I visit this DQ at least once a week (usually more). With one exception, the employees are AWESOME!! The size of the Sundaes seem to always be small, no matter if you want a large--Please note I did get a large with extra hot fudge once.... so it can happen!!! My knowledge of the menu is limited, I have tried the Sundae and I love the peanut butter cup Blizzard. Not bowled over by the burger and fries I had while ago, but I have had a LOT worse. Jade(a) has been the best recently (I did notice the name on the receipt was different today). I give DQ reviews for the "Free" Dilly Bar but they changed the system/receipts so they (online) won't accept them. I liked getting them and letting DQ know how they were doing (can only do it every 15 days), but now I can't. I'm going to try the DQ App again- (heavily advertised), I have had it for a while and never had it work. First it's the register, then no one knows how to use it, and the last time I tried to access the App it wouldn't let me in. THANKS FOR HANGING IN! Finally, at the beginning I said there was one exception, MONACO! Except for one visit, she is barely polite! At least the mask hides it now (you can't tell). ANY issue you have is not her fault, responsibility, out-of-her-control or she can only tell "someone" - (Monaco, I thought you had changed and gave DQ (and you) a very positive review). If you leave any review not AWESOME or 5* don't look for it on the wall! OH in my last review I mentioned that the Drive Thru was always busy... Twice it wasn't!! (took picture to prove)

Food and everything is decent as any other DQ but way over priced for our small town.

I come to DQ once a week to enjoy my self because they really have amazing food. And the atmosphere was tremendous. But for the last couple times I have came they have got my order wrong multiple occasion and then the price change says one thing on the board outside and the receipt says another?! Do they have new employees???

Below average even for fast food. Every table needed to be wiped down, one of the ice cream machines wasn't working properly (so no chocolate ice cream). Overly lengthy wait for only fries, 2 cones and a blizzard especially when the place was nearly empty. Cool train track around the inside, near the ceiling. Nasty Lysol can in the ladies room.

Went there after church yesterday like we have in the past. Ordered the tender meal that comes with a sundaes. Went to get it after we ate. The person wanted to charge for them,,,,I said it comes with the meal..I wanted a chocolate and a strawberry for my wife and me. The person asked if I wanted in a cup or Cone? Then she started laughing. I asked her was so funny. She made a strawberry in a cup and put chocolate on the top and handed it to me. Want be back in this place again

I placed an order @6:57 pm. A young lady, Sheyenne took my money and gave me my drink. A few minutes later Sheyenne says she wants me to park in spot one. As she's instructing me, she looks bad and said your food is ready. She then goes outside to handover an order. All good. No problem. A young man comes to the window and instructs me to pull over and my food will be out shortly. I tell him the other young lady told me it's done. So another young lady, African American kind of short tells me, they are heating up my fries it will be just a moment. I say Hi. She laughs. Mind you I spoke with three different employees in a matter of minutes. So i ask for a refund. A few seconds maybe 30 Sheyenne appears hands me my food. The African American young lady waves me off and tells then close the window. A fourth young lady dark hair says in a very condescending manner. God bless you, oh God bless you. I did not want to incite any disturbance so I took the food and trashed it, only God knows what they did to it. Absolutely too many teenagers fueled by ego. Most horrific experience of my life. I was passed through 4 employees and none of them tried communicating with one another. Horrid experience.

I used to love this place. They were always super friendly and never got my order wrong. But something has definitely changed within the last few months. I've now had several orders wrong, and today was the last straw for me. I ordered a choco brownie blizzard and it tasted like it had chemicals in it. I've had so many blizzards from this particular DQ and NEVER had one that tasted like this. Not only that but my onion rings were a mess. Not even shaped like rings. I swear, I thought one of them was a mozzarella stick at first but no, it was just a mushed ball of onions. The real kicker is when I called to complain (because I picked up my food and brought it home), they didn't seem to care at all. They told me the only way to get a refund was to literally bring the food back to the store... even if it's DAYS later. Seriously. Never before have I had a fast food joint make me bring the food back days later. I was seriously shaking my head over the phone. I also want to mention, about a month ago, I tried to redeem my DQ rewards for a free box of dilly bars. No one in the store knew how to redeem it. They literally told me it was impossible. Not because they were out of stock or anything like that. It was simply because no one in the entire store could figure out how to get it to work. Yeah, I'm done. I don't know if the store has new management or what, but it has gone down hill FAST. I urge you to stay away from this place. There's a small locally owned ice cream shop in town. I guess they'll be getting my business from now on.

Pulled up to the intercom to order and all I heard was profuse laughter in the background. As you can imagine I had to repeat my order 3 times. This issue of repeating orders seems to be a chronicial disease in the Fast Food industry now a days.

I drove 40 minutes to eat here. Made my drive through order. I clarified the order 3 times, 2 double flame throwers and 3 double double cheese bacon cheeseburgers with fries and when I got the food and drove 40 minutes back home to feed the family, the order was totally wrong and even missing a sandwich. I received 4 flamethrowers and fries. I called and spoke with the manager and she invited us to come back a different day for it to be replaced. I was too angry to drive another 80 minutes to replace the food tonight. By the way one of the sandwiches had a long hair in it. I called the manager back and advised that the long haired cook or whom ever put the sandwiches in the box should be wearing a hair net as that is totally unacceptable and disgusting!!!

We ordered a Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard Cake. You would think for $35.00, it would look a little better. Very disappointed!!!
