Service was average. Place is generally empty with 2-3 guests every time I'm there, but the drive thru is non stop. Food was freshly made.

This location rocks, they have great deals and a great variety of items to choose from. Amazing prices for a quick meal. When I go drive thru, never a single problem. However when I order delivery…I have had three times where I pay extra for large fries in the burger box but still get the little basic one. I also notice each time this happens, zero sauces. Impossible to get help from the delivery apps regarding these problems so here I am possibly saving someone else the headache. I’m sure everyone is hard at work, but I’m tired of getting snubbed even if it is only a couple dollars. Every dollar counts out here in California 🩶

My go-to spot for late-night munching, but it is VERY frustrating when a business closes BEFORE its posted business hours. Post what time the employees stop serving food, NOT what time they want to leave.

Staff was nice, service was great. But the AC is broken and it's so hot inside, the guac on their epic burrito tasted old and rotten. But the Carmel cheesecake bites are 🔥 the place seriously looks like it's about to go out of business and shut down.

Foods okay but service is slow. Took 10 minutes for 2 drinks and some churro cheesecake bites.

Shells taste old and stale. Their sign says 24 hour drive thru, but it isn’t. They left an item out of my order, contacted them about it twice and never heard back. Can’t think of a good reason to go here when Taco Bell is 1 block away.

I'm writing this on behalf of my sister, who had a disturbing experience at this Del Taco location. While going through the drive-thru, she handed her card to the cashier, who then pulled out her phone and held it near the register—right next to my sister’s card—as she was swiping it. She couldn't see what the cashier was doing with the phone, and it immediately made her uncomfortable. In a time where identity theft and card scams are incredibly common, that’s a serious red flag. When she spoke up and said it made her uneasy, the cashier brushed her off and said, “You should have alerts on your card for scams and stuff.” That response is unacceptable. There is absolutely no reason for a cashier to have their phone out during a card transaction, especially so close to a customer’s payment info. It looks shady, it feels shady, and it opens the door to potential fraud. If Del Taco cares about customer trust and safety, this behavior needs to be addressed and corrected. This isn’t just a bad attitude—it’s a risk to people’s financial security.

This place has truly gone down hill. I came in and ordered a number 10 epic burrito combo. She asks "medium or large?" I say, what ever is on the menu. She replies "small". I reply 'oh, you didn't mention that.' Now, at this point, I'm willing to let it go as it's a minor issue. And, of course, this is how these places upgrade you without you knowing. But then she cops an attitude by saying "Jesus Christ" like I did something wrong for asking. That just pisses me off now. And, I will admit I can be a real jerk sometimes. But when some overpaid fast food jockey gives me attitude... they deserve my disrespect. I should have just canceled the order and walked. I regret not doing it now. This is the mess they served me. I'm almost afraid to eat it. What a dam mess. The sad thing is that the drive through was empty and I was the only customer in the place. So the least they could do is make it right. I had to go was my hands again after eating. I came apart in my hands. I won't be back with this nasty attitude for a person. And the puss po2or way the quality control is.

Ordered 2 birria tacos and they gave me a birria quesadilla. It's soggy and floppy and disgusting. Was also a bone in there. Was fun biting into that! UPDATE AND A BONE IN THE GRILLED CHICKEN TACO!!!!

They have gotten my orders wrong 2 times and I've only come here 4 times. Today was the 2nd time just now, I asked for an 8 layer veggie and got a classic grilled chicken instead to top that off the cashier didnt give me a reciept. I called they told me to bring the burrito back, I did and they made a veggie one but not before having me wait 10 mins while they finished everyone else's order. When I got the burrito it was a mess, they gave me enough ranch sauce for a small village, and it was cold. Horrible management, the workers are lazy or high, and forget the drive thru you will be waiting 30+min to order just a taco and another 30+min to actually get it. Never going here again.
