Our first time at Cypress Social and we were thoroughly impressed !!! It was extremely nice, very clean, Service was wonderful and the food was Extremely Good !!! Best place Ive ever eaten !! Great selection of beers and drinks. Loved the side combinations with the meals. Frozen Peachy Keet was amazing. Butcher steak was awesome and the ribeye cut like butter !! Very tender and flavorful! We had the coffee toffee chocolate tres leches for dessert that was wonderful as well. Most flavor I’ve ever tasted in everything we had !! Obviously We really enjoyed our visit ! 😁

I attended a rehearsal dinner here. The room was a nice size. The food was great. Large portions and very good! The fried green tomatoes, shrimp and grits, and desserts were all delicious. The food came out right away and the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this place for your next party or event.

My husband and I met friends at Cypress Social for a highly anticipated 6:30 reservation. From the front door greeting to the walk to the car, we had the best experience. Our server was friendly and super helpful. The dinner special was a scallop risotto, one of our friends is allergic to scallops, he found a way to accommodate, so she could have the amazing risotto, as well! The cornbread and fried green tomatoes appetizers were absolutely delicious (not pictured.) The Scallop Risotto and Corn Fritters were amazing! We are the people that order one of each dessert. No regrets. Cookie Butter Cheesecake Fried Donut Holes with Vanilla Ice Cream Chocolate Bourbon Bread Pudding Apple Crostini Berry sorbet Assortment I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience at Cypress Social. We will definitely return and will continue to highly recommend!

First time here on a Friday night. We opted for reservations at 7:30 but really didn't need it. There were plenty of seats available. Our server was great. Very upbeat, friendly and helpful in recommendations. The food was great. We got the Friday special and shrimp and grits. They were delicious! The only knock I could give is portion size. I wanted more because it was so good. But it left room for our delicious dessert. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice evening out.

Went for date night with husband, and was delighted from start to finish. For appetizers, we enjoyed the cypress slate (hello PORK BELLY, delicious) and the fried oysters - which surprised me for how much I enjoyed them. For entrees, we had the shrimp and grits (creamy, full of flavor and shrimp cooked well), and the surf and turf special (husband almost licked his plate clean). For dessert, we had the black Forrest custard and a port wine 🍷 - while I wasn't that impressed with the dessert, the custard itself was fairly bland in my opinion, the overall dish was good. The atmosphere was very romantic, with quick and attentive wait staff and gorgeous views of the water and lights.

Staff was very relatable, calm, polite and efficient. The food unbeatable! Cleanliness I would give a 10 if I could! I highly recommend eating here!

Food was absolutely delicious! I decided to try frog legs for the first time and they actually made me a fan because they were cooked so tasty. There was no wait time during my visit but based on the steady stream of people coming in, I can imagine that they can get pretty packed. The service from Sheri was great and made my first time here very enjoyable. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. the vibe in the restaurant was very nice and led to a pleasant dining experience. Next time I may try to eat outside since there seemed to be plenty of seating and it has a nice view of the lake.

Love this place! This is one of my favorite date spots to take my wife. We love sitting out on the patio by the pond. All the food is exceptional, especially the deserts!! This last time I ordered the Pork Porterhouse and it might just be the best pork chop i’ve ever had! Make sure you call ahead for reservation, even if it’s the day of!!

The area has needed a restaurant like this for a long time. The food and atmosphere was great, we sat out on the deck overlooking the water (it has heaters) and really enjoyed our meal. Our server Danielle (Danny) was great, the fish she recommended to my wife was delicious as well as the new carrot cake dessert they offering.

I came here for dinner two nights in a row on 2/19 and 2/20. For my first visit, I showed up alone without a reservation around 6:00, and I was warmly welcomed and immediately seated. I had the Flyway Parakeet beer, which is outstanding. For my entree, I got the pan seared salmon. The salmon was perfectly cooked on a bed of delicious gnocchi and vegetables with a sweet and savory sauce throughout. It was a stunning meal. And for dessert, I got the coffee-toffee chocolate tres leches cake. It was the best dessert I have ever had at a restaurant. Words cannot accurately describe how the balance of the textures of the crunchy toffee and the soft moist cake soaked in coffee impact your tastebuds as you mix them with the buttercream and drizzles while the hints of salt here and there draw out the sweetness of the dish without it being overpoweringly sweet. This dessert is a masterpiece. For my next visit, I came with a large group of 12 people I believe. We had reservations for 5:30, and we were immediately seated. We had lots of appetizers that I didn’t get photos of because they were immediately devoured. But I got to try the cornbread, which was devine, the fried green tomatoes, which were delicious, a couple of oysters, which paired wonderfully with the horseradish, an oyster bienville, which was a creamy cheesy wonderland, a fried frog leg, which was tender and juicy and battered perfectly, and the mom’s and breaded okra, which was also cooked well and masterfully battered. Every appetizer was fantastic and diverse in its flavor profile! Then for my entree, I got the Duroc pork chop. It was cooked to the temp I ordered, juicy and tender, and paired nicely with the sweet bacon marmalade. Served on top of beautiful creamy grits and excellently seasoned green beans, this meal was an absolute winner. And of course, I had to have the tres leches cake again! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visits here, and had a good time!

We've lived in Maryland and Louisiana and the seafood here is amazing! Nathan was an excellent waiter. All the food was delicious. Sad we are just passing through because we would love to be regulars.

I was taken here for Valentine’s Day. This was my second time here and they did not disappoint! Their Valentine’s menu was short with limited options but the options were GREAT! They also offered a wine pairing with the meal which I took full advantage of and I’m glad I did. It was WONDERFUL. Everything was flavorful and our waiter was awesome! I don’t remember his name but he has long hair that was pulled back into a ponytail with gages in his ear and black fingernails. Look for him! He will make sure you have a pleasant experience.

It's a great place to have good food and chill out with friends and family. Very scenic grounds. Advance reservations recommended.

We arrived early at 430pm on a Friday night and relaxed in the bar area until a table was available on the patio. The service was fabulous and the atmosphere was perfect for our overdue, post-corona date night. Drinks were fun and fresh. Food is a gourmet southern style. It’s a beautiful restaurant, clean and fully renovated. We look forward to the next date night at Cypress Social!

So this was another “first” for me, and it did not disappoint at all. I know they have been around for a while, but I have never had the opportunity to visit here until this week. Let me start off by saying that the staff here was amazing, I believe her name was Kayla and she was “in training” but her knowledge made it feel like she had been there a long time. Chance was her Trainer, and they both made sure that we had everything that we needed to make this meal enjoyable. I can’t recommend enough that when you are going somewhere that you’ve never been to always asked the staff what they would recommend. In my experience you will always get an honest answer and not just some strung together words about what they are trying to sell that day. The manager was going from table to table that night checking in on things to make sure that everyone was enjoying their evening and if they needed anything else. When he stopped by our table his suggestion of the Tres Leche Chocolate cake was spot on (what ever you do… do not pass this up). The only thing negative that I could say is that the Tamale’s were a little dry… that doesn’t mean they were not good, but for Tamale’s just a tad dry. Everything else that we had was cooked exactly like we wanted, seasoned to perfection and tasted phenomenal. If you are looking for a place to bring a group, or if it is just a quiet dinner for two, Cypress Social should be on your list of places to visit.

I simply love this spot. The location and atmosphere were great. The staff did an excellent job from start to finish. And the food omg, all I can say delicious. We will definitely be one of our date night spots.

An incredible experience. We came here knowing nothing about the restaurant and were blown away by the gorgeous atmosphere!!! The service was great and the food was outstanding!!! Fried green tomatoes w papadew cheese and shrimp, jalapeno cornbread, wedge salad, salmon w gnocchi and a peach glazed pork chop w corn maque choux and Brussels sprouts. The apps were a perfect start. My wife’s salmon was beautifully cooked with the crispiest skin you could ask for. That pork chop was a show stopper!!! Juicy, tender, flavorful, one of the best chops I’ve ever eaten. More often than not, sprouts served in a restaurant are never crispy but these…these were unreal!!! Crispy and flavorful w a balsamic glaze. This dinner was TOPS!!! We took dessert to go. Coffee tres leches and lemon blueberry cake. Both were excellent. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation now!!! This place is killer!!!

Some of the most reliably excellent food and service I have had in Little Rock. The red fish is heaven, the frog legs are a delight, and the cocktails are amazing. I always sit at a high top in the bar and the staff come over to chat and are so warm, gracious, and helpful.

We took our grandson out tonight and decided to go to Cypress and man we weren't disappointed our server he was so good and we wanted for nothing and the food was fabulous as always and the new rainbow salad OMG those pears this salad won't disappoint and the red beans and rice wonderful with the cornbread. This restaurant rocks with talent and great food the only disappointment was the older blonde headed hostess that was rude as he'll maybe your servers need to teach her how to treat customers. But overall the restaurant is one of the best places you can eat at in North Little Rock.

Have loved every time we've visited. Our water Zach was a joy and so helpful. A manager came by and offered us a birthday treat, it was so sweet. Stephen and Rob are both amazing bartenders with amazing drinks on their current menu. Can't wait to go again!

Perfect anniversary dinner at Cypress Social! Great steak, delicious fish, and cocktails that felt expertly crafted. Such a special night, we’ll be back for sure

We had the most amazing engagement dinner here. My partner and I both enjoyed the drinks, and every aspect of the food. The server was absolutely sweet. I wish I could eat their pork belly shrimp grits every single day, my fiance enjoyed his chicken sandwich and fries, and the tres leches cholocolate cake was to die for. Will be dreaming of this meal forever. Thank yall for an amazing experience for us.

Went here for my birthday last night. Reservation for 6 and table was ready on time as we arrived. Tone/Tony was our server and was fun & friendly. Apps were delicious, entree's were even better. The music was at a reasonable decibel. I do think they could've used one more server on the floor, but also likely they weren't expecting so many people on a Monday night. I brought a mixed party of carnivores, pescatarians, & vegans and everyone found options to their liking. Desert options were tempting, but no one has room left for them It was packed cause they're awesome! Will absolutely be back!

Cypress Social is a great "date night" location! I brought my wife for a date here, and it's worth the drive from Conway. We loved the Cock of the Walk restaurant that was at this location. It was a fun date night back when we were in college. I got a reservation at Cypress Social as a memento of our old college days, but this may become a standard location for dates in the future. The service was excellent. Everything we ordered was prepared wonderfully. There are no complaints about our experience. For reference, we got the Smoked Redfish dip, Redfish meal, and fried catfish meal. The smoked redfish dip was amazing. My Redfish over rice was truly special. I loved it. Our waitress indicated it was spicy, and she was not wrong. It was very good. My wife tried the fried catfish, which she was hesitant to get because Cypress Social is a nice place and she wanted something more "fancy". But we were both glad she got it because the fish was delicious. Those hush puppies are fluffy pillows of joy. Everything we had was good. That's so rare in today's restaurant environment. The menu had plenty of options we want to try in future visits. We couldn't help but notice the amazing burger they delivered to the table next to us. It looked phenomenal. Everything delivered to the tables around us looked like something we would want to try. We will definitely be back to sample the other offerings. This place was recommended to us by some friends, and we were both happy we tried it out.

Everything we had was delicious from the appetizers, dinner and drinks. The only issue, and only a small one is, if you are a picky eater, there are very few sides to choose from. Including, no dinner salad option. They do have salad entrees. Best to make a reservation well over a week in advance for Friday and Saturday evenings. Walk in wait time seems to be 1 to 2.5 hours without a reservation for dining room seating. Fortunately we were able to be seated in the bar in less than 30 minutes. Bar room is small with a few small high top tables and the classic long bar with barstools. Elbow rubbing closeness. Again, drinks and food were amazing! Our server was upbeat and knowledgeable about menu items as well as how the specialty drinks are made. This place has plenty of charm and a nice date night atmosphere. However, I recommend trying Cypress Social with someone whom you're already well acquainted. You will have to talk over the noise to have a conversation. This might be awkward with someone you're just getting to know. Go! Have fun.

My beautiful wife and I celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary on January 10th at Cypress Social. Heather greated us at our table with a sincere congratulations and a bottle of champagne someone had pre-ordered for us. She told us to take our time and enjoy ourselves. I was so happy that she opened the bottle and even filled our glasses throughout the meal. We had cheese and crackers as an appetizer and filets for our meal. Desert was a wonderful banana cream and ginger cookie combination. The music was perfect and the atmosphere was great. Thanks for making it a great evening!

The interior was super cosy. It has this elegant and relax vibe as the lights are dimmed. The food is on the expensive aide but the portion is big. I couldn't finish my whole fried catfish plate. Great place to catch up with friends!

This was really enjoyable I must say. We also did the fried tomatoes and corn bread muffin no pictures because we ate it all. This places is really cozy and a nice atmosphere if you like the lake. They have been there 5 years and I can see it being there longer service was great and we enjoyed it. The red fish with the mushroom trinity was awesome I did the smoke chicken it was good.

Dog friendly patio. A very nice & romantic atmosphere. I highly encourage a reservation it was pretty busy even when we went there around 8pm. We did had to wait for a while before getting seated. We were told that they ran out of utensils and they are currently cleaning them right now. It sounds a little BS to me. A different host did help us and she was very nice. Besides that we really enjoyed our dinner. Service was fast

The food and atmosphere were absolutely outstanding — some of the best I’ve had in a long time. Unfortunately, the service really brought the experience down. Our server came across as annoyed and short, which made us feel unwelcome. With friendlier service, this place could be truly exceptional.

Atmosphere - great place for a date night. If the weather is agreeable, I suggest eating on the patio. Service - I almost gave 2 stars here. While my waitress was nice, she was almost non-existent. I saw her in the beginning and end of the meal. Don't expect your drink to get refilled, but this may not be indicative of all the service. She maybe was just in the weeds that night. Other tips - make a reservation. I went on a Tuesday and it was packed. I can't imagine what the weekends look like. Food - this was all over the place. The salmon was some of the best I have ever had, yet everything else on my plate just didn't taste right. The chicken, while smoked very well, was very dry at the same time. The cornbread muffins are stupid good, and I had 3 of their 5 deserts, and they were all just okay. Price - expect to spend 100 for 2 people Would I go again? - yes, while the food wasn't the best it had eneugh pluses to give it another shot. I may have just gotten a waitress on an off night.

This was the best meal I have had in a long time. The food and drinks were amazing. We were really impressed and glad we tried this place. However, after ordering appetizer and drinks we lost our waitress. She picked up a party of 20 ( at least ) Our drinks went dry it took forever to just order our entrees then I don't think she put them in before she took drink orders and rearranged the patio for the big party. We wanted to order dessert but we were there for almost 2 hours total sitting in uncomfortable chairs at that point. I had to actually get up twice before the check was paid because the bar style chairs were making my short legs fall asleep. The waitress kept apologizing but when you spend a hundred dollars for a meal you should be given adequate service. We waited 22 minutes with empty plates in front of us just for a check. The whole meal ended up being very frustrating. We visited on a Thursday and arrived around 545 and didn't think it would of been so chaotic. The food could be put up against any I've had in Nola even but unless you have great patience and more than 2 hours if you want dessert save yourself some frustration. I didn't get a pic of my husband's dinner. He had some type of red fish I think.

Cypress Social has been on my list of places to try for a long time. My aunt & I popped in for her birthday dinner. We ordered the homemade corn bread, fried green tomatoes, peppadew cheese & cracker for our starters, the classic cheese burger & winter salad for our entrées. The service & atmosphere were exceptional!! Smiles & hospitality from the time we walked through the door. Once we ordered our starters, they were out shortly afterward. Though delicious, the shrimp on top of the fried green tomatoes were cold, and the tomatoes were warm but not fresh. The salad was BEYOND DELICIOUS, though I did expect it to be a little larger. My aunt bragged on the size & taste of the burger. The food was great in flavor, but the food temp resulted in my 4 star rating.

The food was decent. We did not feel like our server was attentive and we felt very looked over. We ordered the red fish and smoked chicken. The asparagus and potatoes were bland but the fish was really good.

I'll start with the positives. Our server was OUTSTANDING. Her name was Camille and she was on top of our every need all night. We had a party of 5 with lots of apps and drinks along with our entrees. The beef tamales are good, the cornbread was also good. My peach frozen drink tasted great and everyone at my table liked their drinks. The corn fritter (with shrimp added) was good. The collards that came with the corn fritter were excellent. Hush puppies were solid. The fried green tomatoes were very bland. And the part that really made me sad was the catfish. I love fried catfish, but this had that weird taste that I always describe as "swamp water." I wanted to like it. I really did. But, I would be willing to go back to try other dishes. I would absolutely get the corn fritters again, and I'd like to try the dessert menu some time. So while it was not the best, I'd go back to try other things. Just not the catfish.

Smoked dip was excellent! Brussels were excellent! Mashed potatoes were dry, like a baked potato that was just baked out of the shell with no butter or cream. Filet was cooked correctly but very dry and unseasoned. Service was top notch and atmosphere was great. Just disappointed to have a $50 steak dry & flavorless

We had the hanger steak , ribeye , rice and beans with fried chicken thigh. The steaks were very underwhelming, not enough seasoning on the greens, we were not impressed .3/10 The rice and beans with the chicken was very good though, chicken very crispy and tender . 10/10

Absolutely dumbfounded by how our party was treated. It was my significant other’s birthday dinner. We had been gifted a gift card for this specific reason. Once our party was finished and honestly spent a significant amount we were brought our tickets. We were then informed that we could not use our gift card since their POS system was down. In my opinion that was not our issue to handle. We asked to speak to a manager to see if there was anything else we could do. We offered to leave the gift cards and pay for the $10 additional. The GM came over and was extremely rude and unprofessional. He argued with me for a few minutes. I stated that I would handle the situation much differently in the business that I own and handed him my card to pay. He raised his voice, slammed the card down in front of me and told me to have a good night. Will never return. It really isn’t that hard to do your job and manage the issues of the night that arise.
