It's really uncomfortable to have them making suggestive remarks while you're here to work or have a meeting.

Every time I've gone to the drive-thru, it seems the young woman who works weekday afternoons doesn't understand what I'm asking for. She just puts whatever she feels like in the car, as if she's going to drink it herself. If I asked for lactose-free milk, it's because I'm paying for it, it's not like it costs them anything... Whoever she is, they have very little empathy for the customer and could put a little more effort into their work. If they're not in a good mood, they shouldn't serve customers. It's tiresome to see the sour faces they make when you ask for something. It's a shame they have that kind of staff at the branch.

I went to the branch and a young woman named Jeni served me at the register. I told her my drink was too strong with coffee, and she took it away, threw it in the sink, and made it again with a sour face. It was the same. I told her again, and she said that's how the recipe was and there was nothing more she could do about it. I asked to speak to the manager, but he never showed up.

I'm a frequent Starbucks customer, I have a gold account and everything, and they don't make good coffee there and the staff is very rude. This is my third time there, and they made a mistake. This time, I told her the drink was bad, and the person who delivered the drinks got really rude. She was very rude, and I spoke to her nicely. I'd rather drive more and go to Centro Max or Altacia.
