Our company ordered catering. Brandon and another gentleman were so helpful. I didn't catch the other employee's name, but he was so courteous and helped me to the car with all the food. The turkey club was amazing and the guys all enjoyed their sandwiches! Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Great flatbread. Ordered strawberry salad and didnt have strawberries but was still good. I got grubhub and was happy how everything was packaged and everything i ordered (except strawberries on salad) was accurate and really tasty. I will be ordering again

Schlotzskys original sandwich is my favorite of all time. Servers are pleasant and prices aren't bad. They make great soup too but I haven't gotten around to trying many other menu items like their calzones and salads.

I ordered the Chicken Jalapeno Pizza online. It gave me the option of removing or adding items. I asked for additional cheese and was charged $1.20. These pizzas aren't made in the store. They are frozen and shipped to the stores. I was curious as to how they would remove an item, but thought they could surely add additional cheese. NOPE. Same ole' frozen, pre-made Schlotzsky's pizza. When I picked it up it was already cold and had no extra cheese. When I walked into the restaurant, the guy "working" the drive thru and the counter was watching TV. He did greet me when I walked in, but never walked to the counter to help me. The gal in the kitchen handed my pizza. Even though the pizza wasn't hot, just mildly warm, it still was the taste I came for.

On my sandwich all that needed to be done was no mayo. On my wife’s sandwich, no mayo add mustard. They didn’t get either one right. Very disappointing to spend $28 on two sandwiches to go and not get what you ask for. It isn’t that hard. Given other changes to the menu, I am not sure we will be back.

This place is like many others. They used to be incredible but they’ve made changes to make their sandwiches less expensive to make which has resulted in lower quality. I’m sure they saved $.25 per sandwich, but soon they’ll be out of business and it’ll all be for nothing.

Placed an online order for delivery. Requested a delivery time 2 hours later than I ordered. Rec'd a call from someone who later claimed to be the manager - 20 mins before my order was supposed to be delivered. He repeatedly told me they don't offer delivery. Argued with me about this. When I finally received my order nearly 30 mins late, it was HORRIBLE! Rotten avocado on my sandwich, soggy and ice cold bread, HOT salad, this was just the beginning. Called the store back to complain, manager continued to argue with me. Lied repeatedly, even though I had a record of the times of the previous calls. Had to threaten to call corporate office (and may still do it) to get any resolution. Claimed he would give me a refund to my card that was used to purchase the food. Requested an email confirmation of refund, have not received it. EXTREMELY disappointing to say the least.

I ordered a Barbecue chicken jalapeno pizza in the drive thru. Customer service was courteous and kind. But the quality of the pizza is not what it should of been when the bread is baked fresh daily. The pizza crust was flat, brown and tough. Normally it's thick, soft and off white in color. I drove from the other side of Little Rock because I wanted a pizza there. I spent over 12 dollars on a pizza that was poorly made. 😩

Service horrible. Food burnt. Overpriced. Save your money and go to Papa John's. I didn't even have chicken on my chicken bacon ranch calzone. The calzone was made out of sliced bread. 😭 Good bathroom and drink though. That's it!!
