Order from this place to gave them another try But I learned i shouldn’t waste my money. Sent me wrong order and when i called the store lady who answered the phone kept telling me that your order didn’t even deliver yet disconnected on me . Called back and she said o I can refund you no apologies or anything. Thanks for ruining our night.

Order pizza for carryout. Staff was really friendly but the pizza is not worth the price. It’s expensive and is pretty bland.

Overpriced salad bar $11.99 for a small plate yes it’s all you can eat but it’s just salad only no desert/fruit etc. When it’s busy Place is messy/tables are dirty all the employees are at register seems like nobody cleans the tables & floors.

Staying at the hotel nearby and stopped here for a bite to eat. Ordered a toasted ham sandwich that tasted ok but was missing the cheese entirely and barely enough ham to even qualify as a sandwich. It was supposed to come with chips but when we picked up the order were informed they were out of chips. No offer to provide a replacement or refund a portion, just “out of chips”. One guy was mopping the floor and two employees slipped coming out of the kitchen with one of them falling very hard to the ground. Some employee training in order. Also very pricey for what we got. Can not recommend this restaurant.

Ok on the sandwich, barely. Hardly any meat and no cheese at all after requesting cheddar. They didn’t have any chips to go with the order and didn’t say a word or offer a substitution before we were leaving. They were mopping the floor prior to closing and one worker nearly slipped, another slipped and fell coming out of the kitchen. Wouldn’t recommend this place and wont ever go back. High priced sandwich and Bad music as well.

My girlfriend ordered us dinner tonight and it had an estimated delivery for 45 minutes to - 1 hour. That was fine and it arrived in around 10-15 minutes. When she checked the items, the garlic knots were all raw, the pizza was cooked right. She called the store numerous times and spoke with someone to get it redelivered and finally the manager (Romal “lady in blue shirt”) told her that they would not replace it because of they were too busy and not enough delivery drivers. She continued to complain and eventually the manager it’s because the item cost is under a certain amount. (7:48 PM) They told her she would have to pick it up because they were not bringing it. She called me to stop by on my ride home (already a 2 hr drive after a 14 hr work day). She said to pick it up they were remaking it. When I arrived I told them I was here to pick it up and was told to wait. I was already upset that it wasn’t ready. Guy in a black shirt looked scared and didn’t want to barely talk to me. (7:52 PM) They must have had to cook it and told me it will be two minutes. I waited almost ten minutes and when it was ready they placed it on the table. They set it there and backed away and I went to speak to them about their service. I asked why was she told you can’t delivery when you guys made the product inedible. We live 0.7 miles away. She states it was policy under 20 dollars they don’t deliver it again. I told her that she was 6 month pregnant and at home with a 20 month old baby and that’s all she could do. Tell her to come pick it up. She couldn’t offer a credit for something to off set for the poor quality and even poorer service. Even when expressing my concerns for their establishment she still didn’t offer a single thing to make it better. She was very rude in her lack of any customer service. The sight of behind them states the customer service commitment and then on the other side states they can refuse service to any customer. That just cancels out each other. I asked for her name and I would contact the company because they are a franchise. She went to the back to talk to her employees and gave me her name finally. Just stating the same story all over again. I took the garlic bread home and left. When I get home I find out that they were suppose to give us garlic sticks instead and it was the wrong item again. But at least it was cooked properly. So garlic knots were (9.99) and garlic or cheese bread was (7.99), so we got the wrong item again and even loss more money. By the time it was all done the original pizza was cold I left around (8:03pm). Just really terrible service and no care, we should have tipped at the door because we tipped for a service that was terrible. Waste of money and horrible service. I would recommend Pizza Guys or something to anyone else. I should have been at least compensated for the waste of time and if not at least a coupon or a credit. She stated that when we order next time she will personally deliver our order. I will not be ordering here again after that experience and dealing with uncaring people.

So the boneless wings are chicken strips from Walmart cut in half, they are soggy and taste like a freezer. they claim mountain Mike’s is sending these and I called the mountain mikes I usually use they said no lathrop mountain Mike’s is lying! DO NOT BUY HERE! GROSS!!!!

Absolute worst customer service ever. Didn’t accept or deny the DoorDash within store hours and when I called and tried to talk to them they hung up on me several times. Disgusting customer service.

BAD EXPERIENCE — NEVER COMING BACK! I ordered pizza from this place and the guy were super rude! No plates were given, and when we asked for ranch, they refused to give it. Later they said we had to pay extra — seriously? We’ve been regular customers here, and this is how they treat us? Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. Learn how to talk to customers! We spend money, not beg for food. Worst service ever!

I spent $75 on pizza expecting a great pizza night with friends, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I ordered one medium Veggie Himalayan Spicy and two small Tandoori Chicken pizzas. Instead, I received two medium pizzas without being informed in advance that small sizes weren’t available. A simple heads-up would have made a big difference. To make matters worse, I had specifically requested no cheese on one of the Tandoori Chicken pizzas, but it came with cheese, completely ignoring the dietary preference. Because of the mix-up in sizes, I had to give away one pizza, and my friend suggested cutting it in half to make it work—but honestly, it didn’t look presentable at all. This was meant to be a fun pizza night, and it was ruined by poor communication and service. I usually don’t like giving 1-star reviews, but for the amount I paid and the lack of attention to my order, I felt it was necessary. Please make sure to inform your customers when an item or size isn’t available, and double-check special requests. That kind of service goes a long way. Order under the name of Yuvi
