We usually don’t stop on a road trip up to Sacramento, but I was craving a hamburger and the kid wanted fries. We also needed to stop for a toilet break. This is the first time I’ve used electronic board to order our food, but it was pretty easy and quick. I don’t know that will stop here again unless we need to go to the bathroom, but the food came out hot and it was fast and easy
Good experience, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good as always. Toilets needed some attention but not bad. Overall a very pleasant experience!
I'm on a low sodium and low cholesterol diet. I'm happy I can have a option to choose plain and no salt menu item. Place is clean and service is acceptable. It even has two kiosks to take my order and accept my payment without even going to the order counter. Update: increased from 4 ton5 stars Recently went back to this location and the restaurant has been renovated, looking really nice. We ordered from the kiosk which is super convenient. The staff working provided excellent service and were very friendly. The food was fresh and very tasty.

Quick, reliable, and consistent. This McDonald’s gets the job done every time. Orders are usually accurate and the fries are almost always fresh. The place gets busy during peak hours, but service holds up well. A solid go-to when you want something fast and familiar.

It was a busy morning. When I came up to the drive thru to the pick up window(2nd to last). She gave me my orange juice and said something. She was away from the window and I did not understand what she said. Waited for her to repeat but she looked confused. Waited some more and she finally said something like that's your order. I repeat my order and she said "stall 2". I said oh sorry and drove around to parking #2. Waited for around 5min. Someone came out said somethinglike "drive thru order" I said yes and grabbed the bag. I noticed there was a pancake tray like and called her back. I said this is not my order. She took it back confused and asked for my receipt. Someone else came back over 5 min later with my order. It was missing one sandwich and a hushbrown and one of the sandwich was wrong. I was at the parking lot exit and running late so I had no time to go back. 😞

Was standing next to the pick up sign yo pick up food and instead of asking if ive been helped the you you lady hide behind the eall laughing and call her co worker tells him why is the guy standing there?? 🤯. Idk what changed in the past 6 months because it used to be decent here. Now, (specifically the night crew) foods okay they always make it messy, the workers always got attitude, and they take FOREVER. People standing there on their phones instead of grabbing a drink.

Let me start by saying I have enjoyed McDonals food for 55+ years. After working a very long day 13 hours, I was very hungry. I stopped at the Lathrope Ca Store to get a break and satisfy my hunger. Due to my fatigue , I did not notice that the store seems to be fully automated when it comes to ordering inside the store. I stood at the counter for what seem to be 5 to 7 minutes as McDonalds employees looked at me without any concern or direction. I finally noticed the kiosk and proceeded to order. However the kiosk had a problem , the kiosk printed a receipt and directed me back to the counter. AGAIN I was ignored 5 more minutes went by . I left and went to In N Out . No were problems getting kind and quick service there. This is not meant to be an insult, just the truth. James
Came in ordered 3 burgers and once I paid they said they’re receipt machine wasn’t working. So then I pick up my food and I’m missing 1 burger. I mentioned it to the guy and he said I only ordered 2 only. Then he said if I wanted to order another one I would have to go back in line and order it. Poor service.
Soon slow. Too many orders not enough employees. Not one employee was addressing all of the people that were waiting. I don't even know if they processed my refund to my card correctly.
One star because they couldn't find my mobile order so they made me go around the drive thru again. I wasted 35 minutes going in circles for 2 McChickens. Also the order clearly stated to not add any condiments to the cheeseburger but they still did.
i came two minutes before 10:30 and as i finish ordering, i hear the order taker being yelled at about there being no more breakfast. she tells me they can’t do breakfast anymore? that’s just so ridiculous, i end up just driving through.
Me and a few co workers mobile ordered for the grinch meals. After patiently waiting while they took a long time to make simple meals. They still somehow forgot the MAIN thing, the 10 piece chicken nuggets. This wasn’t discovered until after arriving back at work. I tried calling and going back to the store. No one was helpful and they said I had to wait for a phone call 24 hours later. Well about 30 hours later (didn’t know they were so busy) Patricia finally called to tell me she refused to refund my $16 order and the max she would go is $3 and something cents. Then the real kicker is that she said I had to drive back to her store for my refund. For the order I placed on the app and the same store who REFUSED to refund it the same day. On top of it all the quality of the food was trash, the real grinch in this experience was the store manager and employees, all who were useless. I hope no one ever goes here and encounters an issue because they won’t help.
Wanted to try their promotion but the app won’t accept payment. Tried to contact customer service and just get error messages. Absolutely worthless—will go to In-N-Out instead.
Giving it a 1 because we wanted a small cup of extra Oreos and hot fudge and they wouldn’t do it they said that they don’t do that. But other locations will do it without any issue, even if it’s an up charge or an extra fee.
night shift manager disrespectful white guy with mustache pony tail with puffy hair he told us our order very rude he said “ you order a mcdouble meal and all of that” and said “okay ur is gonna take a while” and i told him how long would it take and he ignored me and slammed the window door. and 6 cars that pass us and they have us waiting in the 3rd window for so long and all i order was a mcdouble meal and a ranch chicken wrap we waited for 16 minutes
One star only because zero isn’t an option. I placed a breakfast order through the McDonald’s app and arrived before the breakfast cutoff time. There were only four cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, but because of how painfully slow the service was, I didn’t reach the speaker until a few minutes after the breakfast hours ended. And guess what? They refused to fulfill the order—even though the delay was entirely on them. Now I have to wait up to seven business days to get my money back for food I never received. Absolutely ridiculous. To make matters worse, the employee I spoke to, Miss ISABEL, couldn’t have cared less. She offered no help, no apology, nothing. Just a blank stare and a “not my problem” attitude. This location clearly doesn’t value customers' time or money. If you're going to take mobile orders for breakfast, maybe make sure your team is fast enough to actually serve them. Never coming back to this location.
I’ve never had such a frustrating experience at a McDonald’s. I walked in ready to order at the counter, only to be told they won’t take orders at the register. I asked politely if someone could just take my order, and the employee flat-out refused and pointed me back to the kiosk. What’s the point of having staff if they can’t even help customers directly? I’m all for convenience, but forcing everyone to use a machine—especially when there’s a perfectly good employee standing there doing nothing—is just bad service. Won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.
They are always messing up my orders. Make sure to check your order before you leave. This last time, I ordered DoorDash and the fries were partially filled. The bags were sealed so it wasn’t the dasher. I also ordered a sweet tea and go an unsweet tea with a ton of sugar at the bottom of the cup. This is the absolute worst McDonald’s.
I had a difficult experience at this McDonald's. I ordered from the new electronic cashier machine. However the payment Gateway on the machine was broken which meant I couldn't pay by credit card or cash. As a result I had to stand in line two different times. The first line was to use the electronic machine for my order and then the second line was to stand in the line where you are served by a real person. This is such bad programming. The machine should be designed to not at all function if users can't make electronic payments otherwise it defeats the purpose of the whole device in the first place. Additionally the hand wipes container was empty. I know this is a busy place but if you're going to add an extra like that to improve health and hygiene keep it stocked. Overall I would recommend folks pick another McDonald's in the area.
