Had an end of season party here…. Staff was friendly and food came out on time. Everything was delicious…. It was a last minute booking, and they were super helpful….. will definitely be back when in the area again. Thanks guys!

Was just out in Lincoln a few days ago visiting the mountain mikes out there! The pizza was delicious and fresh n hot! the customer service was fast and amazing! Their manager Kevin was very professional! Store was very clean! Will be back again the next time I’m out in Lincoln!

We order a combination pizza and cheese bread to go and the reason I gave it the 5 stars is because that has been by far one of the best Mountain Mike's pizzas we have had in a long time. Great job guys good crust and great tasting pizza !

First off, I apologize to the delivery driver for accidently ordering from the wrong MM. With that said, he was professional and polite even for having to drive out of the way. I didn't catch his name, but top notch customer service, even when the customer messed up. Food was great as always!

Client Appreciation Party at Mountain Mike’s: Just this past Tuesday, I had the opportunity to hold a client appreciation party at the Mountain Mikes in Lincoln at 820 Sterling Pkwy. This location was easy to find for my clients and the parking was ample and easily accessible. From the time I started planning the party all the way until my party wrapped, the management and staff of this Mountain Mike's location were very helpful. This location has a banquet room type setup that gives your party a little privacy if needed and the staff was fine with us moving the tables to better accommodate our party needs. The quality of the pizza was excellent. This location was consistent with other Mountain Mikes locations, the pizzas being hot and fresh, and quickly ready. The Pepperoni pizzas were excellent as were the different vegetarian options. We ordered breadsticks, salad and churro bites as well. There is a Soda Fountain station available, and my party took advantage of it. There is also cold beer on tap and we enjoyed this as well. The service for my party was excellent. The crew got the pizza out hot and fast to our party and the front counter was very helpful throughout the process. They offered help in setting up, and they cleaned up after the event, making it an easy conclusion for a busy night. I highly recommend this Mountain Mikes location. I will be back and so will my clients.

I love Mountains Mike's Pizza. First time eating at this location. Dining room was very clean. Gayle took my order and was very friendly and pleasant. I ordered the McKinley. Topping were fresh. It was delicious! Like it was made with love. I will definitely be coming back

Great Pizza, Awesome customer service! My husband and I wanted pizza it was close to 9pm. We called, but hung up because we thought it was too close to closing time. We felt bad ordering a pizza for delivery a few minutes before closing. A friendly gentleman called us back asking if we had called. We told them we wanted pizza but, realized they were closing. The associate on the phone said no worries we can make your pizza and deliver it, it's not an inconvenience at all! To top it off, the pizza was delicious!

SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY Only 1 employee working on Sunday 9/20/2015. She had 2 families seated and was busy making pizzas in the back. She came out and greet us with a genuine smile and washed her hands before taking our order. She was beyond informative and patient as we tried to decide. We NEVER felt rushed or a bother to her. She set our expectations accordingly and apologized for the 25 minute wait. She made sure we had our glasses and my salad bowl before washing her hands and going off to the back. The salad bar was clean, fresh, had a good selection and was fully stocked. Our buffalo wings came out first and we're deliciously juicy, hot and spicy. The ranch dressing served with it was great. Our pizza was excellent and she brought plates to serve it on. Our Large Mt Everest was piled high with toppings and the crust was soft with a crispy bottom. Every time we saw the gal working, she was smiling and busy. Before heading in the back or coming out from the back, she washed her hands every time, even just coming out to check on us. We found a new pizza place, we'll be back alot.

Pizza was delivered exactly 60 minutes after we placed our order (so, right on time), and was still hot when it arrived. We liked that the crust was crunchy on the bottom, but a bit chewy at the edge. Toppings were good. A solid choice for pizza that's better then the national chains.

The only complaint we had was the lettuce and spinach. The spinach was wilted and the lettuce was mostly white as opposed to green. The rest of the salad bar was great and fresh! The service from the staff person was FANTASTIC, and the pizza was great quality. Will be back for the lunch buffet in the future.

He returned 9 mins later with my pizzas. So my time really should have been quoted 50 mins not 30 and the employee really seemed to not enjoy his job. The pizza is delicious that's why we will return but the customer service definitely needs help.

The pizza here is normally really good. But on this certain day I found hair baked into my pizza. I was informed that no one in their vicinity has blonde/dirty blonde hair I’m a brunette. I did get a refund but the fact that this hair is possibly just floating around gives me ick.

Let’s call it. Thanks- frustrated Mom who just wanted the pizza deal they emailed me about Remember the good old days when you used to call the pizza place and you could ask what the best coupons are and they would hook you up with the knowledge. Everything, even pizza coupons are awful now. Sorry I backslid there, just feeling nostalgic over something that used to be called customer service.

I would give this more stars because this is one of my favorite pizza places.... However I almost always get vibes from the employees that they would rather not be there. Trust me.ive been there done that, my first job was working for a pizza place. I won't lie I hated it, but you as a customer would never know because I put on those great fake smiles people need to wear for work. Regardless of how you feel about your job. Some employees here are genuine when helping you and as a customer it is always appreciated.

They had lost my order and evidently no employee wondered about the lone guy sitting there for almost an hour doing nothing. Got my money back and left. I checked the refund they gave me. They refunded the pizza but not the small beer I drank while I waited for them not to make my order ($9) nor the tip ($6). Had they did a courtesy refund of everything, I would not have left this review. I realize things happen but how tone deaf—it just pissed off an already irritated, but understanding customer. This is a lesson on how not to do customer service.

On February 14th, around 11:30 a.m., I walked into this store and asked the cashier how much a 12-inch combo pizza costs. He told me the price was $37.34. I asked him three times, just to make sure I heard correctly. It’s a shame. This was the first and last time I will ever walk into this store.

Pizza was burnt, all the arcade games were broken, salad bar was not fresh. There are holes in the ceiling and the bathroom lights don't work! Plus the employees were making out right in front of us! I had 3 little girl's with me. Disgusting! I could go on and on! Do not recommend! -10/10 Go to round table! Not worth the $80 I spent!
