Tried to use a code that I'd received from Dickeys that expired on the day that I was visiting, only to be told that it had expired that morning! I'd received the code via text message, with only an expiration date, no time.

Not good BBQ, overpriced for what it is in taste. Small portions also. Ive eaten maybe 3 times here over the years and each time has reminded me why I don't.

Honestly wasn't impressed with flavor. Everything was bland without having to add hot sauce or barbecue sauce.... I was expecting some type of smoke or something to enhance the quality of meat... Ribs just not what anyone would expect from a BBQ place... Wife had the loaded Frito Pie... The cheese looked like it was from the W.I.C. program and unmelted, lacked flavor. The mashed potatoes happened to be the only thing a enjoyed, mac-n-cheese had NO flavor and noodles mushy way overcooked... Overall we'll go back to the spots on I45

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm from Dallas and all of the Dickey's there are wonderful. So naturally I didn't think twice when I decided to try this one. Worst mistake ever. I have never had such dry pulled pork and brisket in my entire life. And neither of our Westerner sandwiches had cheese on them. When you pay the money for BBQ you expect it to be worth it and this just wasn't. I truly feel robbed. I was told my total was $37 and my card was charged almost $40 which doesn't make sense either. It was hardly edible I won't make this mistake again I assure you of that!

Went there at 6pm and ordered a little over $40 worth of food and I only had $100 dollar bill to pay with and when I handed it over I was told they didn’t have enough change even though he didn’t check the 2nd cash register or asked anyone else. I have never been turned away from somewhere because they don’t have enough change.

Went three separate times to get the free pulled pork sandwich for veterans and was told each time they ran out and wouldn't substitute it out for a different item. Seems to me like they intentionally ran out to not honor the veterans day promotion

Notice how the establishment is EMPTY before you even order. lol that will tell you everything you need to know. The food is alright … the meat always makes me super sick. I’ve tried this place twice so I’ve given it a fair shot. What I don’t like is how EXPENSIVE everything is for such a small portion of food!!! Prices are ridiculous. I won’t be returning. Just go to churches next door.

Fanny was awesome. I just ordered online loaded potatoe and it is a tan color and tastes old. This potatoe is by far the worst I have ever had. The one rib I ordered extra was so hard I couldn't eat it. Yall should be ashamed to put out food like this. The lemon aid was more water than the flavor. Wow. I have eaten at Dickeys in Dallas and Oklahoma and this one is the bottom of the barrel . Oh and the half rack of ribs are dry no moisture in them. The only thing good was the fried okra.

For one my ribs was meatless nothing but bone, the jalapeño cheese sausage wasn’t what I expected but eatable, and for two I ordered an extra side of jalapeño cheese sausage and received regular sausage. I usually have a good experience with dickeys, but I only ate at the one in Orange, TX but I’m not ever ordering from this location again.

I’ve never had an issue before but the meat I received tonight (through ubereats) was at best undercooked if not entirely raw. For the record I ordered the burnt brisket ends. Had to throw the whole thing away and feel sick to my stomach after taking a bite on accident.
