The food is truly excellent, prepared with fresh, top-quality ingredients. The service is distinguished by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff, always attentive and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. I ordered the spaghetti with clams and bottarga, accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine, and to finish, a delicious chocolate panna cotta. Every dish was impeccable: the spaghetti was flavorful and well-balanced, the wine complemented the meal perfectly, and the panna cotta was the icing on the cake, creamy and deliciously indulgent. I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area: an excellent choice for enjoying quality dishes in a pleasant atmosphere.

We've been to this fantastic restaurant several times. Admittedly, the exterior and interior aren't exactly stunning... but the plentiful and delicious food is! The service is also top-notch. The guys are very attentive, and if you try to express yourself in Italian, the smiles are even bigger :) Around 6:30 p.m., it's still very quiet, but from 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., the restaurant fills up quite a bit.

A stroll through Laveno is always pleasant...but when you're feeling peckish, a stop at "Da Gianni" is highly recommended! We ordered San Daniele and salmon, arugula, and parmesan shavings, and they were soon served at the table, full of authentic ingredients and perfectly cooked...(the photos prove it)...the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was quiet and welcoming...prices were reasonable...absolutely worth a try!

A family-run business with heart ❤️ We stumbled upon this place by chance without a reservation. Despite the restaurant being packed, we were able to get a table. The pizza oven in the dining area made it quite warm, but we could watch the talented pizza chef at work, which the kids found fascinating. The food arrived quickly and was fresh. The pasta with mussels was amazing and a very generous portion that we simply shared as an appetizer. The kids had burgers that, according to them, were the best in the world ;) The youngest even got spaghetti with tomato sauce, even though it wasn't on the menu. Our pizza was piping hot and crispy fresh. We'll definitely be back during our vacation 🇮🇹

We had a very pleasant evening at this restaurant! We arrived at 6 pm, and they let us settle in with a spritz (inexpensive for the area and quite generous) while they prepared the dining room. We then ordered two seafood primi piñatas and two pizzas (we were coming back from a hike and were very hungry), accompanied by half a liter of their white wine and half a liter of their red wine. With a bill of €73, attentive and friendly service, and delicious food, we highly recommend this place! It was indeed very popular with locals, which is generally a good sign.
