The Veg Burger, Kids burger, and sirloin steak with vegetables arrived on time and tasted delicious. Julian our server was courteous and took care of us with a smile. I recommend this place for a casual dinning at a very reasonable price.

Our waitress was really nice and we were never left with empty coffee cups. She had a few tables she had to attend to but never skipped a beat and smiled the whole time. We made sure that our tip reflected how much we appreciated the friendly service.

Stopped by this Dennys location early afternoon for breakfast food. Ordered French toast "slam" that included scrambled eggs, French toast, and bacon. Also ordered coffee. Breakfast was very good, coffee was not. Paid $2.75 for coffee. Wasted my money. Interior of restaurant was very nice and comfortable. Also clean. Waitress very efficient and pleasant. Try it, but insist the coffee be fresh.

Great service, the older lady at the counter who took us to our table had a lot of personality and it was worth coming in just to meet her.. lol Food was prepared properly, server was on point with water, coffee, napkins and condiments. The local Denny's closed by me years ago but this is my spot when I'm hankering for a delicious breakfast. 5 stars all around..

This was about my third time at this location and every time has been great. Tina was our server and she was absolutely amazing, we overheard her talking with another table about how it was only her and her manager on tonight and I give them props. They did awesome especially with the amount of customers in the restaurant. Everyone is short staffed right now and I do not mind a bit of a wait when Tina had such a great attitude and our food was tasty. They deserve 5 stars. :-)

The last two times we've eaten here, the food and service have been excellent. Our most recent visit was yesterday... Our server, Jason, was the host and the only person working the dining room. It took an extra minute for him to get to us, as there were three full tables before we arrived...but he checked in with us on his way by and apologized profusely, and was incredibly pleasant and quick with our drinks -- and our food was ready SO fast. Our meals were delicious and perfectly prepared (pot roast bowl and a pot roast melt). We were so happy with our experience that my husband actually asked me to make sure to write a review. Not enough people take the time to leave positive reviews.

I met CHRIS, he was my server and asked about my likes and they had something that I love to eat, so he suggested The Thanksgiving sandwich which made my “belly sing”! Such a classic, iconic Dennys! Food was delicious, just had bacon, eggs, hashed browns, we shared a dessert. The restaurant and restroom were clean and neat. The servers were nice.

I was in the area and delighted to find out this Denny's existed. All the others in my area have closed. As far as a Denny's/diner experience goes, I couldn't have asked for more. Friendly service, strong coffee and a burger at 9 in the morning. Not sure why this place has only a 3.9 star rating. It beats most mom 'n pops I've visited recently.

I stopped in on a Friday for breakfast. There were a bunch of people waiting to be seated and pick up their food. It seemed a bit chaotic but the manager Mo handled it with a smile and calmness. I was seated in 5 minutes. I had a grand slam and the food was good. The eggs were cooked great and the french toast made perfectly. The coffee was fresh and tasty. The waitress checked on me frequently and tended to all my needs. I will be returning here again as i'm a local just around the corner.

Diamond in the rough! I went to Denny's a lot when I was growing up, but as I got older and newer, shinier things came to the area, I hadn't gone back. Went there this morning for the first time in probably 25 years and the food was so fresh and delicious and our server, Tina, was the friendliest server I've probably ever had anywhere. This will be our "new" old breakfast/lunch spot and I'm dragging everyone with me!

Honestly this is my family's favorite breakfast spot! The service is always fast. The food comes out fresh and hot. The servers always great you with a smile and the front end manager greets you warmly like she has known you your whole life! Menu prices are pretty good too!

Only 1 waitress- she really was trying very hard, but the place definitely needs more help on the floor. Too many people standing around behind the counter and there were absolutely no condiments visible or offered. Food was good, but that poor waitress needed backup!

Hey, it's a Denny's. Decent food at a good price. It's not gourmet, but what diner is? The staff are friendly and attentive. The bathroom are clean, as is the dining area. And it's open 24 hrs a day. How can you go wrong? Update 8/6/19: Well, I feel the same about the food. I got a decent meal at a decent price. The bathroom, however, desperately needed attention. Had it been busy, I'd cut them some slack.

I'd love to give this place five stars but it needs a solid cleaning. The flys were pretty annoying and there were tables with stuff on them the entire time we had our meal. It wasn't busy either besides us there was one other table.

This place is hot and cold, I have been there and the service is great, then I have been there and then service was terriable. I went last week and rolled the dice and it was excellent, I love the menu with all the pictures of the food, great selection and really good prices actually and they have a 50 year old menu! I would go during the week on slower days and you should have no issues, go and check it out!

There is a lovely older woman in a sparkly hat who does a really nice job. The other lady only seemed to appear to deliver food. They were a bit busy, so it took longer than expected. I wasn't in a hurry, so it didn't matter to me. The food was done well, it was warm, and it tasted good. The lady in the sparkly hat deserves a raise. She was doing it all!

It's Denny's, late night food fare. This one is very reliable. It's been 3 years since I have been here. The food was surprisingly good. I ordered the chicken dinner with no country gravy vegetables. Which I expect to be bad but surprise. The vegetables were very good. Not greasy not limpm they were very tasty and firm. Must be an aspiring chef !! And my waitress was an amazing woman , she has quite the loving personality, engaging with all her customers to positive conversations. I am going back for sure !

I usually always get the pot roast haven’t tried to many other things. The waits usually kinda long cuz they are under staffed but the staff they do have are always polite.

Btown Denny’s is a cut above most Dennys. Stable mgt makes for an efficient restaurant. Yes it is not gourmet but as a Senior with an AARP card you can order a full dinner with leftovers for a great price. With one working spouse gives a break from a dinner. I would recommend.

Was a good pick that day. Was just about lunch time, needed to eat in order to timely take my insulin. The server sat us right away and took our beverage request. After completing my 2,383 mile drive to Bordentown from Arizona..it was time to sit down for a real meal. Spotted Dennys first and i convinced myself "why not". Service was perfect and my meal was hot and to me within 10 minutes. My waiter was great and he is heading off to Baton Rouge for a bowling tournament. Everyone was friendly and of course I was totally comatose after getting to my hotel room.

I visited this place with my wife about 7:30 am (just after it opened at 7:00) Had some crowd already! The waitress was a senior and treated us like her child :) (“You may be ordering too much ! I won’t let you go till you finish them all!” - All in good spirits only ) We are vegetarians and don’t take eggs as well. So we ordered a only veggie skillet and a portion of nachos and hash browns. Full marks for the food They did forget the order of bread toast and service was a bit slow due to crowd as well. Will go again!

The restaurant needs to be updated! The food was decent, I just had a hamburger and fries. One side of the restaurant was closed off heating problems, I was told.

First off, Denny's isn't 5 star cuisine obviously. It's decent food at a lower price. Met up with a friend of mine for lunch and had great service from our waitress. She was an older black woman who we could tell was having a bad day. However, she was friendly and fast and attentive. My friend and I go there on a semi regular basis and I hope we have her again.

We got seated right away and got our drink order taken as soon as we got seated at our table. Our server's name is Jalhyn, and he was attentive and polite. He checked on us multiple times to make sure we were okay. The only complaint that I agree with from the negative reviews, is that the outside of the cups felt kind of gritty and a little sticky. My fiancé and I would come back, and I recommend giving this Denny's a chance.

1st impression was we should go somewhere else. Gentlemen asked us how many and said to give him a minute. Put a decent sized order in as soon as they opened @ 7am via DOORDASH on Sat, 11/4/23. They sent the "CONFIRMED" text that my order was "RECEIVED" by Denny's. Order was expected @ approx 7:50ish...... My Dasher was sitting @ the restaurant waiting for the order. Received a text that the restaurant "DENNY'S" canceled my order @ 8:03am!!! Totally Unprofessional Customer/Food Service!!! After calling a Server told me the "Ticket Machine" was down, then put me on hold w/o notice for the manager... Who never picked up! I work for the State around the corner & this WOULD'VE been good business for future orders. But will no longer even be considered an option for us. Thanks for solidifying that👍🏼

Would say 0 stars but not an option. Me and my buddies went there around 11 and got breakfast. The waitress was super nice and pretty cool even though it took about 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered. Food tasted alright but as soon as I hit the parking lot everything came up... FOOD POISONING!!!! Something was not cooked right and my stomach has been messed up all day because of it. Would’ve been great if the food didn’t make me sick👎🏻 (Also no I don’t have food allergies or anything like that.) got a sandwich with bacon, sausage, and ham so stuff I eat regularly, but somethin was not good.

We went in the parking lot look packed there was nobody in there very spaced out for waitresses it took them 5 minutes just to see us they looked at Us close to three times before seating us and then when we sat down we waited 22 minutes before we left. no one came to us nobody asked us for drinks, nobody said Hi how are you doing, nothing the girls were too much sitting there worrying about themselves instead of the customers. and then on top of that they were cleaning the tables off when nobody was sitting there when they could have clearly came up to us and said what would you like to drink nothing they didn't say anything until we left we didn't respond to them we just walked right out and we drove down the road to the Town and country diner which actually was better than Denny's. we will never go there again. And we used to go to Denny's all the time but I'm good on that lost a customer don't even bother going there. Like that's how ungrateful they were to their customers

Went with my son. The older lady at the Cash register had an attitude right away. We waited to be seated. We were seated by someone who said they were about to leave. We then sat there for almost half an hour without our order being taken. Another gentleman who came in behind us left before we did without being served, or having his order taken. Lady at register when we left was nice. Just terrible service except a couple of people.

This isn't just a rant about wait time. I understand that staffing was critically bad the day we went. I feel sorry for the lady in front who had to manage the wait list, take phone orders, sanitize and clear tables, take food from the kitchen to the tables, restock toilet paper and more. Management needs to seriously address the issue. We were told 30 minutes wait time but waited for 1 hour and then left because my toddler and baby were both frustrated and needed food. I wasn't the only customer who left. I saw 5 groups walk away in the hour I waited. Not sure if Denny's can afford to lose that much revenue and customer loyalty. Advice for anyone wanting to eat here: the wait time is a lot longer than they're saying. Call in advance for a wait time. Opt for food delivery because they seemed to be on top of the uber eats orders.

When I walked in I had some lady stare at me, didn't even realize she worked there, then finally after 5 minutes of me standing there waiting for her to actually say something to me she finally says how many. So for some reason the waitress that we got was nice to everyone else except for me. I heard her go up to everybody that she served and asked them if they liked their food or not, except for me. She wasn't the least bit nice, didn't say hello even tell me her name as a matter of fact she didn't come back to my table one time and asked me if we needed anything else or if the food was good or not. I then sat there waiting for the check at which point she walked up slapped the check on the table and said Pay it at the register, obviously did not want a tip! My son's food was scorching hot while my food was ice cold! The price was great but besides that nothing else was great! Somebody needs to tell the lady that seats the people that she needs to actually speak to them when they walk in the door instead of stare them down!

I came there with my parents and children. The lady in the front was kinda dismissive. But once we were sat My server Tim didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. He forgot drinks, also never came to check on us and left trash on the table. Our food was not prepared correctly we order 3 steaks med and when they came well done and we had to wait another 30 mins for our food. The manager never came over to check on us to make sure we were happy. We packed our food to go instead of eating at the restaurant.

This was the only denny's closeby. Food was not as great, The server tried to scam us by charging extra item [extra hashbrown] and making it look like a misunderstanding. The servers picture is in the photo's i uploaded. Once he saw me taking a picture, he constantly came apologizing. Not only that, one syrup on the pancake was very sour, i believe it was expired strawberry. Tasted very citrus. French toast was the only dish why there is a 1 extra star on food.
