Es la primera vez que hemos venido mi familia y yo y nos ha gustado bastante. Nos ha atendido Alberto y ha sido muy amable y nos lo ha explicado todo muy bien.
Cenamos una noche por casualidad, y desde entonces hemos vuelto varias veces. Tiene una gran carta de hamburguesas, sandwiches y platos combinados. Las raciones son bastante grandes y hay barra libre de refrescos. Nos atendió Alberto, que en todo momento se mostró amable y nos preguntó si todo era de nuestro agrado y si deseábamos algo más. Me hubiera tomado un postre, pero la verdad es que ya no me cabía más. La única pega que le pondría es que la temperatura del local era un poco fresca y no se estaba muy a gusto en ese aspecto. De todas formas, lo recomiendo. Nosotros seguiremos yendo.
Venimos bastante a menudo, tenemos tres hijas y les gusta bastante el menú infantil, es comida recién hecha y bastante buena, los postres los disfrutan mucho. Los menús, platos para adultos también están todos muy bien, variamos mucho los platos principales porque todos están muy bien. En cuanto al personal excelente. Atentos educados alegres. Un 10 en todo. Por eso seguimos vollviendo
Fuimos a cenar un sábado por la noche. Las hamburguesas son las mejores relación calidad precio, superando a otros restaurantes con creces como BK, McD o FH. Además de que las hamburguesas tienen bastante carne, nos sorprendió el montón de patatas gajo que nos pusieron como guarnición con la hamburguesa. Considerando que desde que pedimos pasaron unos 15 minutos, creo que el servicio es bastante bueno. Nos atendió Alberto, un chico súper simpático que nos preguntó varias veces si todo estaba bien y que si queríamos algo más. Volveremos sin duda al VIPS del Osito, un lugar muy agradable y que se comen hamburguesas, sándwiches y ahora además unos platos combinados llamados atípicos que están muy bien de cantidad y calidad.

Soy clienta habitual desde hace un tiempo y he de decir que la calidad de los platos ha mejorado muchísimo. Los menús nuevos, impresionantes y la atención al cliente no puede ser mejor! Hoy nos ha atendido Alberto y la verdad es que estamos muy contentos. Muy amable y profesional. Gracias, equipo!

Alberto es de los empleados más atentos y trabajadores de los que hemos visto en este local que llevamos años visitando. Enhorabuena por tener a alguien así en un equipo, solo puede hacer prosperar todo con esa actitud.
I was in Valencia and decided to do some window shopping at the Osito mall. I was craving something hot, so I went in here. I had a mocha, and I have to say it was delicious. The atmosphere is quite pleasant, and it's clean, with tables and super comfortable chairs. The service was very attentive, even though I only went in for a hot drink. I was so comfortable that I ended up sitting there for over an hour, haha, sorry about that! Don't miss this place if you're at the Osito mall 😉
I was there this afternoon and the food was very good, but I must highlight the service from the tall girl with long hair who told me her name was Andrea. We were a large group for afternoon tea and had a couple of dietary restrictions, such as food allergies and intolerances, and she explained everything and helped us in every way she could. I would like to thank her for her patience and excellent service. The restaurant has also made improvements.
Highly recommended! I hadn't been before and was just passing through the area, and it was excellent. The menu was delicious and healthy, and the price was reasonable for the quality. The service was top-notch, and the cleanliness was also excellent. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be back.
I've always liked VIPS for the food, but today's experience was even better thanks to Aitana's service. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick. It's so nice to find people who serve you with a smile. We'll definitely be back!
They have a vegetarian sandwich (luckily it's tuna) but it contains egg. Thanks to Miguel for bringing it separately so I could eat the vegan sandwich and my companion could eat the egg.
We went for breakfast and the experience was excellent. We were served by Maricarmen, who is truly a genius: we saw her restocking, cleaning, and always with a smile and great kindness. Her hard work and dedication are evident. The breakfast was impeccable, abundant, and delicious. We will definitely return; it's a pleasure to meet people like this, which makes the visit even better.
Great place to eat and work. Every table has an outlet, with a great variety of meals. The staff are very polite and attentive. Special thanks to Julia!
Great service by Mari Carmen, nothing is too much bother for her and with a smile as well! Clean surroundings and toilet.

The service is excellent!
We were super comfortable, in a calm atmosphere, and with excellent service. We went with my assistance dog, and they knew exactly what to do (just let him work), and they helped us choose the dish we liked best. They also have a vegetarian option, which was great. In addition to providing friendly and calm service, they were kind enough to bring water for Enzo (my dog), all without bothering him or encouraging him to play or anything. As I said, the staff, the atmosphere, and the food were superb.
La comida muy rica y rápido el servicio muy amables !! Y el chico Alberto muy agradable al igual que Julia , genial todo 👏🎉
La comida muy buena, el servicio también muy bueno. Han sido muy amables. La comida tardó una hora porque en cocina había personal nuevo, pero se disculparon y nos dieron la explicación muy amablemente y además nos invitaron a un postre por las molestias. Así que muy bueno el trato. Sobre todo de Alberto que estuvo en todo momento preocupándose por nuestro pedido.

Excellent service, everything was great, and the girl who served us was very polite and friendly.
I'm celiac and we've been here several times. I know I have options here (nachos, oriental chicken, VIPS Club sandwich, pancakes, and brownie) and they haven't upset my stomach. The staff who served us were very attentive, especially Aitana. Thank you! And congratulations to the whole team!
We didn't eat in. We had it delivered. The presentation and the containers were very good. The dishes arrived hot. Fast delivery. Everything was good. Just one downside was the béchamel sauce. Not great. Without the béchamel sauce, or if you change the recipe, the chicken would be perfect.
Good veggie burger and very convenient when shopping at Carrefour Osito.

I'm giving it 3 stars because you have to get up to collect the food and drinks. I don't consider it a fast-food place, and it's cheaper, so I was shocked that you had to serve yourself. And I also gave it 3 stars because it took a long time for the food to arrive, about 25 minutes after we ordered it. Since they're saving money on waiters, I think they should invest in cooks, so it wouldn't take so long. The food, however, was very good and well presented.
Croquetas post apagón. Las de la foto son las segundas, las primeras que nos sacaron aún estaban peor. Y cuando pedimos que nos las cambiaran, aún les supo mal. Como cambia un sitio cuando hay rotación de personal... De momento, ya no volvemos.
Very slow; it took over 40 minutes for a gluten-free ham and cheese sandwich "because they had to disinfect." They also served it with cold fries and the sandwich was half-cooked. I hadn't been here in a while because they were so slow, and it seems they've gotten worse. In fact, my husband left without having his tortilla because after an hour and fifteen minutes, he still hadn't had one.
