I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the amazing crew who helped me tonight. Brandon,Ethan,Jarrod,Yahir, Augustin and Quirino thank you. After I messed up my order I messed up my order they were all willing to help me with no hesitation and were able to accommodate me with excellent customer service. I use to work for a carls jr. For almost 6 years as a shift leader and I was well impressed. Thank you all again for your patience and willingness to help me. 🙏

I always go through the drive thru which tends to be really fast. I've never had to wait more than 3 minutes to place an order and they give you the food pretty quickly.

I don't normally do fast food restaurants, however this is a good place to go for lunch or a quick bite. The California Combo, and almost every thing else on the menu--that I have tried--is pretty good.

Workers are super friendly and to out of there way to serve and assist there customers to the best of there ability! Overall 10/10 for. Customer service. An a 6/10 pricewise

This is one of my favorite Carl's Jr. locations around. Always fresh, and they have better offers than most other locations. Courteous staff, as well. Way better than the location in San Ramon, which is extremely overpriced and don't carry as many offers.

Superb customer service. The red shirt person who took my order was so informative and nice. This was our first beyond patty burger. Amazing . You got to try this out here.

Updare 12/3/21: Dining in available. Plenty of space for social distance. Drive thru also open. 2 Gender neutral bathrooms open. Very spacious dining area and is odor free. Tables and floor are clean. Self service fountain drinks. Coke products available. When not busy and eating in, the clerk will bring the food to your seat. Spacious plazza parking that can accommodate full size RVs and cargo trucks.

The place has good food but it's a little expensive and they try to rush you through the drive-through way too quickly. They want to make money you think they talk a little slower. LOL

Location very quiet, clean bathrooms, plenty of parking. Food is pretty good for fast food. I mainly do the 3 piece chicken meal. Comparable to the item at KFC

It's actually one of the better ones in the East Bay, they have plenty of customization options that aren't offered at most other locations, which is why I come here often.

Food was tasty and take out was prompt but choices are more limited due to loss of salads on the menu. Frequent less with the unavailability of side and chicken salad. Fries gets a little old as a side, good thing you still have zucchini. Ever think about reintroducing the baked potatoes?

I could of bought the same size burrito across the street at Taco bell for $1.25 instead of $4.30! But let's be frank here Carl's Jr lost its touch and originality awhile ago! Their western bacon cheeseburger does not taste the same, the burger patties are all spongy.... 😡

Drive thru take could not hear my order. I had to repeat 5x! Luckily manager took over @2nd window and made sure fries were hot and fresh! Don't think I will be going there for 3 charbroiled burgers for $24 anymore. Way too salty!

Didn't take my money or even tell me my total until I'd sat at the window for a good minute. Service was very short with me. Breakfast burrito is killer for fast food standards but there are trucks where I can get better for cheaper. Breakfast experience: Better than mcd's but below tbell.

Worst BBQ chicken ever chicken not cooked and my Western bacon cheeseburger was cold thanks for wasting my time and money and then j try and call and no one answered hmm great place not!

I went in ordered my food. Was allowed to eat inside,but the problem was I ordered a #4 with no salt on the burger patty and fries no salt as well drink and fries were supposed to have been a large and the side order of fried zucchini well I got my burger, large drink and fried zucchini but no french fries. When I questioned where are my french fries and looked at my receipt found out the kid who took my order messed it up and that he wanted to charge me for the large french fries. Sorry this is wrong and all he can say I could not hear because of the mask that is a total cop out on that. I paid 13.59 for my order for a large fry as well that was so wrong so I am not awarding any stars because tbis kid is in a managers position I will not return here because people can't except the fact they messed up on someone's order it is called life little one learn to deal with it and own up to your mistake that ypu did. Don't blame the mask thing that is.so weak

Carls jr is my top favorite fast food restaurants. Sadly, I will not be coming back to this perticular Carl's Jr. First off, the service was bad. People working here seem like they hate their job &are being bothered by the people who order food. Secondly, I order a jalapeno burger (what I always get from CJ) & noticed that it was NOT JALAPENOS in my burger. These rude ass workers had the nerve to replace my jalapenos with some damn BELL PEPPERS ! Who the hell are you to replace something of my food without my acknowledgement ?! What if I was allergic to bell peppers you incompetent, inconsiderate ass of a worker ! & Third, as someone who works in customer service, the way this was resolved was NOT AT ALL professional. As I wait to find out what they put in my burger, I can hear the cook in the back asking, "so what do they want ?!" What I want, is someone NOT changing my order without my permission. that's what I want ! The manager took forever to come up, did not even ask what the problem was &just gave me back my money &basically whispered,"my apologies.". First &last time coming to this Carl's Jrs. REALLY NEED TO FIND NEW WORKERS AS WELL AS A NEW MANAGER !

Dry food. Was asked not once, not twice, but three times if we wanted sauce. We didn't get any sauce....thanks for the dry food with no sauce. Chicken over cooked sliders dry as hell. Go to taco bell guys.

I understand it’s a fast food place but wow I was shocked when our order came and we were told “we hadn’t ordered that item” when we both asked for it at the drive thru. They had us park and charged us for the item. This was fine till the point we got home and checked our bags and three orders(2 onion rings and a side of fries) were missing that we were charged for! What an inconvenience. Never going to this location again.

I ordered the cheapest combo on the menu, which wad the number 5 double cheeseburger. When i got it the circumference of the meat was about 1/2" smaller than the bun, causing overlap. The burger was soggy, luckily i had fries to dry it up a bit. The staff was quick but maybe too quick, considering i was the only one there Overall a lame experience 2/10 would not eat again

Place is very clean, staff are great. 5 stars for speed and service. I don't intend to eat at any Carl's Jr after this visit based on value. Came in for a quick bite was going to get the double western untill I saw it was 9.99 for a normal combo. (I almost left at that point) instead I settled for the promotion cheese burger combo expecting the same size burger as all the other ones. This meal was so sad looking. It had the smallest thing of fries I have ever seen. I didn't even know they came so small. I've seen children's meals with bigger cartons. And the burger... Wow , if I wanted a McDonald's size cheese burger I would have gone there. Carl's Jr is really cheaping out. I will not spend gourmet prices on less than average food. Sorry Carl, this business is not what I remember. Really feel like I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel here with jacked up prices. I used to consider going to Carl's "going big" it's sad that I may have to say one day "hey remember Carl's Jr.
