What a great Italian Bistro! Freshly renovated with an inspiring menu with delicious food. The owners are very nice and put their heart and soul into this renovated restaurant. I loved the pizza before but now I have so many favorites to choose from! The Chicken Milanese is really good and so is the gnocchi. We hear the Brooklyn pizza and two e trees and take the leftovers home because it’s so good! Whenever we’re in town we make sure to stop by for dinner. Highly recommend! A++++

Had an amazing dinner at Grazie Bistro last night. Every dish was spot on—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done. Chef Marco is truly talented; you can taste the passion in every bite. Great service and cozy vibe. Can’t wait to go back!

Quickly became our favorite restaurant. We love that we can get high quality, fresh meals in a comfortable setting. The food: the house made pasta is outstanding- as well as the seafood.

2nd and definitely not last time here. GB has become our goto place for pasta in the greater Princeton area. Have exceeded expectations in our first 2 visits and look forward to the same moving forward as we explore their menu. Spread the word.

We stopped by Grazie Bistro for a late lunch and loved it! The bruschetta was fresh and flavorful, and the house special pizza was outstanding with its perfect crust and balanced toppings. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a delicious dinner. The appetizers, mains, and gelato were amazing. The service was great as well. Such a great new place in town! We had the octopus, burrata, lasagna, gnocchi, carbonara, pizza and gelato. All were great.

I ordered arugula pizza, octopus, and short rib lasagna. They were all delicious. It's a great place to have a quiet brunch.

A very pleasant surprise for Lawrenceville! Had an amazing meal tonight - so fresh and tasty. We are getting tired of Princeton and so this mom and pop BYO restaurant is just what this town needs. The bread was warm and toasty. We ordered the special mussle appetizer with saffron and white wine (OMG so yummy!). My husband had the pasta carbonara which was perfectly portioned (not crazy huge) and I the chicken Milenese. Service was exactly what we needed - friendly and welcoming. So thankful for this new place and we will certainly be back again!

Authentic Italian cuisine - highly recommended! The chef Marco is very friendly and makes delicious food from the Abruzzo region! He imports the flour from Italy for its homemade pasta and pizza! Will definitely come back!

Grazie was so good! We went with kids on an impromptu Friday night dinner. The service was incredible (you can tell how much the owners care about delivering a great experience.) The food was amazing. All the pastas are handmade and part of well constructed dishes. Seafood dishes were delicious and the pizza was special. Prices are reasonable and the dining room is fine for kids, but the ambiance is special enough for a date as well.

Grazie Bistro exceeded all expectations! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the food — every dish was crafted to perfection by Chef Marko, an incredibly talented Italian chef who brings authentic flavor and passion to every plate. The pasta was fresh, the sauces were rich and balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. You can truly taste the love and tradition in his cooking. Chef Marko even came out to greet us — such a humble and kind man. If you’re looking for a true Italian dining experience, Grazie Bistro is a must. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🇮🇹🍝👏

While visiting Princeton/Lawrenceville from Long Island, we KEPT RETURNING to Grazie Bistro! The fresh pappardelle, pizza, pear salad, caesar salad, and desserts were DELICIOUS! The service was outstanding. And the location in historic downtown Lawrenceville is lovely. Wish we lived much closer -- we'd be regulars at this awesome spot!

We dined here last week with our friends and it was so magical! The ambience is so romantic and casual. It's like you are in Italy in a small bistro. The food was absolutely the best I have had, considering there are so many Italian eateries in NJ. It was so fresh, our salads - we had Pear Salad and another one I believe could be the special.They were so good, the pastas - we ordered 3 different types - 2 vegetarian and one shellfish version and all very so delicious and fresh. You could tell they made the pasta in house as it was light and flavorful. We had Pizza as well and it was good. But pastas really were my favorite. The owner came by to speak with us, she was such a lovely host. Our waitress was also very curteous and knowledgeable. We will definetly be back! This is a gem and I am so glad we discovered it.

Had a wonderful lunch at Grazie Bistro today. Food was delicious and the service very friendly. Lovely atmosphere. Can’t wait to try more things in the menu. We will definitely be back! Suggestion, since customers have to park in the back and walk around to the front to enter the restaurant, please put a sign on the parking lot side of the building directing customers.

We had an impromptu large (20) family lunch and we made a reservation with very short notice (less than 1 hour) and they were more than accommodating. The servers we so kind and generous, even with 6 young kids, being well... Kids. The food was delicious, everyone commented on how delicious each plate was. As a large group, it can be easy to get overwhelming for a small business, but we never felt rushed or that we were a burden. I am grateful for their hospitality and eager to go back soon!

Bumped into this bistro and lo and behold I fell in love with the ambiance and then the food. This is a hidden gem for dining. Don’t pass it by!

Wow! I had a Spaghetti with Clams.One of my favorites italian dishes, and this did not disappoint. The pasta was fantastic and perfectly al dente. Our waiter was so personable and super friendly. We were pleasantly surprised, and will be back!

What a gem! We shared a salad, pizza, and pappardelle. Everything was really fresh and really delicious. In a sea of local Italian restaurants, Grazie stands high above the rest! We look forward to returning! Prices were very reasonable for the quality.

Some really great dishes coming out of this kitchen, from the starters all the way through to dessert (save room). Wide range of menu options available, all with a different twist which help make them stand out from their competition. Service was attentive and low key (specialty cutlery and big coffee mugs for the win). The space is still transitioning from the previous cafe at this location, so there is a lot of room for growth. Don't sleep on this place, .ale sure to check them out!

I found Grazie Bistro on a whim through a google search of best restaurants in the area. What a special and hidden gem!! Making a reservation was easy and we were given a beautiful corner table by the window. The ambiance is quiet and inviting, definitely not on the level of fine dining but striving to appear elevated. It is BYOB (which I read on the website prior to visiting) and they provide the most gorgeous wine glasses. Servers are attentive, though I did notice the staff to be on the fewer side, this did not affect the pace of the meal at all. We ordered the Cognac Meatballs, Crabmeat Arancini, Grazie Calamari, and Winter Salad for appetizers and for mains shared two pastas, the Quadrato Di Manzo and Chitarre Alle Vongole. It was hard not to lick the plate the food was so flipping delicious!!! It was so clear everything was made in house and tasted so fresh. We of course had to order dessert, I opted for the house made Panna Cotta and others opted for Affogattos. All were equally delicious and the absolute perfect end to our meal. While I am not a local to the Lawrenceville area, I will absolutely make the trip to dine at this restaurant regularly. Thank you for a great experience!

I don’t often post reviews, but this BYOB in Lawrenceville is a gem!!! A very talented chef created authentic Italian dishes with a contemporary flair! Attentive staff and a relaxed atmosphere made our evening enjoyable. We will be back!!!

We came to Grazie Bistro tonight with 3 children under 11. The staff was so accommodating, wonderful, and friendly. The food was excellent. We are happy to know that it is a byob and look forward to going back soon- next time with a bottle of wine!

I have to say as a first generation Italian this was a pleasant surprise. Burrata appetizer with eggplant, tomato and onion was Excellent! Pasta carbonara was excellent! Well done Grazie Bistro!

Such a charming, classy place. We sadly discovered it on our last night in Lawrenceville! It is such a great addition to the restaurant choices in our town. Go make a reservation now!

Amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was nice but the food!!! I can’t express enough, from the appetizer to dessert. Super impressed! My new spot for date night!

The food is delicious here and everyone is very nice. I usually eat the pizza here because my kid always wants it and it is freaking delicious, but the pasta and salads are equally delicious.

We decided to try this place on a whim and are so glad we did! As a last-minute plan for our anniversary dinner, we made a reservation for 5:30. At the time, there was only one other couple in the restaurant with us. The interior is small, but the food is incredible. The crab cakes exceeded my expectations- as someone who isn't typically a fan of them, I was truly surprised by how well they were made. The service was excellent as well. Our waiter, a young man, seemed to be managing the floor that night. He was kind and very attentive to our needs. Will be going back as soon as we are in the area again!

Wonderful, cute little restaurant. The waitress was so nice and very helpful with my GF needs. Never felt rushed. Menu is varied and everything was delicious. Burrata was so good and very differently presented with roasted eggplant, tomatoes. GF Meatballs with cognac cream sauce were nice and light. The Chicken Montedino(?) with Mushroom sauce was savory. And the Special of Squid Ink Risotto, Cajun Shrimp, asparagus and little passion fruit balls added such a nice pop to the dish. Affogato was the perfect ending to the meal. Definitely a return to!

The service food and decor was top notch....the only drawback was the poor ventilation system in the bldg. which leaves its smell on your clothing and jacket....if you go, dress down.

Very nice, quiet place to eat a well made meal. Pasta made in house. The aperitif was a delightful ciabatta that I could have eaten as an entree.

The reviews make the food seem great, Ordered for takeout a tomato pie and house salad. The pie was more a solid cheese layer with hints of tomato, and the salad portion was small for $9. Definitely didn’t impress us enough to want to order again.

I’m sure the food is good. The pizza is absolutely disgusting. My company ordered a few pies for a meeting. I think papa John’s is better. It’s bad. Look at the crust
