Food was 🔥🔥🔥🔥!!! Super fresh & pulled up and within 5 mins or less of letting them know we arrived had the food in our hands! My family and I do not eat fast food much but this Sonic crew ALL NEED A RAISE!!! Amazing job!! Whoever is working today, Feb 25th around 11:45 am!
JADE is AMAZING! She brought out our food and was super attentive with us. We placed our order via the app and unfortunately they had ran out of poppers and she was very sorry about it even though it’s not even her fault but she tried to offer us something else to replace the item. She was such a gem! 💎 she needs to be promoted!!
During a previous visit a few months ago, I felt that customer service was really lacking at this location. The overall attitude through my experience just seemed like no one cared. Something a little training could improve, I thought. However, at my visit last week, the customer service was quite improved! The young lady who took my order was very helpful with my questions, even asking a manager (w/o me asking her to ask) when she didn't have the information I needed. It was a simple question about the sauce on a sandwich. The manager came out to bring me a sample of the sauce, thoughtfully including a couple of tater tots to try the sauce with. I didn't expect this gesture, but was very grateful. In the end, I bought the new sandwich with the sauce and it was delicious! I've always loved Sonic and now feel very confident recommending this location.
This location is hit or miss. Weekday early mornings are great. The afternoons/evenings have a couple of carhops that seem very unpleasant. Alyssa is great every time she’s there. I look forward to getting my order from her. The food is typical Sonic food. The parking lot is often dirty and everyday there’s at least 3-5 stalls that have cones. There is a large construction project going on across the street from them so I’m sure it is difficult to keep up with all the trash.
I did not have a pleasant experience here. First off the person who took my order seemed to be whispering or at least talking very low. I had to constantly repeat myself. I ordered the new smokehouse burger meal. A drink does not come with meal, so I ordered a large strawberry limeade. I had to repeat my order at least 3 times, so I was suprised when the carhop did not bring out my drink. Even though she quoted me a price that included a drink. When I asked where my drink was she reminded me meal didn't come with a drink. I told her that I indeed did and the price reflected that. I was irritated and asked to speak with manager. After a few minutes someone came out and I explained the situation. I also showed him the over done meager fries I was served, he looked at me and said he think I got a medium fries; nothing to the quality of the fries. He left and came back with my drink and receipt. I asked to pay at curbside but it was not working. Just a bad experience. Burger was good. Strawberry limeade was not. Fries... what fries
I don't know what is wrong with this store or maybe the door dasher, but I ordered a sweet tea with peach flavor and strawberries, and I got some sour red drink with limes in it.
Whenever i order an uber eats and get a large, they give me a medium, no matter what I order, fries, drinks, shakes. I always pay for a large/Route44, but I never get it and I'm getting REALLY tired of it. I understand that it's an entry level job, but I also work an entry level job and never have this problem.
The only thing good about this place is the happy hour drinks. Each time I have had a burger here it has been dry and without any real flavor unless you start using add ons. Welp I decided to try the Smasher to see if things have changed and they have for the worse. First impressions are everything and well when I opened it. My burger was upside down and covered in grease. Literally making it unedible due to the amount of grease, then the meat not only look unappealing it had no crispy edges at all honestly looks nothing like what is advertised. So I spent $7.00 on a burger, learning once again that Sonic is not ideal for a good burger. Desserts and drinks yes. Anything cooked, you're better off elsewhere. Please rename the Smasher to, The Sloppy Geasey. Because there was nothing crispy about my grease soaked bun and meat. Is this the standard throwing the featured burger upside down in the box in a pool of grease for the box to absorb? Is grease supposed to leak from out of the box and all over the bag and napkins as well? You can see from the pictures where the grease was leaking out of the box. Is there no standard or this is the standard? This is why people should start paying after they get their food so places like this can start changing their ways. Instead of customers getting ripped off for bad food and wrong orders. What the flip? The owner states I can escalate it to the franchise owner. You have the title as owner yet you want me to escalate it to another owner. Sounds as sus as these greasy burgers.
Tried the new smash burger, I don't think they grasp the concept of a smashed patty, there was no crust/crispness, no flavor or seasoning and they didn't even make my burger with the right toppings. That was the kind of meal that truly makes you wonder how a company is still in business.
Order a pretzel and mozzarella sticks and had no condiments in the bag no cheese sauce or marinera and my ocean water didn’t taste like one
Waited 15 minutes for my order to be taken after pressing the button. No one came on the speaker. Could hear the 2 cars that pulled up after me having their orders taken right away. Moved stalls and waited another 5 minutes and still nothing. Could see the employees just playing around inside. Multiple made eye contact with me then went back to playing.
Rude manager. I waited 20 minutes for a shake and saw that it had Been sitting there and when received my shake it was watery so I asked for a new one and when they told the manager (white female ) they laughed came back with the same shake and said no. I asked to speak with manager and they brought the same shake back and said I’m sorry but no. Terrible service
Horrible experience. My husband got my son and I slushies he accidentally forgot to add nerds candy to both of them he asked kindly if he could buy two sides of nerds since he had forgotten to add them, the guy said no he can’t sell them to him so my husband asked if he could just buy another slushee and have the nerds on the side the guy said he would ask his manager came back and said no they can’t do that. So my husband said fine can i just get another slushee with the nerds in, the guy proceeded with saying no the manager said we can’t sell it to you anymore. They took 15-20 minutes to bring our drinks my son was very disappointed not having his usual drink. So rude for just some nerds candy. Manager was a lady.
Placed a small mobile order for a regular shake, checked in correctly, and never got it brought out, after waiting over 30 minutes at a stall. Called twice and got no answer. Pressed red call button and no answer, acknowledgement, or communication at all. Attempted to contact multiple ways and times. Ignored each attempt. Inexcusabley rude and extremely bad customer service on several visits over years. Bad service only seems to ever happen at this particular location. Other area Sonics have no issues.
We went on $1 corndog day. They told us they were out. We said no worries we get it, we’ll hit the light when we figure out our order. And then once we hit our light. We sat there for 15 minutes as we watched every car after us get served. We thought maybe our lane glitched when we hit it again. So we went to another. Again we sat there and 5 minutes later another car right next to us hits their button, and their food is out almost instantly. As our lane and the lane we previously pushed were not served. And the same car hop passed our car multiple times. We left thinking did we do something wrong asking them for corndogs?? We will never be back
EXTREMELY RUDE! Our order was messed up so we pulled around and asked for a replacement item, the correct item. They kept trying to charge us but we explained we just wanted the correct thing, they finally came out to get the wrong one. After almost 10 min if waiting I went in to see what was going on. The "manager" (she was a younger Caucasian girl who refused to give me her name) was extremely rude to me, cursing at me, and when I asked for her name she just stared at me. When I said "fine I'll take it up with corporate then." She laughed and said "cool good luck".
The sonic app has not been functioning well this last week. It will let you choose what you want but will not let you pay to finalize your order. Most locations understand and will still give you 1/2 price drinks if you ask. My husband and I went this morning and when we explained what was happening and asked for them to still honor the half price, the lady said no, that the app works, and then took off her headset and walked away. She sent out a car hop a few minutes later to tell us the same thing. We showed him, he acknowledged that the app has been having trouble, and told us that this manager is not going to give us half price because that’s just how she is. VERY disappointed in the service here, especially since all other Sonics we’ve been to this past week have been the complete opposite experience.
This location is very unprofessional! They rush you when you’re ordering and then miss half of what you say. I just ordered a cheeseburger with an extra slice of cheese and get home to see they put NO cheese on it at all. I won’t eat a dry hamburger (that looks like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp all day) so I’ll just not eat tonight. I really wish there was another Sonic close to where I live. This one is the worst!
