I always love coming here, the cashiers are really nice and they are always attentive towards giving you a good service and fresh food. The establishment itself is clean but very small.

One of the better fast food restaurants in our opinion, especially for breakfast, which is served all day. We tried Dunkin Donuts breakfast sandwiches last week and there was no comparison. They were twice as expensive and definitely not as good so were back with Jack this week

FOR REAL, AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I came by during lunch and ordered food, got home and noticed they'd forgotten part of my order. I called, spoke with the manager (Daniel), and was told to come by WHENEVER (as long as I had my receipt) and I'd be taken care of...BOY WAS I!! I was only missing two orders of fries and was given a double order of each 10 HRS LATER!! (I was on my way to work at the time of the original mistake) Great job y'all!

My daughter loves milkshakes. Aside from running out of the round lids that milkshakes usually come in. It was a regular drink lid. That didn't matter because she had a huge smile and said it was delicious.

You know what we came around 130am and ordered almost half the menu, $70worth! The employees were calm and collective, friendly, and made sure we had everything that we needed!! The best customer service I have ever had!!

The juiciest burgers I've had in all Texas. The service is really quick and it is a bit cheaper than the average burger joint. I highly recommend the swiss cheese burger.

Come on now everybody knows that Jack in the box is good no matter what time you go get it the food is always good for people that serve you are always pleasant they take their time even if they can't hear you through that monitor through the drive-thru they take their time and they're patient they clarify your order and they treat you with respect and dignity and almost like they're cooking it themselves for you like your family well they are cooking it for you but you're not the family but they make sure by repeating their order your order that they got it right before they send it out through that window they're very hygienic they're always wearing gloves and masks well they have to because of the covet virus but I feel comfortable when I go through that drive-in because everybody in America should be paying attention to who's touching your food if they're have a mask on if they have a glove on clothes on and how they give you your food to you if somebody's got they don't have a mask on or they got the mask down below the nose and no gloves on I don't want that I don't want that food but the people that Jack in the box are very conscionable so don't worry about Jack in the box just enjoy the great food

I went in today during the lunch rush at noon and request a big dessert order . Again probably not the best time to order but the female manager on duty was very professional she check to see if she could accommodate my order. Her customer service was above a beyond while taking care of my order she was also taking care of other customers orders as well ... Usually pretty quick service here. Inside pretty clean, late night employees are actually very nice compared to most fast food places.

The staff was friendly. I ordered combo number 5 and the burger was really good. Even the lettuce was crispy and fresh.

Food hasn't changed really just the cooking time. Spent 15 minutes at the window behind 2 other cars that night waiting for a couple of burgers and a milkshake...no more milkshake for me. It's been the second time where I order vanilla and the extra topping seems to be black mold or slime...I havent seen them clean this so not sure if I'm imagining things but I certainly didnt taste vanilla.

If you dont care about calories, or are having a fatty day prior to your diet, do yourself a favor and order the bacon cheddar potato wedges. Nothing in this world will make you feel equally good and bad about your life decisions like those wedges. Terrible for you, great as a app. But honestly this is Jack in the Box. Solid fact food, good prices, I love this one cause its my childhood Jack in the Box. Often this was our Christmas Eve meal cause it stayed open later than most fast food. So enjoy the wedges, grab one of their burgers, and always get the tacos. It's a must.

I went to Jack in the Box today due to the proximity to work. I wasn't feeling having a burger so I opted for tacos. The customer service is excellent! They were courteous, kind and extremely helpful! Food came out exceptionally quick. Any place that has a Coca Cola Freestyle machine is always a plus. I was bummed that they are removing Orange Coke in favor of their currently marketed Orange Vanilla Coke. Once I had the tacos, it was cooked really good and piping hot loaded with ample meat, lettuce and cheese. However, I find it quite odd that they put in sliced cheese on the tacos when they offer shredded cheese in their salad. Which is really delicious! Hopefully I can ask them to swap it out. I don't even mind if I have to pay a little extra.

Good fast food. We love the tacos. Resturant was clean for being busy. Restrooms were cleaned. The manager and team seem to be running the establishment smoothly.

Honestly this place is hit and miss. Today the lady at the drive through was confused on a carmel mocha....the burrito was at least good this time. Last time it looked and tasted like they couldn't care less.....

Dining room very hot like no a/c, my spicy crispy chicken sandwich had too much mayo. Other food ordered was very good.

All other food is ok. Had that so called triple burger and it looked nothing like the commercial. Was very disappointed. Not even the size or thickness. All burgers seem small compared to other fast food restaurants, but if that's not a problem then it's the place for you. I can say the Midnight boxes are on point. Very tasty.

I've noticed that after the pandemic just about every fast food restaurant has distended walk in customers.. drive thru customers have preference. The places are dirty and unattended. Restrooms are filthy. I am a.single person . I eat out everyday . My orders are usually given to me in to go bag. Eventhogh I ask for dine in. The bags hardly ever have ketchup. But worst of all indi Ning tables are never clean or floors. Lack of hygiene

customer service is decent but every time I order food for pick up (2 minutes away keep that in mind) which has been about 4 times in the past month they always manage to give me a fresh sandwich/burger and old/cold fries. Went through the jack in the box drive thru and the young fair skin brunette attend us at the speaker. From the receipt I got his name is Adrian. There was another older man who attended us at the window and he was very nice and patient I apologize if he’s Adrian and we did not get the name right. As for the rude ADRIAN… I did not appreciate the attitude given towards my sweet mother. You had the audacity to interrupt her as she was ordering and then get mad that she did not understand what you said and then proceeded to raise your voice with an attitude repeating your words. She did not ask for the manager as she assumed it was regarding it being the new year and you guys might be under staffed. Regardless, there is better ways to handle it rather than being RUDE to your customers. If you do not enjoy working there rude Adrian then please do not take your attitude out on others that are nothing but nice to you. I wish it was me on the driver seat as I would not have been nice about it like my mother. She left without saying anything but I will not let this possibly happen to someone else. Fix your customer service rude Adrian. The 2 star service is ONLY for rude Adrian. The other older gentleman was nice. I hope the managers see this and talk to rude Adrian and address the concern or find someone else who is more capable of doing the job for returning customers. Thank you.

I’ve never had an issue until today I asked ranch as my dipping sauce and displayed on screen and receipt and still manage to give me red hot sauce and request to get ranch only gives me 2 is it that bad that they only Provide so little when we are paying the meal!!

I went around 12:30 am thru drive thru and ordered one loaded taco and a southwest salad. I gave the cashier $2 in cash ( 1 dollar bill and 4 quarters), and the rest on card. But when he gave me my receipt he charged the whole thing on card. :/ I noticed but didn’t say anything cus it’s only 2$ and I wasn’t up for that convo. But the cashier was wearing a grey button up so I assumed it meant he was some sort of like shift lead or something? Idk I thought he woulda done it right. But it’s cool. Just incase anyone wanted to go there around this time at night make sure they charge u correctly:) food was good tho. Edit: it’s the next day and I kinda want to go back but I don’t think I will anymore:/ wish I would have said something now that I’m thinking about it.

So Jack in The Box has been my favorite fast food place since I was a kid. Unfortunately when I went to this one, the bun on my burger was hard enough that is sounded like a rock when I tapped it against the table and my fries were cold and soggy. Only thing I was happy about was the buttermilk ranch I got to take home..

I mean it's obviously the employee that makes or breaks the experience from not caring at all about anything and smoking weed in plain sight while keeping you waiting , to prompt service and decent food to prompt service fresh food and a smile so if you get all three fresh food fast service and a smile I'd cross the street and buy a lotto ticket at the 711

Although food was not over or under cooked it took 20 mins to get the majority of our food and when we got that majority they had to ask if that's all we ordered to which we replied we didn't get our chicken strips then asked for sause 3 diffrent times because none were provided with the meal. It also shows your staff wont work hard if the cook is eating with his family in the back of the resturant on the clock and the manager is sitting out in the lobby chatting with family instead of making sure all standards are met

Open past midnight on a Tuesday, and just down the street from the Alamo Drafthouse. I'm not sure if it's normally understaffed or a freak incident, however 28 minutes for 2 orders of 2 tacos and some churros is an obscenely long time to call this "fast food".

Tried Jack in the Box for the first time. Hamburger was below average as far as fast food burgers go.

Good customer service and efficient but the burguers are the worst they don't care by appearance and sometimes are cold the fries are okay but this is bad ..I don't know if laugh or claim to change the cook this is the second time that this happens

I’m a big fan of Jack in the Box, and this location is incredibly convenient for my commute. However, I’ve had several issues with order accuracy. Beyond the mistakes, the service from one of the male staff members has been of unprofessional attitude. I understand work can get stressful but that frustration shouldn't be directed at the customers.. I appreciate that the team is busy, but it shouldn't result in poor customer treatment.

I live on the same block so visit 2-3 a week, I like the food. However, after my experience today, I will no longer be able to continue supporting this location. I placed an order for pick up on their app. When I walked in to get it, they told me that it had already been picked up. Mistakes happen, I get it. No big deal, just remake the order and that’s that. They did remake my order after I showed Adrianna, the manger, the order on my phone. Her attitude was very rude, confrontational and unprofessional. She really hesitated to remake the order even after I proved it was mine. She actually embarrassed me, I felt like I was trying to get free food or something. Customer service is a skill that she unfortunately does not possess.

While I was ubering this morning, I walked into an establishment at the wee hours hearing loud music coming from the kitchen. I don’t mind music in the workplace but, as the customer do I really need to know what you’re listening to?? I waited a while before I started recording only bc it seemed like workers were ducking n dodging wanting to (take my order).

Stood at register for almost 10 minutes. No one acknowledged us or even looked at us. Finally took my friends order and then walked away again without acknowledging I was up next. Ordered on Uber and was very disappointed. It was four items: a burger, a ten piece and two tacos. By all means an easy order and yet they managed to screw not only that up but they failed to put in the two sauces that are offered with the nuggets. Really shouldn’t be so difficult.

I ordered through the app, which is so convenient! One of my items was the bacon and cheddar potato wedges. Opening the box was such a disappointment. The wedges had very little cheddar and hardly any bacon!! I posted a picture of them and hopefully the staff will make sure this does not happen to another customer!!

"We are only taking cash", sounds alot like. I only put money in my pockets from 2-3am. Ordered my food paid cash. Got sides but no entree at all that I ordered. repeated it twice. Just worked all night. As a bartender & server at a restaurant. Looking for a quick bite not asking or looking for alot at 2am after work. Wait in line for 30 min to get my money back as I want none of my food. Not what i ordered. After a 45 mins or so in total to leave with no food. Cant trust somone to remake your food at that point. Go down the street. McDonald's not taking orders. Literally nothing open. Or making food apparently. Andrea's. Absolute professional, obviously young pay him a bigger salary now. Because he is to good & will outgrow this company soon. 👍 50/50 no food Andrea's was cool.

Slow service. 15 min for an Oreo shake. I thought going inside would be faster. Than the 10 min I waited in the drive thru. Nooope. Even with nobody inside the restaurant. They decided to bring an order of food out after the customers came in after me. Joke of a place.

Night manager (Andres) in charge is a complete clown. He is so highly disrespectful and laughs at you through the window with the other employees. This jack in the box location really needs to hire a better employee than this joke of management. Please consider taking responsibility for such a horrible employee who lacks customer service, efficiency and responsibility.

Made a delivery order, they got my order wrong. Called to see if they could refund me for that order or replace the item. They told me it was possible but that I’d have to go to get the replacement or the refund, bad customer service. At least, suggests to deliver what you messed up on. Just lazy.

They charged me over $19.00 for a freaking burger 🍔 that was completely different from what I ordered. And a chicken wrap that had absolutely no chicken in it. Just tons of frozen cheddar cheese and lettuce. They swiped my Mastercard gift card 4 times. My balance on my gift card was $41.00 and they swiped 💳 it so many times until it got declined with a $9.00 balance. I'm very, very unhappy with this location and I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy!!!!

I visited this place because my favorite restaurant was closed. I visited this place twice and twice I got bad service, old french fries and flat soda. Even though Jack is one of my favorite fast food restaurant, I'm not coming back. Booo double booo.

I just went through the drive thru not long after writing this review and I am not impressed with Adrian's customer service. I don't know why (as someone who used to work in a restaurant myself) he decided to visibly display his stress or attitude towards me by rushing me at the drive thru (which I only took two minutes in total to order), rudely telling me the total without even saying hello at the window, and just looking like he was annoyed or infuriated by my presence at his workplace. I forgot people are supposed to work and attend customers in a customer service/restaurant job, but hopefully he'll read my advice of leaving his bad attitude at home and not bringing it at the workplace.

Horrible customer service spoken to with condescending tone from female store manager. I requested law enforcement discount to which she responded "you don't qualify." She stated "that's only for first responders". I showed her my ID and badge. She stated "if I were to call 911 would you show up?" I'm not an arresting agent but am a public servant of the county and a law enforcement officer. This is the only location that has ever done this to me. This is the second time...

Don’t go at night time. We all know the night shift is always the lazy careless shift. This place don’t care about your order. All they care about is trying to get your oder and getting rid of you. I went back for and this young dumb unprofessional young manager, seemed upset I confronted him. They kept starring at me threw the window laughing. I told my bf don’t eat what they give you, most likely out of spite and his negative, they did something to it. Hence the laughter while they stare at us. I’m keeping the food and talking to a more mature in charged manager tomorrow.

Not impressed at all, won't go here until I here from the owner. Came from New Mexico (live in El Paso) and I ordered a simple meal or combo. Sourdough jack combo with jalapeños and curly fries. We repeated the order at the window, the cashier relayed the message via ear piece headset to I suppose the cook to add jalapeños which I paid I believe either 30 or 50 cents for and as you can see on the picture there is only 3 jalapeño slices which were set in one quarter area of the burger. So either you charge 10 cents a sliced piece or you need to train your staff on how to make burgers. The curly fries were cold and the (large order) looked like a small as well as the burger which simply tells me it was pre-made and they added extras to it. At 2am in the morning you should make orders per order so it's hot and fresh. I want a refund on my order it was terrible. Late night terrible food is here in El Paso.
