My first time ordering from this place I got delivery and it was fantastic! We got custard buns, orange chicken, and friend rice and everything was absolutely delicious. The delivery was very quick too. We will be ordering again and visiting the restaurant to try some more dishes!

However, what I was really impressed with was the quality of the meat. As you can see in the picture I took, this is quality chicken breast meat, not a ground up chicken nugget with sauce. This is a quiet, clean and delicious little Chinese place. Honestly, some of the best fried rice I've had and I have eaten a bit in Chinatown. In a strip mall so parking isn't an issue. Service was fast, courteous and polite.

My food was bland, but my mom's food was favorable.

Restauraunt wasn't maintained, even though we were the only table in the restaurant. No toilet paper in the men's bathroom, brown sauce splattered all over the wall by our booth. The food is cheap for dining out, but not made fresh. The steamed buns you could tell were previously frozen and our entrees reminded me of panda express/mall food. The service also wasn't the most welcoming. We walked in and were greeted with "lunch is over, it's 5pm" we were confused and like does that mean you're closed, we can go somewhere else? A young man working the kitchen kept coming out and staring and my bf and I, which made us uncomfortable and resulted in us just boxing up our food and heading out. Won't be going again.

The food is very good; they were using a third party delivery service who left our order at the wrong house. Bao’s did a great job of fixing a very frustrating situation that seemed to get worse at every turn. Did we mention the food is very good?

Ate there last night. Not bad food but the prices and personalities need adjustment. Dude was in too much of a hurry and had no personality. The 3 stars are for the food quality only. Zero stars for everything else. If you ask for Fried Rice, there will be an unmentioned $1 upcharge. The walls need cleaning. There's dried splattered food on them. We probably won't come back.

Ordered the Sweet N Sour pork... And Wonton soup from there lunch special. Pork was way over cooked and the wonton soup was kinda bland ...this is my 2nd time here.. Maybe my last.

Food is nothing to write home about. Customer service is POOR! had an order to go and the sweet & sour was leaking all over the bag. And I WAS the inconvenience to ask for a sealed container. She seemed more interested in her cell phone rather than doing her job

The service was fast. The portion was huge and the shrimp was big. I ordered shrimp fried rice. I called in and they picked up "Hello" as if they were answering a personal phone. I had to ask if it was Baos Cafe. Not professional. 2nd my rice looked really good but by the 5th bite into it the taste changed. My mouth had a disgusting waxy feeling in it and felt dry almost like I couldn't chew. I did some research and it looks like it's the "lard" they cook their food in. My daughter also tried it and had the same experience.

I was the only one in there also. Have some respect, for yourself, for the fact you have a job, and lastly respect other people's time. Be a slob at home.

It took well over an hour for my order to be delivered. I had been told it would take 30-40 min, but got a call at 45 minutes telling me the food hadn't even left and would be another 15 minutes. It sounds like they didn't realize it was a delivery order despite me specifically discussing my order being delivered, that it was less than 5 miles, and leaving a tip for the driver. When I called at the hour mark for an update, they told us notbing and just said a manager would call us back, which never happened. No one took responsibility for their mess up. No one apologized. The food was fine but we won't be back.

This place has really gone downhill. It used to be very fast and really good. However, now they didn’t even put our order in the system when we called and placed an order. Plus the place is just dirty. Do they even clean? The place is dirty and there are still Christmas decorations out in March…

Not a good first experience. I ordered HO3, the beef and vegetables... and this is what came out. $10 for whatever this is.

Ordered takeaway online at 5:20 pm for a 5:50 pickup. Arrived and was told order was almost ready. Paid cash. Food didn't come out until 6:35. Others there were waiting longer. Look at recent reviews, place has gone downhill. The few good reviews look fake

When arriving to the location there was no one else there so my family a party of four saw no issue with time being an issue or delay on our food. When the waiter arrived to the table he spoke so fast and didn’t even take our drink order right. He was so fast to do just one standard drink. He didn’t even let my father in law say what he wanted and brought him a drink he didn’t ask for. My husband then requested some tea like myself and the waiter just brought a cup for him to drink from my pot rather than bringing him his own pot as he requested. When I asked for a refill for our new pot he just refilled it with water and left the same tea bag in there, so essentially we drank hot water. The food was not good. I wasn’t expecting high quality Chinese food, I don’t think no one is, but at least some good quality. The meat smelled spoiled and tough. It was drowning in so much sauce almost like to cover the quality of the meat. Then to top it off the rice portion to the meat was a sad little kid size cup. I would rate the over all score a one star based off of the service and food quality. Honestly, Panda Express has better quality and we all know that is not “real” Asian cuisine.

Fried Rice was nasty as if it was cooked with old oil,curry chicken tasted watered down,crab Rangoons were burnt,honey crisp shrimp was very runny but tasty and it was a great portion; overall incredibly disappointing for 56$

The last not one but THREE times have been absolutely awful. They've really gone downhill. They cancelled my online order while I was standing in front of them asking about the order. They claimed to have not received my order after driving here and then I get the email right there that my order was cancelled. The last time, they thought I was mistaken for a different restaurant and insisted what I was trying to order didn't exist, even while I'm looking at the pamphlet they just left on my porch lol The time before that, we were the ONLY table in the entire place and they still acted like they were just too busy for us. The food is mediocre at best. It's just close to the house.

NEVER EAT HERE!!! Used to enjoy getting takeout from here. NEVER again!!!!!! Served me absolutely ROTTEN shrimp in my pad thai, and then tried to claim all their shrimp were fresh when I called. The shrimp were SO REVOLTING that I VOMITTED my entire meal up. They claimed the owner doesn’t speak English and couldn’t talk to me on the phone. Acted like they didn’t understand me when I asked for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Absolutely no service. My Friend walked in so there were two of us coming had to seat herself and the young lady gave only one menu. When I walked in, I went to the restroom. I came back out still no menu ,grabbed my own. She came and asked what we wanted to drink, just a unsweet tea and a water, and she went behind the desk and fiddled around with her phone and other stuff never brought our drinks… so we didn’t stay long enough to get them.. lol

Next our mushroom chicken comes out when I tell you it looked slimy and grimey like it came straight out of the packaging from the grocery store we were scared. (Photo below) then comes the orange chicken it tasted old and like someone mixed oil and chilis together and said boom orange chicken. Lastly the fried rice… it was hard like it had been sitting all day and tasted like card board. If I could rate zero stars I definitely would.when the waitress came out to check on us she asked about our soup and we told her it tasted like nothing it had no flavor she goes “oh it probably was just sitting in water for too long” then goes would you like me to discount it? It was just very awkward and do not recommend to anyone we felt sick the moment we walked out of there.

Let us review: Egg drop soup: ok, no issues, off to a great start Rangoons: Weirdly pale to the eye, one suspects they were undercooked. The crust sort of crunches yet is unpleasantly chewy like an unleavened cracker. Were they cooked previously and microwaved? Were they cooked from frozen? I am not a scientist. There is no grease to the touch so one would certainly wonder how the frying worked. Fried rice: Hard to explain, looks off to the eye. Shiny but not wet. Skimping on the ingredients but it's cheap, that's to be expected. The taste, now that's novel. It's in the range of fried rice but cloudy? It leaves an unpleasant film on the teeth, tongue, and gums, and a worse aftertaste. At times something collects under the tongue at the back of the mouth. Did they cook with old or rancid oil? Was this also rewarmed from previous cooking? The mind boggles. I'd almost recommend it because of how remarkable it is, but, again, no.
