Important note: if you do want to order take out from this store, remember to check before you leave! Like three out five times they are either missing something or mistaken the menu. I have to say the operation management of this restaurant is so terrible. Can you imagine when you drive 30 mins for a round trip to pick up your order and only found there is something missing from the package, how frustrating that is! More than that, the cell phone number they listed on Google is out of service! It’s basically a waste of your time and money!

the whole order was wrong and missing items...chicken looks like it has been under a heat lamp or microwave....threw it away...missing 2 large sides...asked for all dark meat got mostly white meat...

I drive for Door Dash and Uber Eats. I really don't like taking an order from this Popeyes. Customer service attendants do not acknowledge you are there. They are on their phones, looking around like they gave nothing to do. There is absolutely no communication and customers have to wait forever. The manager is great, but he really needs his employees to step up!

I do not love the chicken from this popeyes! I do not love the food from this popeyes! I do not love the service, no I especially hate the service that I have received every single time. Putting someone on the ordering menu who does not know how to speak English and then getting upset with your customers is ridiculous. And I am Panamanian so I don't care about that. Not only did they refuse to put my order on the screen, when I got to the window they had an extreme attitude because I was asking for my food fresh. They made none of my food fresh. They got upset that I wanted my food fresh having an extreme attitude. I saw the manager staring out the window trying to stare daggers at me like that was going to do something my fried pickles were extremely undercooked even though I asked for well done. My chicken, cold not well done as I asked for. Not made fresh like I asked for it they just took some old chicken and through a little bit of lemon pepper dust on it they didn't even want to give me my drink. And would you believe it they wouldn't even give me my receipt. I truly hate this place it doesn't matter what day or what time you go it's always bad the employees are always high and extremely unmotivated. If I could give this food and service zero Stars I absolutely would! I just ordered from there and I am so extremely upset, but I know that if I go back there I'm going to cause a scene. This place is horrible and the management and all of these people working here really should not be, especially dealing with chicken and having chicken be served undercooked!!!! I will be calling the BBB to get to the bottom of this because this was a horrible experience, and I will not stop until it is rectified. 0 out of 5 stars, 10 thumbs down

Cant rate food as we got none. Arrived 30 minutes before closing in the drive through. We were never greeted. Drove up and the lady couldn't speak a drop of English. She seemed very confused. She said they were closed despite all signs and online presence said they were open for another 30 minutes. I will not be back.

I’m sharing this in hopes of improving the experience for future customers. During my visit I presented a valid coupon at the register. The employee scanned it but do not explain whether it was applied and proceeded to charge me full price without acknowledgment or clarification. The interaction felt dismissive and confusing Coupons influence where customers choose to spend their money, a clear communication is essential. I hope management reviews this situation and provides additional training on customer interaction and coupon handling so future guest receive the transparency and respect they deserve!

Had to drive 25ims back cause they have NO WORKING PHONES!!! Missing food, not a care or sorry or even a partial refund, Keep in mind this is the 2nd time happening, and wont be ordering unless i pull everything out inside at the counter. Which is sad to have to do when its a mobile order placed 30mins ahead of time. Manager, younger girl with red hair. Not a care in the world that I just spent $65 plus on a Dinner for the family, NO OFFER of a sorry beside the other employee who had nothing to do with it. She didn't check the receipt or bag to make sure ordering was completed. Just a robot doing a task. I work in retail and do nothing but customers service and we take care of our ppl. No owner operator Contact phone in the store either... very sad cause we love Popeyes

Went here on Wednesday around 230pm and one guy was leaving in front of me inside the store. The girl walks away without saying hi or I will be right with you. They were like 5-6 employees and they kept filling drive-thru orders like the world was ending. Waited about 15 minutes and nothing at all, I walked out. The workers are all Spanish workers and if you are not their kind they will ignore you, I've noticed that on a few occasions. It's pathetic and when you do get your food it's always incorrect or they short your food. Give you tiny pieces. Last time we ordered spicy and we got mild, like who eats mild chicken. The owner needs to get this store corrected or it could just be front for something else. I'm done with this location. Always check your food if you go here. Also I'll get 10 pieces of chicken and they offer 2 packets of ketchup, they act like it's coming out of their pockets. I ask for more and here comes 2-3 more. Then they give you dirty looks. If you don't like your job go get something you will enjoy. Store really needs new management to clean it up.

ATTENTION - This Popeyes only has great reviews because they bribe people that they will give them free chicken if they post a good review on Google. Once they see you posted the review, you get the 2 pieces of chicken. Now onto my review - I go here regularly (twice a week or so) for my kids. This place is so bad I refuse to ever go back until changes are made. What I am about to tell you are consistent problems that are never addressed. You will not make it through this drive thru without waiting at least 30 minutes to get to the window for some poorly prepared food and horrible customer service. And no, it's not because they are busy. A few nights ago I went there and there were 3 cars in front of me, 1 left because it took so long, so actually 2 cars. Each person was at the speaker waiting at least 10 minutes just for someone to take their order. This is not an exaggeration. 10 minutes! I ordered my food after waiting 30 minutes in line to get to the speaker and finally just decided to leave after waiting another fifteen minutes for the first car of the two cars in front of me to get their food. I drove 25 minutes to the Popeyes in Georgetown instead, as they are always fast and have the best service! I wish I could say this was a one time incident for this location but it literally happens every time. The young ladies who work the drive thru are the rudest and most incompetent people I have ever come across. They are always giggling and laughing with each other and on their phones and act incredibly rude if you ask them a question. When they had their five nights at Freddie’s promotion my son wanted a cupcake and I was told at the speaker after about 5 minutes that they no longer sell them. This was literally a week into the promotion. I got to the windows and asked another girl why they no longer had them and she said they did still have them. I said the lady at the speaker said they didn’t so she looks at her and asks her why she said that and she says that she couldn’t find the button on the register to ring it up. This is the incompetence we are working with here. Every. Single. Time. They were so bad that at one point they were offering free chicken to customers going through the drive thru for a good review on google. They would literally hold up the drive thru line longer then it already was, instructing people how to get to their Google account and wait for them to give a good review and show them proof so they could get there free chicken. I could literally go on and on but my finger hurts from typing so just take my word for it and don’t go until the owners change things.

Hands down the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. The staff is unbelievably rude — at one point they actually told each other “if you don’t look behind you, they aren’t there.” (The customers) I’ve never heard anything so unprofessional in a restaurant. The attitude alone is enough to drive customers away, but it doesn’t stop there. This location constantly runs out of menu items, and somehow the food they do have is either stale, poorly prepared, or completely wrong. It’s like no one here cares about basic quality, cleanliness, or customer service. The lack of organization is shocking, and the overall service is so slow and dismissive that it feels like an inconvenience for them to serve you at all. This place is an embarrassment to the Popeyes brand and is destroying the reputation of the entire establishment. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location altogether — horrible service, horrible food, and a staff that desperately needs proper training and accountability.

I have tried to call 5 times and the phone goes straight to voicemail and says the caller is not available. They gave me chicken that literally tasted like blood and is dripping blood. GROSS!! 🤮 if I could put 0 stars I would. I could get seriously sick from this!!!!

The general manager, Erik, was eating at the drive-thru while caressing the cashier’s neck. He ate his chicken and never washed his hands. Then he walked over to the counter to take my order—with a smile, of course. I walked out without ordering. This is definitely a health code violation. Yes, we all get hungry, but as a general manager, he should set better standards for his employees/team. This wasn’t the first time I’ve seen him acting inappropriately with the female staff. Last week, I decided this place would get my last try. Never again.

If there was something less than 1 star, they deserve it. Ordered 4 tender meals one being 5 piece spicy with beans and rice and Cajun rice also. Didn't get the spicy tenders or the beans and rice or any dipping sauce for the tenders. I guess the employees playing behind the counter was more important than getting the customer order right. Not including the time it took to get the order wrong NEVER THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Went through the drive-through. The employee that was working in the drive-through window you could barely hear her and when placing my order, they were out of all the drinks except for two, out of shrimp, and wasn’t sure if they had any tenders ready. This location is definitely gone downhill drastically. Would not recommend.

They will sneak in tiny wing size chicken and count them as full size chicken drums or thighs. 1/3 of the 12 piece family meal is this size and that’s absolutely unacceptable especially for the price you are paying. Wasn’t even gonna leave a review about them telling us they don’t have Mac and cheese 2 and a half hours before close that they will only have Mac and cheese tomorrow. But after seeing how they cheat you on the supposedly full sized chicken was enough to leave 1 star.
