I would give it five stars, but the manager wouldn't let me in with my backpack. I had important things in it, and she refused. I told her she could check it if she wanted and put some straps or locks on it, but she still wouldn't let me. There are things that can't be left at the parcel service because of their value, and it's happened before that they give the items to other people.

Good selection, service, and security. There's no parking; it's best to drop off shoppers in front of the store and then find parking.

There's a good selection of stationery, but the service leaves much to be desired. And not to mention the billing system; you can't do it online. It took me 15 minutes to get my invoice, so they wouldn't make a mistake and have to redo it.

Good selection of stationery. Affordable prices. However, the cashiers' service detracts from the business. They're always in a bad mood and treat customers in a rude and indifferent manner. It would be advisable to conduct psychometric tests and job profiles before hiring staff. Perhaps they'd be suitable as stockers, but not as cashiers!

They made me wait in line twice, supposedly for retail and wholesale. And when I was inside the store, the supervisor told me she wouldn't honor my wholesale order, and I told her that's not the way to serve a customer. In my opinion, very poor service on her part.

Very limited selection of good products, mostly low-cost or limited-quality items. Poor service, but they're always watching you, and it's contradictory how long it takes them to respond to you if you speak to an employee.

The selection of school supplies was very good and brand-name, but what I didn't like was the store's opening time. It was almost 2:15 and it wasn't open, and the sun was shining directly into the store, affecting many customers. If you could correct this small error, I would be very grateful.
