Usually a great place to get great food fast. Quality has always been great and staff willingness to fix any issues or concerns. Kid menus have options on main item, sides, toys or treat. If you can find spot to park your kids can have play time while you order or relax keeping eye on them. Want a salad or treats got both. From breakfast to dinner they make it all.
After dozens of visits to this Chick-fil-A, I can confirm that this is a near perfect establishment. In particular, the cleanliness was amazing and the efficiency of production was great. There is a well sanitized playground for the children and the tables are spacious so one can eat with all their friends and family. I recommend this establishment.
This is a great location to come to! Even though there were some technical issues with their system, Rachael was so kind and patient while helping us with our order. She made sure everything came out perfectly and kept such a positive attitude the whole time. It really made the visit enjoyable — thank you, Rachael!

Chick-fil-A always delivers — the food is great, and the service is consistently top-notch. The only thing that can be a bit frustrating is when you need a quick refill or some assistance. Often, when you walk up to the counter near the pickup area, it feels like you’ve turned invisible. When a customer approaches the front, an employee should acknowledge them right away — even just a simple “I’ll be right with you” makes a difference. Otherwise, it starts to feel a little like waiting at a crowded bar, hoping the bartender notices you exist.
Most times when I pick up dinner for the family here, they're super busy, but they're also very fast. The staff also never make a mistake with our order and they are always fast and courteous. Whenever we dine in the inside is very clean as well.
I have many many good experiences of coming here. But let me tell you my trip here yesterday. Our senior dog Duke loves him some chicken and was having his last day adventure and we brought him here to get breakfast. I believe her name is Kali she took our order and gave Duke some pets (as he was in the bed of my truck) and him some cookies in our meal for him. When he heard me order chicken nuggies he started trying to come into the cab in excitement. Mine you we ordered 20 nuggies which we shared one each with him and he inhaled the rest, the sweet chicken lover he is. But thank you to Kali and the always great staff here. We love this chick fil a! It’s 3 min from our house, and the service is always great. We choose to go inside because the line can get long outside. We’ve gone more in the last couple weeks and Erick, who works the register has had great customer service! A few months back my daughter fell in the playscape and employees came and brought her a chick fil a stuffed cow animal. So kind. Food is typically good but sometimes the temps are a little low (room temp not hot) overall, recommend this location!
One our favourite places to eat. Great atmosphere and the burgers are always a winner with my family. Some of my family likes the waffle fries but the other half prefer normal fries. The salads could use some looking in to as both my wife and I would prefer it for a healthier choice. We tried the salads a two times but now only order the burgers. Drive through line takes way too long to get through. I’ve been stuck in line for well over 25 mins. Just for a drink.
Good food and friendly staff, but the parking layout is frustrating. Half the lot is blocked off with cones, which seems intentionally designed to steer customers to the drive-thru since it moves faster and boosts their sales metrics. Well the staff is nice. The line is odd at this place with cones marking half the parking lot off. But what really is not a welcomed menu item is the hair I just got in my Mac and cheese. Extra long lines are pretty common at Chick-fil-A so when we pulled up today and got in line at the drive thru I thought it would move quickly. (As they usually do) It took 45 minutes to get through the line, granted it was lunch time and of course they were busy. This is the second time coming to the Leander location so hoping it was just a bad day for them. Also our order was incorrect but thankfully the manager working the line was able to correct it quickly. We will try the dine in option next time.
Not sure why, but when I pulled up the people in the drive-through that normally takes orders all went inside. I was told to use the microphone to make my order. When I got home, I opened my grilled spicy deluxe sandwich to find it was a club sandwich with no chicken. They did get the order corrected. But with three kids, they wanted me to return to the store after I had already made it home.

Hello, this is my third time coming to this location and they always mess up my order. I always get two spicy chicken sandwiches (entrees) only. Every time I get regular sandwiches. Very upset that they give me the wrong order.
I was very disappointed by the service that I received today. My family frequently visits Chick-fil-a and I have lots of reward points as a result. Today when I pulled up to order in the drive thru I told the worker that I wanted to use my points for my meal. The worker took my order then told me my total. I asked to use my reward points and she proceeded to tell me that she already put my order into her iPad so I need to pay and just use my points next time. I told her I didn’t understand and hadn’t paid so I feel she should correct it on her end so I can use points. She refused and demanded that I pay and just use points another time. I went ahead and paid but if I have points and want to use them I should be able to. She didn’t bother to get help or try to fix the issue. She just demanded that I pay and proceeded to the next car. Very disappointing.
I came through the drive through today at around 10:10 am. The person who took my order was very nice, but he rung my order up wrong and over charged me by a few dollars. The African American gentleman who hands out the orders could work on his customer service. I felt like I was at McDonalds how they just hand you your order and not say a word to you. Please work on that.
Was waiting on a DoorDash order when announced the dude am said a different name usually when I go in for my orders they check in with me and get the name of the order I have here they just put them out. With that being said he said a different name than my order and supposedly it was my order and another person took it. Now idk if it’s a new update but I’m sure when your assigned an order on DoorDash no one else can get it because it’s assigned to you. So when he said it was picked up. I was very confused. They were too busy flirting for me to get their attention until after the fact. Missed out on an order and money. Shame.
Highly disappointed. I ordered a #1 plain with fries and lemonade. I didn't get my chicken sandwich. I had to go back and they put pickles after I asked for plain. The pickle taste is strong and overtook my chicken sandwich.
When through the drive through all was good but they forgot my sauce no big deal honestly but the service i got when I went back for just some sauce was some of the worst I've ever had. I got back at 10pm right as they closed and they close everything in my face and then proceeded to ignore me. This is all the staff not the manager she did a good job. They laugh at me which honestly was insane to me and employee named "Chris" after I ask the manager said not to help me. At this time all I had done was just pulled to the window nothing more no words said nothing. I proceeded to get out my car and get to the window and told them " I just want my sauce man come on just can't do my like this is wild" a girl with glasses don't know her name proceeded to laugh. Honestly thank God that manager came out and handle everything, but I have never been treated worst in my live over me just driving back for sauce dude. Something so small didn't need to be handled that way. Legit insane. If i had been rude or something i would understand but the fact the refuse to just listen to me about just wanting they sauce they forgot and proceeded to treat me terribly over something so small is honestly legit nuts to me. I have never reach out to corporate to report people before in my life but this is for sure the first time for me because what happen is legit unacceptable. I have work fast food in my early days and i have never done anything close to that at all. I came in with nothing but good energy to just get the sauce they forgot and for me to be treated like that is just simply unacceptable.
