Ordered a cheeseburger with only lettuce and tomato I got a cheeseburger with ketchup mayo and onions when I threw it out they wouldn't replace it I had to pay for a new one instead of a small Sprite they gave me a small fry terrible customer service

The service at this location is terrible. I went to this Wendy’s twice because it is the closest Wendy’s to me and the manager herself is terrible. The first time I just thought she was having a bad day but I guess she has a bad day everyday. The second time I went, I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and she asked me if I wanted sauce with that and I said no because I wasn’t sure which one I wanted. I also ordered cheese sauce on the side. I eventually go to the window and asked her for the 2 sauces I wanted and she said I had to pay an extra $1.07 for the sauces. She continued to deny giving me sauce and argued with me about 2 sauces that come with a 10 piece meal. She then told me I had to pay because I paid for cheese sauce already which counts as a sauce. If there are 2 free sauces that come with the meal already and I paid for the extra cheese sauce, how does that make sense? If I told her the sauces I wanted when I ordered and then added the cheese sauces after, I would’ve have had to pay extra to begin with. Her attitude was disgusting and the manager needs to get replaced asap. The first time I went she missed 2 items in my order and told me she gave it me to and I must’ve ate it. She called me a liar and refused to give me what I paid for. How would I eat 8 nuggets while I’m waiting at the window for my drinks, makes no sense and was the worst service I have ever received.

The people managing and working at this Wendy's do not care about their customers or about repeat business because there is always a problem when I come here and no one is ever friendly or helpful. I asked the worker to repeat my order back to me and she stared at me and then just turned the screen to face me. Why is this type of behavior allowed? That is very rude and inappropriate. The Wendy's on Rt. 1 South in WW Township only has unfriendly and unhelpful workers that are slow and make mistakes. Why can't they hire people that actually take pride in their job and care about doing well? I was here about a month ago, the food is good if it's made correctly but they make too many mistakes because they do not care. The people working here are not friendly and do not take pride in their jobs like the people at Chick fil-A do. The last time I came they even incorrectly charged me for 1 container of honey mustard even though I had a very large purchase. I will not be coming back any time soon. There are a lot of other much better places in the area, including the Burger King on Brunswick Pike that is open 24 hours a day and the Chick fil-A.

Me and my girlfriend arrived at this restaurant at 9:05 last night. The cashier working the window was extremely rude and started yelling at my girlfriend when she asked for clarification for the price of our food. I wanted to go in and file a complaint but I was so disgusted with the service we just left. I will never visit this establishment again. I refuse to spend my money somewhere and then be treated less than. I recommend going anywhere but this place. I will never be back. Absolutely horrid to treat paying customers like this.

I ordered through the app 30 minutes before arrival time. I get there no order ready and the shift manager did not even care that my order is not ready. By the time they ended up preparing my order I missed my movie....lazy employees, very angry. I am big Wendy fan, but this made me angry. Order should have been ready at 2.30 so I can get in time to my movie at 2.45 at AMC.

I repeat do not eat at this establishment. Filthiest place and people I’ve seen yet. Don’t know any English. Very unprofessional and rude . Would not recommend this Wendy’s to my worst enemy. Sad Princeton sad.

Horrible staff. Didn’t speak English. Paid 3 dollars down strawberry swirl. Left and noticed there was not much strawberry swirl in there . Turned around drive back through the drive thru and asked for some extra syrup on top. Told me extra will cost me money. I said ok I’ll pay for it . Spanish lady who barely spoke English told me would be 3 dollars for extra syrup. I looked at her like she had 3 heads and she said “ yesh look at the screen “ and pointed at the screen that was inside . Very unprofessional seems like she was gong to pocket that extra 3 bucks . Not a good look and definitely will not be back here for anything else .

I usually come here after work around midnight never had an issue with the guy there. But today the lady that was in the drive through was TERRIBLE and gave nothing but ATTITUDE. Simply because she wasn’t understanding what the code was for. And on top of that we tried to redeem our frosty keychain like we always do and she just kept throwing her hands in the air and was just DISRESPECTFUL. Like we were bothering her but we’re not asking her to do anything besides HER JOB. I paid for 2 double stacks and ended up with 2jr bacon cheese burgers.. very UNACCEPTABLE They need better staff here. Don’t work in a fast food chain if you can’t do customer service. People should get what they pay for.

If I could give 0 stars, I would give this restaurant 0 stars. I went last night around midnight (early this morning, April 22nd), and I wanted to order my combo number 7, which is a burger and bacon combo. I don't understand how, but the person on the PA system understood that I wanted JR nuggets, and well, anyone could have misunderstood. What pissed me off was that he kept asking me what sauce I wanted, and I told him no, I wanted combo number 7. I told him the same thing more than 3 times, and this person has the nerve to YELL AT ME, what? If you can't control yourself, DON'T work in restaurants. I know customer service is tough sometimes, but I was pretty clear about what I wanted. And on top of that; when I got to the window to pay, a girl and the guy who I think was the manager looked at me like I was the worst thing in the world. Excuse me? I should be the one getting mad after getting yelled at for talking like that! I should have gone inside and found out the names of those two people, but I decided not to because I'm pretty sure this review will be enough to tell you who I'm talking about. They know who they are, and I don't plan on going back to that place ever again, all because of those two people who, instead of saying, "Excuse me, I can't hear you well" or "Could you please come to the microphone?", yelled at me through the drive-thru. When the person I was in the car with had already paid, I honestly felt sorry for them because I was so happy eating my burger, and those two ruined my dinner. Phew, yelling at me? Oh no, thank goodness I didn't get out of the car because I wouldn't have minded yelling in their faces too. WHAT A DISGUSTING RESTAURANT AND PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE. They should stay as far away as possible from this type of scum who don't care about having excellent customers, and you know why customer service is important? Because after what happened to me, I'll tell all my friends and family never to go to the Wendy's in Princeton. Why? So they can yell at them? No thanks.
