Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc, and it was delicious at a cost of about $70. It was a little less citrusy and fruit forward than I am used to, but still very good. I was surprised that they did not have a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc on the menu. For dinner, we had to splurge and split the lobster Cobb salad, which was actually delicious. It was $65 for two and it was amazing. Plentiful chunks of claw and tail meat, lettuce, cherry, heirloom, tomatoes, little cubes of cheddar cheese, and not sure what else but also served with a Sriracha vinaigrette. The salad was really incredible and a great starter. Given that we had this large salad to share, we ate light for the rest of the meal. We shared a baked potato of note I had never seen a $21 baked potato before. As I said, do not look at the prices when you’re in town. It tasted pretty much like an eight dollar baked potato it was served with butter, sour cream, and chives, and it was delicious. I had the appetizer Dungeness crab cake, which was wonderful. I would’ve preferred it a little less fried, perhaps sautéed it was served on top of a sweet pea remoulade, which was amazing. It was foamy tasty and unusual. The size of the meal was perfect. I finished with a decaf cappuccino. The desserts also looked amazing but we passed. The service was really impeccable. It was team service and we primarily saw two waiters one was very authoritative and knowledgeable and function as a sommelier as well. This was a real treat. I would not hesitate to go back. Even if you need to take out a second mortgage, it’s worth it. Life is short.

Choosing Vegas to celebrate my 40th birthday was the best decision I made and Prime steakhouse made the experience even more amazing and unforgettable. The service was exceptional, the food was absolutely delicious and the ambiance was beyond breathtaking. Above everything the true icing on the cake was literally the icing on the cake. The Bellagio Patisserie did an amazing job with my personalized “Welcome to Vegas” birthday cake that was truly delectable. Both the patisserie and restaurant coordinated everything and gave me exactly what I requested. It was definitely worth every penny

One of the best steakhouses i've been to. Stunning views and delicious food. I recommend to book a table weeks in advance to secure a good table with a nice view. More on the pricier side but worth it.

Great service, drinks, and food!! Waitstaff was very educational and sincerely kind! It was our 30th wedding anniversary trip and they surprised us with a slice of cheesecake with a candle and chocolate sign that said Happy Anniversary. Our favorite, upscale restaurant experience ever! Pictures are from our window seat looking out over the Iconic Belagio Fountain Show!

Where is the 20.. 50… 100 star option?! There wasn’t a single moment I didn’t feel like royalty. The food and the service were beyond any of my expectations! After our group NYE dinner, we were invited to the private viewing patio for the fountains and the fireworks. Thank you for making my first anniversary celebration magical!

Wow wow wow, that’s all I can say about this place. I was a little worried at first after looking at some reviews, but we had a very exceptional dining experience. We were lucky enough to get a table towards the front of the patio. Let me begin by saying that the service was spectacular, we had 3 servers consistently checking in on us. The food was delicious. We ordered the salmon sushi as an app. Then we ordered the filet mignon and the bone in ribeye with truffle mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. (We also got 2 drinks). For me the ribeye took home the gold, it was cooked to a perfect medium rare, was perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor. Overall it was a phenomenal dining experience, I would gladly come back. Also the Bellagio fountain going off every 15 minutes add to the experience, it’s such a spectacle.

Great time at this great steakhouse. Great service and excellent food. Love the view and the light show in the fountain is the icing on the cake. Thank you for a great experience.

Place is fantastic. Price point is high but worth it if you order correct. Sit by the window facing the fountain if possible, especially after 8PM to see it all light up. Cobb salad for two was the best salad I've ever had. Old fashion drink was great. Steak was a 9/10, service excellent.

We dined at Prime on Christmas Eve on the patio. Everything was sublime from the cuisine, service....the Christmas music was superb. I had the filet and French gratin dauphinois , both were outstanding. My wife had the Caesar and seared salmon but the game changer was the bacon wrapped shrimp with passion fruit horseradish, so good we ordered another one. If you do sit on the patio there will be slight mist from the fountains. We will return in August for the wife's birthday.

Came all the way from Edmonton, Canada to celebrate my birthday here and it was so worth it! The fountain view is stunning and the atmosphere is elegant. The staff made me feel incredibly special—everyone mentioned my birthday and treated us like VIPs. Not cheap, but totally worth the experience.

We wanted a special dinner to celebrate a birthday and were not disappointed. This is definitely an upscale restaurant with food quality and prices to match. We each had a shrimp cocktail with 4 very large shrimp. I had the onion soup and my girlfriend had the strawberry salad. They also brought a basket with a variety of breads to the table. For our entrees, my girlfriend had the Sea Bass and I had the short ribs. For my girlfriends birthday, they also brought a decorated plate with a couple of macaroons (one coconut and one coffee flavored). For dessert my girlfriend had the chocolate lava cake and I had the passionfruit-mango sorbet. Everything we had was excellent! The service was also excellent - we had 3 people taking care of us. The portions were generous. The prices are high, the dinner as described was over $400 and we had no alcohol. It is a great place for a celebratory dinner - but bring your wallet.

This is definitely fine dining. If you are looking for that high end dining experience this is the place. We ordered a dry rubbed aged steak and it was Amazing. It was a little over a hundred dollars but was probably twice the size of cuts that we would see at places offering steaks for 60 bucks. Keep in mind they also had special cuts of meat from out of the country coming in around $400 to $900 if you’re looking for something totally mind blowing. The meat was perfectly seasoned, great temperature and melted in your mouth, we also ordered the Sea Bass, garlic mashed potatoes, cooked mushrooms for the steak and a couple cocktails. Total bill with tip was $350. The amount of food we received and the quality of the food I feel was appropriate for the price. Our waiter was very polite, responsive and took great care of us! I recommend this restaurant as a place to check out at least once if you have the desires to sample a luxury restaurant.

It’s expensive BUT it’s well worth it!!! If you want to be pampered with top notch service from the moment you walk up to the hostess desk - this is THE BEST RESTAURANT!!! Food is beyond incredible and the servers, especially John and Paul and the general manager Mr. Silva, are far superior than anyone in the restaurant industry!!! The chef and everyone in the kitchen have some serious talent and culinary skills as this restaurant is more of an experience than just a meal! We cannot recommend this place enough!!! We sat at a fountain view and it just enhanced our experience even more!! Seafood was exceptional and fresh, our steaks melted like butter and expertly cooked, our sides, were absolutely delicious!!! We had just gotten married and they showered us with congratulations, Champagne and macaroons!!! Once you have this experience, you will be planning your return! I know we are!!!!

We went for a birthday celebration and Prime did not disappoint. The atmosphere and view of the Bellagio fountains were spectacular. The service was excellent, with everything explained in detail and several servers catering to our needs. The cocktails were done very well. We started with the bacon wrapped shrimp, which were very good. My wife had the filet, and I had the wagyu rib cap, both medium rare and cooked to perfection. We had the brussel sprouts as a side. Overall, this will be a very expensive meal, but excellent for special occasions and a treat. I would highly recommend it.

Incredible experience at PRIME. I’ve dined all over Las Vegas for both work and personal trips, and this dinner truly stood out, especially given how quickly it came together for a group of 30 guests. The team was responsive, thoughtful, and made everything feel seamless. Special thanks to Roberto, Vanessa, and Russell for exceptional service and great guidance on wine and cocktails. The attention to detail around seating and overall flow made a big difference. Looking forward to many more dinners here.

My family and I celebrated Christmas at Prime and it was magical. Even the confirmation text was personalized and we were greeted warmly. We felt like we were amongst family (in the most positive way) for the holidays. The view is spectacular and the food excellent; but what made the experience special for us were the people. My husband and I came early for a drink at the bar and Doug was absolute ROCK STAR! Best bartender ever. Just the right.blend of story/telling history whilst giving my husband and me a few minutes to relax. Our server at dinner was Thierry and he was fabulous too. Meals with kids need a certain tempo and he made sure that everything went smoothly, even when my son fell asleep at the table! This is a great restaurant for dates and families--it feels special and memorable. Lots of thanks to Doug and Thierry and all the staff for working on Christmas to make my family's so special.

We had a great dining experience. We dined at the Italian restaurant adjacent to Prime a few nights earlier and the experience was not relaxing. We couldn’t hear ourselves think. But the experience at Prime was total 5 star. The ambiance was relaxing. The staff were friendly, and we could have a conversation without having to yell at each other. We would definitely return during a future visit. We recommend Prime if you’re looking for great ambiance, great staff, and great food.

I came in from Philly for my Birthday and Lawrence the GM made it such an amazing experience! He went above and beyond to make it extra special! My friends and I were blown away! The staff that waited on us were fabulous! Vanessa the GM also took great care of us and took the time to take pictures for us! They truly have the best staff and GMs a restaurant could ever ask for! My sister and I had a reservation at Prime Steakhouse 01/08/2026. Our server Richard was attentive and answered all our menu questions. His suggestions made our evening very special. We enjoyed the Lobster Cobb Salad. The chef sliced the Wagyu ribeye for us to share. The steak was served with three sauces that were all delicious. Overall a wonderful evening. This was the third time I’ve dined at Prime and always a highlight when visiting Vegas.

Exceptional dining experience. Prime Steakhouse at the Bellagio is outstanding from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant and classic, and the lakeside setting with views of the fountains makes it one of the best dining spots in Las Vegas. Perfect for a special night. The steaks were cooked flawlessly—tender, flavorful, and clearly high quality. Sides were rich and well-executed, and everything came out perfectly timed. The service truly sets Prime apart: professional, attentive, and knowledgeable without ever feeling rushed. This is fine dining done right. Expensive, yes—but absolutely worth it for the food, service, and experience. One of the best steakhouses in Vegas, hands down.

What an amazing experience! The staff was outstanding attentive and provided excellent service. The restaurant was very well appointed and we had an exceptional view of the Bellagio Lake and water show. The staff were all well groomed and and looked exceptional in their uniforms. The food was excellent and prepared with high quality ingredients and prepared and served in a timely manner. Which allowed for time in between courses for conversation and enjoyment. I would highly recommend prime and making reservations prior to your visit.

The restaurant itself is gorgeous and immaculately clean. The majority of the members of my party ordered different steaks and were extremely happy with the flavor and portions. I ordered the chicken, and unfortunately would not recommend it. While the flavor of the chicken was enjoyable, the texture was not. I found myself eating many grizzly pieces - so much so, that I left more than three quarters of the chicken untouched. Something important to note is that none of the main entrees come with a side. All sides are separate. If you are dreaming of a steak and potatoes, you must order the potatoes separately. We had two servers assigned to our table, as well as someone who always ensured our waters stayed full. The service was impeccable. A photographer will come around and ask to take a photo of the group, and couples that are within of the group. If you would like the photo and the custom frame pouch it comes in, it is $58.

Beautiful restaurant overlooking the fountains. Arrived at 9:00 pm for dinner and they lacked a sense of urgency. Waiter was smug, not very helpful. It was like an avg. restaurant trying really hard to be a fine dining restaurant but missed the mark. The shrimp were not firm, bacon wrapped shrimp were recommended and were better than the cocktail. Lobster salad for 2 was lacking lettuce. Overall nothing impressive, plus it was $200 per person. I do not plan on returning with all the options in Vegas. I would say the value exceeds the price if they lowered the price. They set a high bar but didn’t meet the standards they set.

Decided to make reservation at Prime steakhouse over at the Bellagio to celebrate my 1 year anniversary with my wife. Thought it would be romantic to see the dancing fountains while dinner but instead we were seated in a place where the trees or bushes covered our view to the most of the fountains and view up front. We were told that minimum per person would have to be $175 dlls for patio seating which was fine for us because of the special occasion but the least they could have done was give us a proper view of the strip. When server shows up she tells us the specials and the surf and turf caught my attention so that’s what I ordered, she obviously didn’t gave us the price of the dish but for being a “fine dining” restaurant I knew it would be around $150 atleast but to my surprise when getting the check it was $222 dlls which I find ridiculous being that the filet mignon was $80 dlls so we got charged $142 dlls for a lobster tail. I don’t mind paying that amount of money for food but it had to be something really worth while not what they gave me. If they would have given us a better view and price a bit lower it would have been a 5 star review. (I don’t want to sound cheap but it was just not worth it)

We decided to eat at Prime as Bellagio had given us some food credits. The room and view are beautiful. Our group all had steak. The steak was good (maybe a little bland); nothing special. We felt the restaurant was over priced. The service was good, but again, nothing extraordinary. Our bill which I will post was $403. We had eaten at Michael's at Southpointe the evening before. The bill there was ironically was also $403. Michael's was a better restaurant. Overall it is good for views but I think they take advantage with the pricing.

We booked this a couple weeks in advance to have patio seating which comes with a minimum spend of $175 per person. My reason for booking this was to secure a nice view of the fountains while celebrating our anniversary. Upon arrival, we were seated in a corner with a partially obstructed view of the fountains even though there may have been other tables with better seating available. The service was excellent as our server was kind and attentive and did bring us some complimentary items as they initially forgot one soup. The food was also very good. Now here is where I should warn future customers about potential issues with dining here. We expected our bill to come to between $400 to $500 max based on what we planned to order plus tip. Our bill came to over $700 which I feel is a bit of a scam given that we didn't have ideal seating to view the fountains and the food was not at that level of taste to warrant that kind of price. Our waiter had mentioned specials that we could order with a "little bump" in price. We were also charged for unexpected things like water and were suggested to order a side which added to the expense. They already added a tip of over $100 which was out of our control. I would say that if you dine here, be specific in what you order and don't order something like a special that's not on the menu as the charges can become outrageous. My only regret was also not asking to move to a better table with the fountain view given that we spent over 700 dollars for a dinner for two. I would rather spend that kind of money or more and get a better experience elsewhere like in Dubai.

Sunday 2/22/26 8:30pm, not too busy. 3 of us ate by the window, beautiful restaurant with a view. Gave the wrong steak to 2 guests, after 2 bites, they realized, instead of an apology, a server laughed because our 2 guests switched steaks to the right seats. Don’t get the breaded chicken dish! Rubbery & over cooked. Tried a filet & it was delicious. The lobster cob salad was so impressive! Loved it.

Very disappointed with Prime Steakhouse. For a place that charges $200+ per person and presents itself as a high-end dining experience, the quality and service were far below expectations. - Service was messy and rushed — we had three different waiters throughout the night. - My friend’s gluten allergy was mishandled twice (first with bread, then with sauces containing gluten). At this price point, attention to dietary restrictions should be a given. - The food itself was underwhelming: dry steak (had to send it back), bland sides, and overall lacking flavor. - Wine list was overpriced and not impressive. The view is nice, but that’s about it. For the cost, there are far better steakhouses in Las Vegas. Would not recommend.

Disappointed. We went for our 25th Anniversary and it was a huge disappointment. Made the reservation over a month in advance with the option to have a window side seat, noted it was our 25th and mentioned it again when we checked in. We arrived early and had a drink at the bar which was very nice with good service. Then at our reservation time, they took us to a corner table with no view. I refused it. We waited another 15-20 minutes past our reservation to get a window side table, which finally was spectacular. From there things seemed to get better. Attentive service, wonderful Somm (Kelvin) and absolutely delicious food. Started with the Caesar witch was good. The crispy salmon sushi was amazing. Then we split the bone in ribeye and a seabass. Both were perfect. Loved the side of fois gras and broccoli was an unexpected treat. Throughout the meal, we were asked if we were celebrating something and we told them our 25th anniversary several times. We finished our meal and then we were ignored for over 40 minutes. Waited and waited. Mentioned something to the wandering manager, but still waited. Finally, after we missed our reservation time at The Vault, we finally got noticed and I asked for the bill. They brought the bill (didn't use my points as I had asked) and that was it. No acknowledgement whatsoever of our anniversary. We've been made to feel more special at an Olive Garden. What a total disaster and disappointment, thus my 2-star rating. I mentioned something to the manager on the way out and she asked me to contact her if we ever wanted to dine there again. I can't imagine wanting to at this point. Celebration ruined.

Our experience at Prime this past Tuesday was extremely disappointing and far from what we expected from a fine dining restaurant in Las Vegas. We had a 10:00 PM reservation (booked through OpenTable), and upon arrival, the hostess , a young woman with black hair, big eyes, and who spoke Spanish , greeted us with a rude and dismissive attitude. She told us we only had three minutes left to order food, making us feel rushed and unwelcome right away. We asked for a table outside to enjoy the fountain view, and she informed us those tables had a $145 minimum. While that’s understandable, the way she delivered the information felt condescending, as if we couldn’t afford it. When we agreed to the minimum, we were eventually moved , but the tone had already left a bad impression. Once seated, the waiter offered us water, but it never arrived. When our food started coming, the side dishes were brought out before the main courses. Without us asking, they explained as they set them down that it was because the kitchen was about to close , which felt rushed and unprofessional. While we were still eating, the server told us he would be bringing complimentary desserts, admitting that he already knew it would be an uncomfortable situation. The desserts arrived together with the check, and he asked us to pay immediately because they were closing the accounts , even though we were still finishing our meal. To be fair, the food was good but the poor service and the way everything was handled completely overshadowed it. We came looking for a special dinner experience in Las Vegas, and instead left feeling disrespected and rushed. If the restaurant doesn’t want guests at 10:00 PM, they shouldn’t accept reservations that late. No one should feel like an inconvenience at the end of the night , especially when paying for a premium experience.

One and done…The staff were great the food was lacking for that price tag. Nice location but the steak came out suspiciously quickly and it was poorly seasoned. The sides were nice but it’s a steak house the main event is the steak and it was poor at best. Also one small crab cake for over $30 is laughable. On a final note they don’t let kids under 6 in but they let in people with tracksuits and slippers and it’s meant to be fine dining….Never again 👋🏼👎🏼

I came in with high expectations for Prime Steakhouse, but unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. I’ve been to many steakhouses, and calling raw meat “medium rare” was honestly surprising. When I asked them to please cook it properly, the replacement came back well done — yet still extremely tough and unpleasant. At that point, I wasn’t sure what they were trying to achieve. For the price, I ended up treating it more as a place to enjoy the atmosphere rather than the food, and I left most of the steak untouched. They advertise dry-aged beef, but there was no noticeable depth or beef flavor at all, which made it even more disappointing. On a positive note, the server was genuinely kind and professional. He even offered to comp the dish, taking responsibility for the issue, which I appreciated — I declined because his service itself was not the problem. Overall, this experience fell far short of expectations, and I don’t plan on returning

TERRIBLE quality. I can’t describe how bad the steak was,we ordered the NY “prime” steak, and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t prime at all. It was absolutely AWFUL. The salad looked very cheap, but the bill was $$$. Definitely not worth a penny. The only good thing here is the fountain view (if you get it)!!!!

If you're even thinking about booking this place for a special occasion/wedding night—don’t. Just don’t. I wish I had listened to the reviews, that ALL follow a bad service theme, before booking our wedding night dinner here. I’m writing this in hopes of saving another couple from wasting their time, money, and patience. We made a patio reservation months in advance for what should’ve been a romantic, memorable first night as a married couple. They got us seated at a gorgeous, private patio table… and then promptly forgot we existed. We were in full wedding attire, a gown and suit. Not one “congratulations,” no warm welcome, not even a “Hey, I’ll be right with you.” Nothing. You’d think they’d at least fake some effort when they see a bride and groom walk in, but nope. It took 27 minutes after our drinks arrived before our server returned to take our food order. TWENTY-SEVEN. MINUTES. We weren’t even being dramatic or picky, we were literally just sitting there in silence, waiting to be acknowledged like we were invisible. We ordered the "tableside smoked bacon" to start. Sounds fancy, right? Spoiler alert: it’s five pieces of regular bacon, with smoke flavor, tossed into a lantern, and carried out then the bacon is removed and sat on your table. No smoke, no sizzle, no tableside presentation. Just bacon. In a file folder holder. We looked and laughed at each other asking "did we really just order only bacon"? We both got the filet and split the mac and cheese and fries. The food was fine. Nothing memorable, not terrible—just middle-of-the-road, overpriced steakhouse food. If you’ve ever eaten at an actual upscale steakhouse and had service from a hospitality trained server, you’ll instantly know this place is all flash of the fountains, and not substance or service that make it worth celebrating anything there. We switched from cocktails to soda after our first round. But guess what? No refills. Or, rather—no free refills. Nobody told us we were being charged $6 per soda, and we ended up with a $30 soda charge because we had to keep asking for more just to avoid choking on dry steak. As someone who’s worked in the service industry, I know it’s the server’s responsibility to tell guests if it's a "refill" or if they would like to purchase another soda. Otherwise, it’s just shady and seems like youre racking up the bill. While they’re quick to enforce a table minimum, there’s no automatic gratuity, which is fine, because I’ll happily tip based on the service I actually received. And let’s be real, there was barely effort given, so guess what? A small tip earned. They weren’t busy. He wasn't overwhelmed with tables. They weren’t even seating new tables on the patio. It was clear our server just didn’t care. The lack of service had nothing to do with being busy. It was end of the night and I'm sure doing side work and closing duties. We had 8pm reservations and didn’t leave until almost 11pm, way past closing and not because we were soaking up the romance, but because service was that slow and checked out. On our wedding night. Make that make sense. And listen—I get they see couples ALL the time. Vegas is the marriage capital of the world, but this was OUR first few hours married. A little warmth, a little attentiveness, literally any effort would’ve made a difference. Instead, we were treated like a nuisance. This place might look upscale from the outside, but don’t be fooled. It's all about appearances and zero about guest experience. Overpriced drinks, mid-tier food, and a staff that couldn’t care less if you were celebrating or suffocating. Save yourself the disappointment. Go somewhere that actually values its guests—because this ain’t it!!!

Never been more disrespected in my life in a restaurant. My son and I had our last night in Vegas and we wanted to have a nice dinner. This place looked awesome so we wanted to try. We booked our reservation for 8:45 and arrived on time. They had a line so we patiently waited. When it was our turn we stepped up to the hostess stand and to our surprise she looks at us and then just stands there and stares. We quietly wait thinking she is possibly doing something else and didn’t want to be rude. After about four minutes, someone else walks up and she addresses them with a hello and proceeds to take care of them. So after she takes care of them she then decided it’s time to take care of us. She says “we are running a few behind on reservations” so we say ok, no problem. Thirty minutes later and after multiple parties arrive and are seated, we approach her again asking how much longer it was going to be. She proceeds to say “when your table is ready, you will know”. So I politely told her to cancel our reservation and we left. I’ve never been treated this way in a restaurant and it was very embarrassing. Will never visit this establishment again.

Days are numbered!!! "Irrelevant " restaurant with horrible food & service. We came here for my birthday & nobody said a single word to me and I noted it in the reservation notes. This establishment is supposed to me a fine dining service forward experience for the prices they charge. The restaurant was EMPTY as we had an early seating and they gave us the most awful seats in the corner looking at a pole with ZERO acknowledgement of the special occasion. I'm not looking for a dam cake but at least saying "happy birthday and thank you for sharing your occasion with us" would have been the correct service to provide a guest. Food was disgusting I make better food at home! For $300 for 2 people my Donald's serves higher quality with more attentive service. Worst part is THEY DONT CARE I sent my chicken dish back as it was a soggy breaded thing that looked like an old chicken finger I didn't eat any of it! Manager never came to table to ask why i sent the food back. A manager who doesn't care about food quality should be fired! The server still charged me and I only took one bite! For fine dining go elsewhere! Joel Robuchon @ MGM, SW steakhouse at Wynn, Stripsteak at Mandalay all have far superior service & elevated food. Do not waste your valuable time and money here!

My husband and I had reservations at the Prime Steakhouse at Bellagio. My husband made them over a month in advance since we wanted to sit on the patio underneath the fountains. She said she could make that reservation, and that we’d have to spend $175 worth of food and drinks to have that space. My husband agreed. It was our anniversary dinner, and we were really looking forward to it! We arrived to Prime 10 min before our reservation time and they started walking us into the crowded dining room. We explained that we had reservations on the patio and the hostess said no we didn’t. We explained that we did and she said we would’ve had to put $175 on our cc ahead of time. We would’ve done that but she only said there was a $175 minimum on the phone which we agreed to. The hostess then said that we would’ve had to booked two weeks in advance to get the patio and we explained we did it over a month ago, and she said that’s not true because two weeks is the earliest reservation time for the patio. Again if the lady on the phone would’ve told us that we would’ve called back two weeks in advance. She then asked if we wanted to be seated in the dining room or not. We asked if we could wait to sit on that patio, and she said we could wait at least two hours. We couldn’t do that since we had reservations for a show that evening. She was rude and never apologized for us getting misinformation upon making our reservation. We decided to cancel the reservation and she just said okay we took you off. We will never return and can’t believe they treat their guests like that. We would not recommend!
