I guess things have gone downhill since I left the company, the last two locations I've gone to have handed out super underfilled fries and the sandwiches are tiny now , at least my drink was full but for over ten bucks I can't say I'll keep going back.

The restaurant itself and the drive thru/curbside are very large. Lots of space and the food is on par with other locations, but the speed and service are sub par to other locations I’ve been to. Even when speed is slow I still expect service with a smile or at least a pleasantry.

I ordered a number 1 with no pickles add an extra patty large fry large sweet tea like I’ve done multiple times they wouldn’t add the extra patty I said ok that’s fine just get me another sandwich so when I get home I realize they gave me the wrong drink and wrong side they gave me nugget instead of fries so I have two sandwiches a medium coke and 8ct nugget

This is the worst ever I have been in this line for more than 20 minutes and I’m still eight cars back in the drive-through the two young man out here taking the orders are catching you as soon as you come through they’re not monitoring how the cars go through. It’s very very unorganized. Do not come to this one.

Today went to get a grilled chicken sandwich at 230 pm. This sandwich was the worst I've ever had at this shop. Chicken was over cooked and dried out. Must have been leftovers since noon rush. Tasted like dry sawdust. If they can't put out fresh cooked chicken breasts they should close or get a new manager.

This is one of the worst ones I've been to aside from the one in texas city. Employees need proper training at the register or proper training in health department standards. In addition the owner (who i spoke with ) wasn't interested in the concerns I addressed. I won't return to this location

Love eating at chick fil a but coming into an empty dining room with crumbs all over the floor and not a clean table for my fiancé and me to sit. Luckily, I found wipes and was able to clean a table for us. I’d get it if they were short-staffed and maybe just had a rush, but management/ employees are standing around staring at the dirty dining room.

Slowest Chick-fil-a in town. The old grumpy woman manager look like she hated her job. The food has gotten worse. fries are undercooked and the breakfast minis are always hard.

Worst chick fil a experience I've had. Woody in the drive through was dishing out Popeyes level customer service. Was acting like I was a bother to him by going through the drive through. All he could say was "what's your name....what do you want?" He must've been having a rough day or he hates his job. Food was mediocre too, fries completely overcooked and chicken seemed like it had been sitting out for an hour or two very dry. Love chick fil a but was disappointed this visit. Won't be back to this location.

My curbside order took over 15 minutes after I arrived. At that point I had to go inside to get it and there were multiple orders just sitting there. Several workers not doing other tasks while the orders piled up. I had to ask for my food or my wait would definitely have been longer.

I usually love CFA but I hate spending $80 on food, and then getting told I can't get more than like 2 sauces for the whole order.... super frustrating. They always say something like, "hey, man, I would but I don't want to get in trouble with my manager". Like its morally corrupt to give me two extra sauces. This has happened the past few times I came here and me and each of my friends have had to fight over the few CFA sauces they give us. Fail to see how this is helping your business.

My child has an apple allergy and this is only location who has refused to make a fruit cup without apples. So my child had to go without fruit. Will not return to this location as they do not assist those with certain allergies. Even asked manager, she had no concern or care. This location has got to understand kids with allergies exist.

I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent experiences as a DoorDash driver at your location. While I have had positive interactions at other Chick-fil-A restaurants that effectively accommodate DoorDash orders through designated mobile order shelves, I have encountered challenges at this particular store. Unfortunately, the service I received was less than satisfactory. I experienced unprofessional behavior from one of your team members, a young white female with blonde hair, who was dismissive and unhelpful. This made it difficult to perform my duties as a DoorDash driver. Additionally, I noticed that while orders for DoorDash are prepared and waiting behind the counter, the staff prioritize serving walk-in customers at the register. As a result, DoorDash drivers often find themselves waiting unnecessarily, which not only delays our deliveries but also risks the food arriving cold to customers. I kindly urge you to consider designating a specific area for DoorDash orders, as well as providing training for your staff on the importance of treating all delivery drivers with respect and efficiency. This would greatly enhance the experience for both drivers and customers alike. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate your commitment to quality service and hope to see improvements in the future.

Stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat but went to use the restroom first. That’s when I should’ve turned around. I felt like I was at a 30 yr old gas station in the middle of nowhere. The only thing that was missing was a key from the gas station attendant to make sure I didn’t steal the toilet paper. Well, I sucked it up and ordered a chicken sandwich and it looked like it had been sitting there overnight waiting on some poor, hungry sucker. Needless to say, I left there hungry and with a UTI.

The absolute worst CFA I’ve ever been to. All the employees move so incredibly slow and they only have one person ringing up customers so the wait to order is excruciating. No one in here has pep or desire to move or even to speak at any speed. They’re all like slow slugs. I ordered just a sweet tea to go and that should’ve been handed to me right away by the order taker but instead they made me wait while my tea sat on a back counter until after they had handed food out to several people and I had to ask for my tea. At other CFA the person ringing you up hands you your drinks right away. They need training and some energy shots or vitamins here.

It’s super hard to order out while being gluten intolerant but I know chick fil a has grilled chicken with an option to change to a bun (with a upcharge of course) and when I get home to assemble my GF sandwich, imagine my surprise when I see I received no chicken. None. Just the toppings in the cup and of course the expensive gluten free bun. What’s worse is that the GM served me. Since I’m already home and can’t go back I pretty much got shafted by my $15 lunch - which was already overpriced as is. Now I don’t blame the GM as she just took my order and I know it’s someone in the back but it seems like she dosent have much support either from what I witnessed while ordering. I rarely go here so it’s not a worry in the future but this definitely left no taste in my mouth since I didn’t get any chicken .
