Went to visit East Ocean Chinese and Sushi restaurant. We ordered several meals to include dumplings beef broccoli and noodles to see how everything would come out. We were excited to find that the meal came out better than other restaurants in the area. We did frequent other restaurants on the east coast and that is our only comparison to the ones found here in this area. The meal didn't come with rice which we thought was a plus. The people inside were really nice and friendly while getting the order prepared. We also found that they deliver within 1 mile of the restaurant.

The fried dumplings were great. The combination "lo mein" tasted like SPAGHETTI noodles were used. (The texture and bland flavor made me suspicious).

The food was awful. I ordered 2 chicken dishes, and neither had what I would call chicken. They contained some dough like gel like substance that was supposed to chicken. The noodles tasted old. The spring roll was the only edible thing!!

The guy who checked me out was super nice the egg rolls where okay but I got the combination fried rice and the meat used in it was questionable the chicken is squishy and honestly not edible at all. I got the spicy option and it wasn’t spicy and had no flavor very disappointing

Ordered chicken and broccoli with fried rice. No flavor. If you look at the right corner, look at the color of the sauce. They charge 75 cents for packing fee if you order online🤷‍♂️

Food is mediocre. Portions are small but the cost is BIG. Fried rice smelled burnt and I had to put plenty of soy sauce to muster it down. $8.99 for three baby wings and a handful of fries. Was told to try this place because it would be close to NY Chinese food but no ma'am. Nowhere close. Plus charge of .75 for a bagging fee?

Sunday night I wanted Chinese. My goto Open Rice was closed. Tried this place and big mistake. High priced bad food. Combo Fried Rice: meat was suspect and weird flavor, had to heavily season to finish. Egg Drop Soup: warm, not hot and they add cream style corn which makes it sweet (why?). Open Rice has the best Egg Drop Soup. Won't make this mistake again.

Had this place for the first time today and it was terrible. I ordered the combination lo mein. First off the noodles for lo mein were spaghetti noodles. Please know that we as customers can tell the difference!! The beef and chicken was disgusting and soggy. The shrimp was the only thing decent within the meal but they were the size of a penny. Won’t spend money there again.

I had called and was told 15-20 minutes for two sushi rolls. I waited patiently and the lady kept telling me 5 minutes almost every 2 minutes and finally actually started making the food 15 minutes after while just standing there. When I got the sushi rolls it was the tiniest rolls ever and had no flavor. Luckily the spice and soy sauce helped but it barely made up for the taste. No flavor whatsoever so ever and not worth it. I payed $18 for it. Not worth it at all. I don’t recommend.

This was hands down, the worst curry chicken I have ever had. The bowl to the left in the photo I included is the onion and vegetables that came with the chicken. The actual chicken is on the right. I would complain that it's way too much vegetables and hardly any chicken but, the chicken tastes like it was boiled and unseasoned. The onions tasted awful. It tasted like they boiled chicken pieces and onions and bamboo shoots and then added curry powder to the mix. Extremely bland. The fried rice was as bland as white rice and there is no egg or vegetables in the fried rice. I tried to eat it but I couldn't. Extremely disappointed. My daughter got sweet and sour chicken and the chicken was soggy and the sweet and sour sauce tasted like vinegar.

Order take out Low Mein and Kung pow chicken. I received oil spaghetti noodles, and Kung pow vegetables. It was my first time trying Wok and Roll and I can honestly say it will be my last. Meal $40 not worth it.
