I have been to several Dermatologists over the span of 20+years, and I must say, for my issues Poblete has been the best! The office is very clean, the receptionists are pleasant and I love that they do fun things like ugly sweater contests and have the patients vote for the winner. I have had issues with acne that NO other doctor in the Middlesex, Mercer (or PA) has been able to correct, and Poblete has done the job. The PA, Emily, is who I’ve seen in the office for my care. She is wonderful! I love that she also recommends items that can be bought OTC. Highly recommend!

Dr. Poblete is such a doll, listened to all of my concerns & answered all of the questions I had regarding my visit. I have used Dr. Poblete twice to have cysts removed. Both times, the doctor was professional, thorough, and caring. Appointments are easy to schedule. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The office was very clean and organized. I will definitely use Dr. Poblete in the future.

I really appreciate this practice and everyone who works here - I've been to Poblete Dermatology 3 or 4 times throughout the last ~2 years. The practitioners and supporting staff are warm, friendly and thorough. Even the way the office is decorated and maintained let's you know you are in good hands. Just this week, the office called ahead of my appointment to let me know that their parking lot was icy after some inclement weather, and to take my time making my way to their office. They let me know that if I was late for my appointment that was okay - safety was the top priority. This was a small yet tremendous gesture - everyone deserves to feel genuinely cared for by their doctors! That is what well-being is all about. When I arrived for my most recent appointment, the practitioner that I was scheduled to see was running late. Not to worry, though: the office kept things flowing - I was still seen on time by a different doctor and all was well! I was in and out of my appointment in just the right amount of time. I have had small skin concerns examined and removed for biopsy and/or comfort at the office - each time it has been quick and painless, and I receive thoughtful answers to all of my questions. I am confident that I am receiving great care. I am currently 6 months pregnant, and at my most recent appointment I was slower than usual at maneuvering around on the exam table. I received patience and assistance as needed. I am very grateful. I forgot to update my pharmacy information when I was at the office, and my prescription from the dermatologist ended up being filled at a prior location (which is now inconvenient, due to my having moved.) I tried to contact the pharmacy directly, multiple times, to have them transfer the prescription to an alternate location and I kept getting disconnected after navigating the maze of robotic voice prompts. I ended up calling Poblete Dermatology directly, to let them know what happened and to see if they could assist. Of course, no problem at all! The office was happy to update my record, fill my prescription elsewhere and save me the hassle of contacting the original, unresponsive location. I don't often leave reviews, but I thought that all of the exceptional experience I have had deserved some recognition. I'm encouraging my husband to make his (first ever) derm appointment here, too.

I went to Dr. Poblete for the first time today after having a couple of issues at my last dermatologist. She was absolutely fantastic. Walked me through everything in detail so that I understood. She made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. Also, the office staff are the best. I would highly recommend Dr. Poblete.

Fantastic staff and facilities! Every time I go here, I feel like I'm walking into a spa. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful and the Doctor's assistants are the best of the best! When they have exhausted options for you, they do not keep you coming and spending money, they help you find someone that can do what you need and truly want the best for their patients. So when I originally started with this practice I saw Dr. Poblete. She was always patient, took her time, and was willing to answer questions. I now see her P.A. AnnMaries Lanes for a little over a year. She is amazing. When I first met her initially she was just beginning in the practice. Over this last year I have seen her just blossom into such a wonderful and caring PA. She’s always willing to answer all of my many questions unlike other doctor offices that I have been too in the past. Dr. Poblete you picked an awesome PA.

I went to Poblete Dermatology today..Staff all very pleasant. The doctor was great with me. She is very good, quick, professional and friendly. Waste of time. 6 month wait, hundreds of bucks for a second appointment to come back but consolation prize, here's an antibiotic even though you have no infection. Also come back when its healed so we can treat anything unrelated even though that wont happen. How could we possibly treat this pimple on your head when there's a rash on your foot..... Come back when that 5 year rash is gone, let me give you something that wont help and ill see you then and also in two weeks cause how else can we keep the lights on, best of luck with the torture ! Felt like a pretty big waste of time that made little sense and felt low effort. literally asked for basic info like maintenance and care and couldn't even get the name of a single item to purchase or process to adhere to. Maybe they are great if you want to get a freckle removed I wouldn't know but if you get limited time off of work just go to urgent care and save yourself unless they tell you you need a better opinion. last resort come here and have your primary manage your meds.

I never write reviews but I had a horrible experience here. I came two years ago, and it was fine. However, I visited recently and I was prescribed an oral antibiotic for “cystic acne” when I literally had maybe two blemishes? It ended up breaking me out all over my body (haven’t had this issue in years) and giving me chest pains. Like who gives an oral antibiotic so easily… unless you’re just trying to make money off of it. Goodbye, never coming here again… so weird.
