Friendly staffs. Hit off with them all really well. Special thanks to Jose for great experiences. The staff members make me wanna go back but unfortunately I live in Canada. The chicken is tender and legit. Some of the flavours are not my fav but other ones are really decent. Fries portions are big, looking fresh cut too. Deals are really attractive.

Ordered some late night wings from here, but I was craving chicken. And they did not let me down. Made my order exactly how I ordered it. The wings were fresh and crispy, and the fries were ice and crispy as well. 10 out of 10.

Oscar helped with taking my order and made it easy. Made me not forget the ranch. The whole crew doing a grade A job with quick service. In and out 10 mins.

Wings were really good! I had garlic parm and BBQ. Carrots and celery were fresh as well.

Fast and friendly service. Most wings stops aren't this fast and only have 1 register going but this one has at least 3 ppl taking orders. The guy taking my order also offered a flavor a haven't heard of b4.. .Buffalo wings with lemon 🍋 pepper. Sooo bomb

I've only been to a handful of wing stop locations but this one is consistent in taste and quality but customer service is always lacking. Tables are sometimes not very clean but I usually get take out so not a big deal for me.

Busy take-out fast food place. although have good number of employees it takes longer than usual to get your order.tasty chicken wings with verity of flavors. Small dining area and noisy to enjoy the food .

Wingstop has good flavorful wings. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because if I don't tell them to put enough sauce on them they will not coat them well with it. Some wings won't even be fully covered in sauce. 😒

Wingstop doesn't have the best wings you've ever tasted, but it's not a bad place when you have a wing craving and you're on the go. This location in particular had a friendly staff and it was clean. Also it seemed like it had more space for sitting than the average Wingstop I've been to. It's located in a shopping center so parking is also usually fairly easy to find.

The food was good and always consistent and friendly service but everytime I order ahead, they never seem to be ready on the time they say. I always wait 15 min after the time they started it would be ready for pick up

The food was good as usual for the chain. The staff was a little slow. The main reason for the 3 star was that the store was dirty and utilises were not out and the staff seemed upset when I asked for a fork.

Disclosure: This was a tmo Tuesday promo. Got the lemon pepper wings and was basically pure salt... inedible... Threw them away. The fries were soggy like they been sitting for hours. The staff is friendly but seem overworked. There were not enough employees to handle the number of customers.

Hit and miss kind of joint. Every blue moon they figure out how to properly cook wings(a hit)most of the time...they just miss. Never order the wings unsauced...you won't taste a dash of seasoning.

Service took a very long time. I ordered over $50 worth of food for dine in and while waiting so long, asked for a cup of water. The cashier told me they were out of water cups and gave me a small regular cup instead. As he handed me the cup, he remarked, "Just make sure you get only water." WTH! How rude and insulting. I had just ordered over $50 in food. If I wanted a $2 soft drink, I would have ordered that too. Customer service training needs to be better.

New location but there is no place to sit and eat. I wish they had a sign stating that up front.

This place is freaking terrible!! First I placed a larger family order for a party I was having and they screwed up the whole order nothing was correct. Then I called to see if I could get my money back because the order was completely incorrect and I was unable to return to the store that day. The lady I spoke to said she was sorry she remembered the order but I needed to bring the wings back for a refund! I told her I didn't live anywhere near their so I was unable to return but could she credit the money back to my card to which she responded she needed the wings back in order to issue the refund, even though what they gave me wasn't at all what I ordered. made me think why did they need to wings back so bad were they gunna reuse them or something. Anyways so when I call cooperate to see if they can help me get the refund they said they would issue a form for a refund and I had to wait 3-5 business days. After two weeks with no reponse I called back and they said they were unable to get anyone from the store to respond and their was nothing they could do until somebody from the store responded because each store is a separate franchise and they have no control over what they do. No refund ever came and my suggestion would be stay clear of this franchise if you can help it, they need a health inspector out to look at some of these locations cause they look about as clean as a public restroom!

We arrived at 10:05. Google says they open at 10am and the 3 people that were there were not able to work the register. The MANAGER not only arrives at 10:45 with A RUDE attitude. Doesn’t acknowledge us until 5mins after his arrival and on top of that shows up sipping Starbucks got on the way.. he then proceeds to yell at us, “I’M LATE BECAUSE I’M LATE, DO YOU YOU WANT FOOD OR NOT” so we just left. Highly unprofessional. I love wingstop but i will not be returning to this location.

I ordered around 11:45 pm, they said it would take 15-20 mins. I came at 12:04 am and the girl named Emily wouldn’t let my wife in even though they said it take longer pass the closing time. This is very unprofessional, they should’ve informed us that they could not take the order. This is unbelievable. I sit in the parking lot for about 10 minutes trying to decide what else to eat then I see her walk out with the bad of food we had ordered. I would like to speak to the manager if possible. Horrible customer service.

I like coming to Wingstop they have good tasting wings. But never have I experienced what I did today. I called to place a to go order. I checked online to see if they were still open and they were. I called like 8 times. We decided to drive to Wingstop. Finally on the 8th time they answered just to tell me to call back the next day!?! Really?? And they hung up right after that was said to me. Horrible just horrible. If they have a certain time when that they don't take call in order then maybe they should make their guest/customers aware of it.

I ordered through Postmates. I ordered two meals. They gave the driver one and told him that was all I ordered. The driver told them when he picked it up the first time that it was wrong but your employee insisted that all I ordered was 1 meal. I paid for 2 meals. I had to send the driver back to get the correct order. And when he got there, they were out of beans. Not a great order experience at all.

I ordered online and got there when it said it would be ready, 10 minutes later they said ok here's your food and I said can I have my drink. So they were out of Fanta so I waited 15 minutes to get my Fanta, then they took my food back and said it wasn't ready yet , very confused, so they give it back to me 15 minutes later.... I ordered an 8 piece 5 of one kind 3 of another. I get home and open it and I got 6 , 3 of each kind I ordered even though I payed for 8..... 40 minutes and $12 later I didn't get what I ordered, got ripped off, and wasted almost an hour of my time... And not to mention the people that worked their were terribly rude. DO NOT get ripped off here. Save your money, time, patience, and frustration.

I placed an order here last night where I ordered a 20 pc BONE IN meal and two Boneless meals and once the food was delivered to my house I realized that all the chicken was boneless when I attempted to call back I was placed on hold for 40 mins and I decided to contact management the next day.... When I contacted management I spoke with a manager by the name of OSCAR and explained to him about the issue I had the prior night where the employee took my order and made a mistake ... Oscar then began to tell me that His Employee's are fully trained and would NEVER mess up while taking customer's orders because they know to repeat the order back to them. Oscar then nonchalantly told me to have a good day and that his employees don't make mistakes 😳 all I can say is WOW and I would not go back to them...clearly management lacks accountability and this was my 2nd chance I gave this establishment because the 1st time I came here I got food poisoning but since that was years ago I decided to give them a 2nd chance but NEVER AGAIN!!! Waited on the phone with them for 20 min to order to go, had to hang up and call back to only be rushed off the phone and told "we don't do 12 peices" with no other options. Anyways I go in and they have a guy in front drinking a 24 pack of mickies bumming change.(they should have called on him he's sitting in Their patio furniture or asked him to get drunk elsewhere) anyways I go in the the lady if front wasn't very friendly. I paid for my meal and she hands it to me. I ask where my drink it and she tells me."you didn't get one." I paid 15 freaking dollars for a meal. It better come with a drink.. she looks at me with a deer in the headlights look as I stare back and she goes... "you got the receipt. (I JUST FREAKING PAID. IS IT NOT ON YOUR SCREEN. DID YOU NOT DOUBLE CHECK MY ORDER!?!) She made me feel like I was trying to "get" a drink out of her. So I pull out the dang receipt and show her. She goes.... "oh. Yeah.. what ever.." then continues to get my drink. This place is horrible. I will not go back. And the wings. Well they definitely were not up to par. For me to even want to go back... Good luck if you go...

I ordered all flats lemon pepper. My request was for extra shake and well well done. I talked the manager he was NOT helpful. He told he saw my order. I explained I tasted the order. I am a returning customer. Lately my order has not been prepared as requested. He showed no concern. Took absolutely no accountability. Kept telling me he saw the order. Which I doubt. That place was swarming with people. Besides seeing and tasting is two very different things. Not happy. There must be new people working in there because we've been coming here for years and never had a problem with our order.

I ate two fries and a few of my chicken because I was hungry but I had to trash it. I didn’t check my food until I drove to my destination, but wish I did because I would’ve got my money back. Never again💯
