They forgot 2 items. My fries. I attempted to call but had no luck. I was not able to return due chaotic traffic at 6pm. It's difficult getting a hold of anyone. I don't understand how they forgot big items like fries. Can I have some one reach out to make this right, refund me or let come in to get my fries. They had us pull up to the side and they forgot my items ... for the price we should not have to worry with missing items or other inconveniences. 11/7/25 I attempted to submit info to feedback link provided by owner and this store# 3556 is not verifying. What gives. Manager or owners please have accurate restaurant number on your receipts. I want my money back. Stop giving a link if store code is wrong. McDonald's is no longer an inexpensive fast food option! Extra onions mean extra!

This location REALLY needs to fix their drive thru menu screens. You can't read them 90% of the time, it's ridiculous! I can't place my order when the screen is so darkened that I can't read it, or because it's glitching and flashing over and over. FIX THEM!

Have tried to visit this store twice around 6pm, both times store has been closed with employees in lobby with no explanation

I’m a apple pie and shake shake type Of person. The apple was so dang cold I was like really? The shake was good but the pie definitely wasn’t even under a heat lamp, warmed up or anything. Just a friendly reminder to ask for fresh food. I thought this was a given, but not at this location. Great service food I’m not to sure about.

Do yourself a favor and drive a bit further to a different location if you want McDonalds. If you wait for the extra long time to process your order, it will be wrong 90% of the time.

I came by at 10pm on 12/20/2025 and had a ridiculously horrendous experience. Took forever even though the line wasn't that bad, the manager at the time was taking the orders and was COMPLETELY short and rude with everyone pulling up to the window. Then I get my food and my Sprite tasted flat + had way too much syrup, I received a Double Cheese when it clearly shows I ordered a TRIPLE on the receipt taped to the burger (Im also pretty sure they gave me a kids burger cause the whole thing was much smaller than normal), one of our large fries was half filled and the fries they did give us were luke warm at best and way too over salted. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food place period.

Horrible. Lucky if you ever even get to place an order here. Never anyone at the registers and kiosks are broken 99% of the time. Shouldn't have to yell to workers behind the counter everytime I want to order here.

I asked for no middle bun. I got no buns. Poor customer service and cold food. And I spent $70.00 on these tiny burgers. Never again

Ordered curb side, I get told when they give me the food they didn’t cook the pumpkin pies so I can have apple instead or wait 10 mins. Waited 25 mins and just left with the apple pies since they never cooked what I ordered. Just wasted my time and gas idling

Lady at the window really doesn’t like her job. My mom got into it with her a couple times and she just throws the change into your hands. Horrible service and they don’t even try with the food. This place should either get new workers or just get shutdown all together.

My wife and I went to try the new Mac crispy strips with the creamy chili sauce. Went through the drive-through proceeded to order, the lady asked what sauce we would like and we told her. Paid for the food got up to the window. Gentleman said everything is in the bag. Got home opened it up. The chicken strips are Burnt and no creamy chili sauce. Not really sure why they ask. What sauce would you like if they’re not gonna give it to you and this has happened more than once.. Definitely not worth the price not going back here again .

If I could apply a no star I would. I was assisted on a very cloudy day by Guillermo the manager at this location. My family ordered via app parked in designated parking. As it was busy we were prepared to wait. Guillermo came to our car with the wrong order, we advised him our name and order - he delivered the order he had to the correct car and NEVER returned with our order. I went in 20 minutes after this encounter- he then advised me "we do not have your order" so he decided it was not proper service to come to my car I guess and tel me this. Upon looking further he found the order and issued my refund. He never once issued an apology for poor service or simply not noticing our order. This location is close to several others with way better service and attentiveness, I'd stay away! Or go inside so they're forced to serve you. Guillermo's professionalism and decorum with customers was not acceptable.

Iam glad I checked my 7 year Olds burger befor she was a victim of salmonella. I just purchased two number #3s only got 1 and was fresher that I was hoping for.
