Classic Waffle House. Really clean inside. Fast service as always. Good food. Actually also, the best waffle I have ever had from a Waffle House would be here. It was really fluffy and felt like cake, almost. The hash browns were okay.

Food was good.. service... well was none. Ask if "WE" could have refills.. the wife we got one but me.. ignored.. sorry we bothered the server.. also if he is going to paint nails keep them up.. nasty.

Dining room closed at midnight on a Saturday. You had to either order online or go up to the window and place your order, which I did. The parking lot was like a party. People smoking and drinking. After getting my order and driving back home I open my order up and it's wrong. Second time I've tried this particular waffle House and it sucked both times

All the tables that were available were dirty, then nobody proceeded to service after 10 minutes. After we were finally service the waitress puts are silverware on the dirty table. Nobody was doing there job!

You will be absolutely just fine as long as the Keisha does not serve your food or touch it it took her almost 2 hours to cook a T-bone and some hashbrowns and her excuses we’re busy the thing about it. She’s not nice about it. She’s just Hella rude and expects people to understand her when she’s being a a mad Max.

Went to Black Bear Diner to try the All You Eat Cod Dinner. The fish was fried so hard it cut up the surface of my mouth. The service was horrible. The cole slaw was the best item on the table. Won't be back for the fish.

Walked in and was ignored caucasian waitress mid 40s with brunette hair told us multiple times to wait to clear a table with 4 stacked plates. While she walked back and forth and literally did nothing. She left the table dirty so you couldn’t sit down. That is very unsanitary.

The wait was horrendous. The servers would leave the tables dirty so people couldn't sit down. There was no organization between the to go orders and dine in. It was in big free for all.

The smell on the left side of the building (bathroom/ storage side) was very bad, almost like something had died and started to decay.The food wasn't bad, but my biscuit and bacon were both burned and the smell made it very hard to eat

My nieces and I walked in. We were in the restaurant for about 10 minutes. We seated ourselves. Nobody working greeted us. The young waitress with the long ponytail looked at us multiple times and failed to greet us or even let us know she’d be with us in a moment. One waitress came out of the restroom but didn’t seem to have washed her hands. It smelled like sewer. I’ve been coming here lately but I will not be returning. There is no actual customer service or urgency.

The employee cleaned the table and mopped the floor. At one point, she allowed the mop to rest on the floor. She picked up the mop and then quickly walked around to the prep area. Her walk around, posed no delay. There’s absolutely no way that she washed her hands. She then proceeded with grabbing the menu and utensils. I asked for the manager during which she didn’t take accountability for her actions. The manager listened to respond only. He basically denied my concerns.

This place is a hit and miss at times. You better check order they usually get those wrong. Late at night I think at 12am. They lock you out and all orders are made thru outside ordering window. The staff doesn't hesitate to make sure you hear all the hostility between co-workers. Loud conversations made in front of customers. The manager doesn't control or better instructed subordinates. I was there with a wrong order (missing meat). The manager remember me but didn't nothing to make the order proceed. Even told me the cook decide if thry want yo fo a reorder.

Lord for it you have a butter emergency on Christmas day . Don't go to waffle House thinking they will sell you just butter . ..... They won't . 🙄
