Chick-fil-A staff at the rest area are just as polite as in the cities. And when customers would say "Thank You" for whatever reason, staff would reply with "My pleasure" vs 'No problem'. I really appreciate the kindness.

We loved it. The food was delicious, especially the sauce. The cashier was very nice. The wait time was a bit much but we understand they are a new business in our area, and the folks in the surrounding communities are excited about this.

Food is always great. Server was patient but they were not busy (Wednesday evening). It's in a travel plaza which is ok but also difficult at times.

This service and friendliness at this location at the Oasis is consistent with what we have come to expect at standalone locations. The only feedback is that some of my waffle fries were undercooked. This was a pain because I discovered this after we were already back on the road.

Can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. Always consistently good food, fresh & hot, just how you ordered it. Can have a crazy long line depending on the time of day & traffic as it's at a rest stop, but that's not something they can control.

I have always loved Chick-fil-a. They make the best chicken nuggets of any place with real chicken inside, not pieced together ???. My four year old nephew said it was the best chicken he had ever had. He is one of the fussiest eaters I know.

We stopped at a Chick-fil-A at a service plaza along I-90 in New York. Very clean and nice. The food was hot and fresh. I got their version of egg and cheese muffin and my boyfriend got the sausage cheese biscuit. Both were excellent! Egg was cooked perfectly and the sausage was so flavorful! The biscuit was soft and fluffy and the English muffin was toasted just right!

I like Chic-fil-A even tho there is bad news about the chicken containing chemicals etc. blah blah blah. However this location is on the NYS Thruway and it was closed because it was Sunday. So boooooo. Is anyone else tired of chicken?

I fought even trying for years because of their politics, but once they toned the hate down I gave it a try and I do love it a bit. I don't care for the fries, they tend to be dry & bland. But the chicken is another story. Love the nugs & sandwiches, but the sauce is what makes it to be honest. That chick fil a sauce is unbeatable. This particular one: the staff has always been nice, never an issue. There can definitely be a wait at times, but that's due to them being swamped, & they actually do a good job of keeping up under the circumstances. Other times it's empty. Depends on travel days & times. Usually pretty clean.

Long queue for orders but they are fairly fast.Ordered spicy chicken sandwich meal ask him for drink upgrade to milkshake he charge me extra full $5.79 for that🧐.Grilled nuggets were worst👎. They are expensive for fast food.

Mediocre fried food. I never understood the hype. A place on the NYS Thruway should never be closed on Sunday. Lame corporate gimme by a certain Governor. Weak on a good day.

Place is ok. Tastes like the chicken was frozen chicken from the supermarket, not anything like fresh battered fried chicken. I don't see the value here sorry, definitely fast service though which I can appreciate greatly.

I am giving only two stars because of the Sunday closing on the busy NYS Thruway. Otherwise on Friday it was tasty and good service.

Should never be allowed on interstate, they don't open on sundays. I refuse to eat there. My family's travel on sundays, and they don't open Boycott them. Very selfish

Watched counter persona walk in back, about 0820, monday, December, 08, 2025, and after waiting 5 minutes, I decided I didn't really their overpriced chicken biscuit, prce is like 50% higher on thruway

Why the State of New York would agree to put that restaurant on the turnpike, is beyond me. IT'S CLOSED ON SUNDAYS! Waing in line at Burger King for a half hour is awesome... NOT!
