The manager is very friendly. The Jamba smoothies are delicious. Also conveniently combined with Auntie Anne's pretzels.

I've been here twice already and everyone has been so nice! I got a bowl the first time and a smoothie the second; both were delicious and instantly made me want another. Also, if you haven't tried the waffles, please do. They're so AMAZING.

I love going to this awesome store I got a #1 and #2 the mini dogs where very fresh, the smoothie girl was very fast and really nice! Both girls were so kind! Rebeca and Leidy were so fun! I definitely will come again! Can’t believe this store has been for 2 years!

Nice place for quick smoothie or fruit bowl. Reasonably priced and good for you. Nice for family, friends or going solo. Customer service is decent, but not fully great. They don't fully engage with you. Definitely good to treating loyal customers with variety of discount rewards so useful to download the app. ENJOY!

We went in and ordered. The smoothies are great. The downside is the organization of everything. They had people grab smoothies that were not theirs. They don't have any kind of number system so people got confused in what was what. They also forgot my order and skipped me 8 times. There was a lady that came in from the drive thru, she said she waited out there for 15 min and no one answered the drive thru. If they fix this i would definitely improve the stars given

I went here Sunday and had to wait 30 minutes for my smoothie the dude at the register was kind but having to wait 30 minutes for a smoothie when there's 3 people working and 2 customers ahead of me is confusing. One customer came in at the same time as me and got his pretzel and smoothie faster than i did

The lady was rude to me I was on the line outside and she told me to hold on I waited 5-10 minutes then I move forward and she told me that I Spick the line . While looking inside the employee looks like not doing her job correctly and i saw the headset down even though I said hello many times and no response please fix this issue

Usually I don’t like writing reviews but yesterday I went to the store and the lady that was taking the orders smelled so bad! I was literally was in front of her and the smell was so abrupt! How can you come to work smelling like that and being in charge of talking with people! Plus se forgot to put the peanut butter in my drink! Such a shame

This place is nasty. When we walked in, the tables were dirty. We told our kids to sit down and my husband grabbed napkins to clean the table off, the sauce was dried to the table. My husband went in the bathroom to wet the napkins to clean the table and there was pee all over the floor of the bathroom. After we got our order, the employee went to the restroom and came out drying her hands on her clothes. And we also noticed gnats flying around by the trashcan.

We ordered two different smoothies; one with whey protein and the other with soy. The girl is not paying attention to take the orders. She gave me one of the smoothies with whey protein and I’m allergic to it. I had to return and ask because the flavor was VERY VERY BAD and she confirmed it was whey protein. She prepared one more and the taste is still bad but not as bad as before, so I’m not sure if it was the protein or they’re not cleaning properly and the flavors are getting mixed. Taste is like something is spoiled. She didn’t even say hi or thank you, so customer service is also bad.

I have had a consistently negative experience since this location opened. 😕 It seems like there is constant turnover with employees, and the service quality is lacking. The staff often appears disengaged and unfriendly, which is disappointing. 🙁 As someone who also works in customer service, I understand the importance of treating customers well, and it’s frustrating to be on the receiving end of poor service. 😤 It has been about a year or two since this location opened, and it feels like nothing has changed. ⏳ Additionally, I find it surprising that employees expect tips when the service doesn’t meet a satisfactory standard. 🤔 If improvements aren’t made, I fear this location won’t thrive in the community. 👎

If you’re in the drive thru it’s a minimum 6 min wait. I mean ur the only one in the line and it still six minutes if someone is in front of you 10 minutes. If you go inside it’s still 4-6 minutes ifff they don’t forget you’re there. The staff here can’t make a good smooth, smoothie. it’s crazy as hell but every smoothie i’ve gotten from here has been chunky. I’m not talking about a few little chunks at the bottom that don’t fit through the straw, i’m talking i’m sucking whole pieces of soft peach through my straw, or like almost the feel of thick boba tea. It’s pretty bad here. Unless you need this as a part of your diet…i would just hit the one in Irving up. Or …smoothie king 🫤 Edit: I went back after this...They served me a black smoothie...i got the apples and greens...they said the Kale "turned black" but they still used it...also i was the only person in line and it was still 7.5 minutes...plus i got a smoothie with rotten Kale...i got the mango madness and had to throw that out because it was chunky and slimy...so no i haven't and will never come back to this location.
