The food looked great and tasted fantastic. Our favorite appetizer has got to be the Bacon & Cheese Fries. You can easily share that plate with another person as a side for a main entree. We got cheeseburgers and every part of it was delicious. We went on a Saturday morning and the customers started picking up as soon as they opened. The place is very clean and organized and the inside was easy to navigate especially for newcomers. The establishment also contains a bar, however the place seems to be very much family friendly and welcomes all of any age. I would highly recommend checking them out for their delicious, and reasonably priced food. They certainly live up to their "best burgers in town" sign!

Came here for the first time with my coworkers. I can tell you that the food was delicious. Ordering the food went pretty quickly and we didn’t have to wait much for our food to be done. They have a bar for those who love to drink. You get a pretty good amount of food, I didn’t get to finish it all but the food I got was pretty delicious.

One of the best burger restaurants in Mountain View. I love how the theme of this restaurant is old fashioned making it feel like we traveled back decades ago. Yes, food is expensive is here, but it’s worth coming here and trying their stuff. Hickory Burger is delicious and the fries too. However, they only come in separate orders. I ended up staying here longer because of how good the atmosphere is. Also, love their selections of condiments like Honey Mustard and Chipotle Ketchup. The menu…they have so many types of burgers and chicken sandwiches! I didn’t even know that they serve Philly Cheesesteaks. Will be coming back here soon!

St. John’s Bar & Grill is a small little joint hidden in a plaza in Lawrence Expy, found this place while looking for a burger joint close to home and was not disappointed! Good spot, nice beer selections at the bar with a couple of TVs to watch sports. Food was awesome, had a Garlic Blue cheese burger and my companion had the cheeseburger, both great, tasty and best of all, very reasonable prices. Give this place a try next time you are around the Costco area in Lawrence Expy

This place is great! Their food is delicious! Burgers are so flavorful and juicy 😋 Their bacon cheese fries as well. The fries in the picture have blue cheese in it, delicious as well!! Tried the Cajun fries for the 1st time, and they were delicious!

It's been at least a decade since I've been here. The burgers, the fries. The drinks have all gone up in price as things have. I ended up getting the Cajun burger which was very good and split fries with my friend. We arrived around 5:00 and it wasn't too crowded and were able to find a seat outside but it got busier around 7:00 or so. Parking was easy to get as there's a nice large parking lot.

It is sad to see St. John's 1/2 empty on a Saturday during lunchtime. The last time I came here was before the pandemic. The routine was, we used to walk around Fry's Electronics and then have lunch here. I remember, it was hard to get a table, let alone one near a TV. So much has changed since then. The food remains good. My lunch today was a blue cheese burger $13.50 and garlic fries $7.50. Wonderful flavors. That dipping sauce station with the curry ketchup and yellow sauce is bomb. Although there are many new faces, the workers are still friendly. I'm not sure why St. John's isn't busier. Maybe it's because the daily specials are gone. Those were awesome and we would come on different days of the week to take advantage of them. Burger day was Saturdays!

Nut allergy friendly, they don't use any except in one salad. Awesome portions (basket of fries are easily sharable among 2-3 people) and a burger cooked perfectly medium rare. Highly recommend as a place to hang out with friends, watch sports, or grab a beer. Kegs are tapped on Thursday so if you're looking for something rarer like the Pliny the Elder, it'll only be available then.

I'll tell you a secret..If you need to find me on a Thursday night-This is the place where I would be!! St John's is LIT, like not kidding, best "Chill-out" place ever! From food to service, ask me and I will give out a praise list for this place, its that fabulous <3 I have been going to St. Johns for literally 5 weeks in a row now and haven’t gotten out of this place not-happy even once 😍 this place has become our weekly date night spot now! The food is fabulous , great service and ofcourse superb drink choices. My take: Food 5/5 (I'd give a 3.5 for chicken burger though) Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Drinks: 5/5 Food: The chicken burgers are okay-3.5/5 but rest of the menu is great! Highlight is their garlic fries, they are amazing! The quantity is as great as the food 😍

🍔 We haven't been back in over 6 years and we miss the old nightly deals they used to have. Food still taste the same and we still enjoy the garlic fries but without the highly deals it really hits our wallet. Before tip it was $40 for a burger, philly cheesesteak & garlic fries. It's great they still have Chipotle ketchup & curry ketchup but will be awhile before we return.

Love this place for happy hour and to watch any sports game. Lots of seats and burger are great.

It works like a fast food restaurant, you order the food and then pick it up at rhe counter. The portions are good for the price, but the quality is very underwhelming. Mercifully, you are allowed to request for continents at the counter. The ambient is mostly pleasant and comfortable, but the food needs a complete rework before it wad even close to worthwhile. To be specific, the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was ok. But the garlic fries were probably the worst I've had in many years.

I wanted to take my boyfriend here because I’ve lived here in Sunnyvale and St. John’s has always been a great place for food and drink drinks. Well A lot has changed, especially the prices. All this for $82 My Caesar salad, the dressing was awful. It was so sour. I try to put some ranch dressing in it make it better it didn’t. And They really are a little stingy with their ranch dressing I ate the chicken that was it my boyfriend enjoyed his bacon Swiss cheeseburger, the onion rings Were OK the fries were so salty. Too bad I Probably won’t ever come back.

Sorely disappointed by the food served at this place! The fries smelled of stale grease, and the chicken patty in the burger tasted unpleasant. The two stars are for the bartender who was personable, and friendly. The retro decor was easy on the eyes too.

This used to be my most favorite place at all times - including with my family. My regular item was “beg for mercy sandwich” - and loved how they made their chicken. Perfect. And then they changed something - the meat is now CHEWY, and sometimes feels raw. UGH. I tried many times and same chewiness!!! Stopped going there completely and all my Boyz lunches are now held somewhere else. Went there one last time two weeks back and my nephew told me that they seem to have started using thighs instead of breast! And THAT explained it. Can you please bring back the good old way of doing the sandwich? At least give us a choice. Would appreciate your response!

Ordered the chicken sandwich. the chicken was tough and not hot (made me think it's been sitting in a fridge or something for a while). The fries were also not hot, just lukewarm. the service? well, order at the counter, pick up your own food, so why tip? I used to like this place a lot, but that was years ago, maybe it's no longer owned by the same people?
