Unfortunately, I have to report a poor service that, for those in particular situations, can be truly frustrating. I used table service because I was alone with my dog, and therefore unable to leave to get what should be included with the service: napkins. There were no napkins on the tray, nor did anyone come by to check if anything was needed. Being immobile, I couldn't leave the food on the table or carry everything with me to get them. This inconvenience could have been avoided with a little more attention from the staff. Ultimately, they make you feel as if napkins are a luxury to be earned, rather than a staple of the meal. A shame, because it would take very little to improve the customer experience.

Rude, grumpy staff who insulted the customer for asking for a glass of water to swallow a pill... after pointing out that water is paid for... the law requires business owners to provide tap water as needed and cannot charge for it.

Not only did I have to wait 25 minutes in line when they could open two tills but the offer also expired (because it lasts 20 minutes) and I had to pay full price even if it wasn't my fault, and they got my order wrong, I paid for an order that wasn't mine I waited 40 minutes for it to arrive I asked the lady at the MC and she totally ignored me only to then find out that they got my order wrong and in the end I paid €14 for an order that wasn't mine instead of €10

I stopped by this morning for breakfast and the rude girls wanted to make me queue again at the checkout after I'd already been queuing for 15 minutes at the coffee counter... but they told me to queue again at the checkout or to book via the app... I'd say terrible service!! The staff were rude, I'm a shop assistant too but I don't treat customers like that.

This morning I went to McDonald's in Limbiate for two coffees. I had to pay cash because I didn't have a debit card. I was annoyed and sent to the cashier because they didn't have time to pay. (They didn't want to because there weren't many people at 10:15.) In conclusion, since we don't have a debit card (and therefore couldn't use the cashier because they didn't want to pay), we didn't have any coffees. Absurd!

Today I ordered a hot chocolate, I received milk and cocoa, we had asked for the coffees with milk but nothing, we asked for a lemon in a sachet and honey but there was nothing, in short we wasted our money on terrible service!

€3.70 ice cream served until less than half full. I go to the clerk to tell her, since I had stirred it to mix it, she tells me I ate it 😳. I'm here. I pay €3.70 for two centimeters of ice cream after waiting in line for over 10 minutes waiting for their convenience. We're out. Never again!!

It may seem trivial, but you can't not have room temperature water for those who can't drink frozen water from the refrigerator. This is the second time I've tried, and I had to eat without drinking. 0 customer service! It's absolutely absurd.

I've written very few negative reviews, but they're worth doing every now and then if it helps us improve! The waiters here are very rude and unfriendly towards customers. I ordered a regular chicken bbq, which clearly came with spicy sauce, and after pointing it out, I was told the sauce was spicy, not hot. Maybe you put a little too much in this case? Also, I ordered other sauces that weren't delivered. I've tried many McDonald's, but I've never experienced such poor service!
