We drove over from the other side of town. The Stanley location was busy. We had a good expierence here. They even mixed my half mnt dew half sierra mist for me. My order was accurate and hot/tasty

This being a relatively new location is clean, well kept and convenient just seconds away located at the southeast side of Vasco road off of i580. I find it exceptionally nice given there are usually no lines so the wait is minimal. Now serving breakfast items to start my day. I'm in love with their new Cinnabon Coffee it's quite frankly the best cup of coffee I've ever tried. Enjoy! JohnDerek

I only had a bean burrito but my peeps had all kinds of stuff and everyone was happy. Taco bells can be hit and misses depending on who's running them. This one is a good one to eat at. Not as much "meat filler" in the beef so the quality of the tacos was much better than other taco bells in this area.

This had to be one of my best trips to Taco Bell . I wish I could remember the ladies name that helped us . She was absolutely the best . She above and beyond for us . She truly loved her job . Our food was awesome. Definitely recommend stopping and eating. We will be making this a regular stop on our way to the Bay Area

The tacos and Crunchwrap looked like they were in a Taco Bell commercial. SUPER crunchy, very fresh looking lettuce, and tons of tomatoes. Visually the best Taco Bell I have gotten in years. They got a massive vegan and vegetarian split order correct. 11/10.

This was our first family trip after 2 years and on our way to stop at this Taco Bell. We placed our order online but decided to eat at the store. The food was fresh and hot. You could see the smoke from the cheese sauce. It was a good clean place, good and courteous management. I just have 1 suggestion ,the toilet did not have Toilet seat covers . It will be great to have them. We would recommend this Taco Bell store We love it.

This location was very busy when we arrived, so driving room was not in tip-top shape. Employees were working fast, our order was ready in about 6-7 minutes, which we didn't consider to be slow. Portion size was good, we like the fresco style option, which was generous and tasted fresh. Value menu and online app only combos are a good value. We appreciate having the option for black beans, too.

This place is really good. The store inside will look like it was built back in the days but the food is amazing. There's usually a wait in the drive-thru but totally worth it. Amazing workers, right off the freeway and open late. What else can you ask for!

While missing the bell, we would had seen forty years back to indicate Taco Bell location, as we always looked for the arches of McDonald's, now in pandemic era 2021, no bell, the restaurant has feeling of a dentistry and the orders and payments were completed at a computer terminal. Remember to bring gloves or hand sanitizer since the restrooms are closed and your fingers are touching the screen the customers prior to your visit ordered and paid.

Food was great as always, but I do not like the self checkout. So many options, and awkward navigating through the choices when one is not familiar with the self checkout GUI set up. Actually, it was the annoying break in an otherwise fluid evening.

They aren't very fast. In fact they help every one in the drive thru before they help those who have ordered inside. The inside looks extremely out dated, dingy and dirty. When u first sat down there were dead flies on my table and in the window ledge. The floor is filthy. Lots of issues here. I waited inside on my lunch break for 33 min before I got my order and there were only 5 guests inside. It's the drive thru they care about!

You MUST order from the kiosk although if you pay cash you go to the counter. 1st time beef burrito supreme wasn't wrapped tight and I wore some it home. 2nd time I ordered the same requesting a tighter wrap.....request GRANTED!!!! It was very good. Their ground beef is seasoned perfectly. It's close to the job so easy access☺☺

Always check your drive thru order before driving away! Luckily I did, there were 2 items missing, and they were quick to accommodate with the missing items, and some cinnamon twists as an apology. Accepted! 😊 (we all make mistakes)

It's Taco Bell. What can I say? An inconsistent experience is consistently the expectation. The Mexican pizza is back and supposedly evoking nostalgia from the 1980's. Box meals are always a good option. Make sure you get enough napkins.

You will probably have a little wait but totally worth it. Taco shells are not broken. Portions are good. Overall the best tasting taco bell I have ever had. I'll go out of my way to stop here.

(My experience)Ordered thru their kiosk located inside. Ordered double chicken grilled burrito and was given steak burrito instead(don't eat steak). Went back to let the lady know, she had a frown and attitude on her face like I ordered wrong. Finally got my food opened the bag and burrito was loosely packed and falling off.

I wanted my favorite burrito from Taco Bell so I stopped here at this location which was very easy off and easy back onto the 580 East highway. This place did a great job at fast service. The food was excellent. Thank you. Vasco Rd exit.

Usually have a decent experience at this location, lately however they've been going downhill. I attempted to place my order online so I could just go an pick it up but the website wouldn't cooperate so I went in and placed my order using the kiosk, which was disappointing bc there are things you can order online you can't get in person, they handed me my order told me the drink I ordered was out offered me 3 other choices I made my selection he said something different so I repeated my choice he said yeah and gave me the wrong item. They left 2 things out of my bag luckily I checked before leaving the lot I went back in told them they left the items out they said "Oh yeah because we were filling the tray they weren't there to put in your bag"... So you just seal a bag and tell a customer here's your order when you know it's not complete... And no sorry, nothing. Disappointed this trip for sure

Taco is one of the few fast food places I'll eat. This particular location was about an average representation of the brand. They more or less forced everyone to order on the kiosk, rather than taking orders in person, which I don't care to do, but it was a convenient place to stop for lunch.

Don't expect to get a Mexican Pizza, even though they put it on menu. Also check the food you actually do get to order, because recently 3 out of the 5 orders at this location were wrong. Leaving item's out completely, adding condiments specifically requested to leave off are the two big ones. Other than that since updating this location food has been👌

I'm not sure how to rate since most of the time I go there things are pretty good but sometimes things are barely passing of the taco Bell quality standard, lol. They run out of sauces. The actual dining area may be open but crew isn't ready. Little things like that but also keep in mind I eat breakfast there at least twice a week so I do visit frequently.

They are understaffed and slow with orders. If the drive Thu has a longer line(witch it normally does) then it may take 15min or more to get your food if you order inside or might just forget your order witch has happend multiple times. Most of the staff are under 30 and dont seem to care about customer service at all and can be borderline rude to their customers. I also saw and employee go to the bathroom without washing his hands after.but An employee mary who normally works the drive thu is very nice and has great customer service she is the only person that seems to care to be there including the managers. She is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars not 1. I would go to the other taco bell in Livermore by nob hill then this one for sure!

Taco Bell is always great for a quick bite, and my son loves the food here. This location has been good overall. I only had one bad experience at the drive-through, but the manager stepped in and fixed it right away. Since then, the food has always been just what you expect from Taco Bell consistent and enjoyable.

This is a pretty unique Taco Bell, purely in the sense that I generally walk into TB and have a consistent experience: fast, friendly service, helpful employees, and a clean environment. Not so much here in Livermore. I had come to Livermore straight from work in Walnut Creek, and the hour-long drive in traffic made me think that I should stop for a bite before the next one-hour stretch in the car as I made my way to Oakley. There were only 2 people in line ahead of me but they both seemed to analyze the menu like it was their first time ever in a Taco Bell, and the employee didn't speed up the process at all as she had to stop and ask questions about how to customize the first order. I was patient though, but this gave me plenty of time to look around and notice how dirty the dining area was. (The bathroom was pretty clean though, which is important!) I finally ordered my 3 crunchy taco and drink meal (#8 for $6.22), then waited again to ask an employee if they had unsweetened iced tea behind the counter. Eventually someone asked if I needed something and he kindly filled my cup, but that was after several staff persons walked by without acknowledging me at all. Food was good - typical TB tacos - so that was satisfying, but I probably would have saved time in the drive thru, and would have avoided seeing the mess they allow in their restaurant.

You can always count on this locations to not give you everything you ordered. Literally every time I come to this location I don’t have everything I ordered or it’s the drive thru person is so incompetent that they don’t listen and don’t even put half the items on your order. I’ve gotten food I didn’t order meanwhile the food I did order isn’t in the bag. I don’t even blame the employees but just the person who’s training them clearly doesn’t know what the hell he/she is doing either that or whoever hires these people standards to hire somebody is that they’re capable of tying their shoes. The whole staff sucks at their job.

I love Taco Bell I'm only giving this place 2 stars for a few reasons: I visited this place Friday Jan 26th at around 8:15 pm Very big establishment, many employees, but really long waits. It took me 2 minutes to realize that when I pulled up to the window to pick up my food. I've seen the employees working on a really slow pace when they're packed and busy. I don't know why, its just not what I usually see when I go to Tacobell in my town. So I'm assuming that's not how it's supposed to be. Also, trash was all around the garbage on the floor behind the cashier and I've seen many employees where very close to it and yet didn't bother picking it up. Why is that? I'm not trying to be rude but isn't Taco bell stand for being quick and efficient and clean with great service?

What can you say about the food? I mean, it's a Taco Bell. Pretty much the same as every other Taco Bell. But this particular Taco Bell really needs to pay more attention to the cleanliness of their dining area. Tables and floors were filthy. Even the chairs had food bits and dried sauce on them. Napkin dispensers broken, drink fountain area was filthy with a wet floor in front of it (slipping hazard). The bathrooms, however, were acceptable.

Ordered a box of tacos and soft tacos tonight. We did not make any special requests but discovered several tacos with just meat. So disappointing! It’s not the first time our has had issues. They’ve forgotten items before in several occasions. We need a better Taco Bell!

Apparently it's better if you order only from the kiosk. If a employee takes your order, they don't seem to care or want to listen when you're ordering. We have a family of 4 plus a baby and numerous items were missed and we had to go back to communicate what was missing. Just sad customer service on their end and really frustrating.

I am very upset 😭 Tuesday morning I went thru drive thru bought a sausage burrito and iced coffee I paid with cash and when I got my change back I was handed a dollar bill with something sticky and slimy I asked for a clean dollers bill and all the lady did was wipe it down and handed it right back. One of the worst TB's I've been too. They never get the order correct, even if you order via the app, and even when the screen shows the correct order. Tacos half full, burritos wrapped poorly, shells are tortillas taste stale. Love TB but this location would really upset Demolition Man ;)

The restaurant was dirty, and a bit run down. Sat in front of the register for 6 min before anyone came to greet or take my order. The entire time, an employee sat there sipping his drink, with his head buried in his phone and didn’t even look up. The only reason they got 2 stars, was because another employee did his best to make up for the slacker once he realized we weren’t being helped.

Ordered on my way to Taco Bell. Waited at counter for 10+ mins asking for help with no coming to help. Once I got help( just wanted a water cup while eating for food), waited for another 10 mins or so for food. I would suggest still having someone at front counter even with the kiosk, or at least don’t ignore customers while they are in front of you.

Horrible! Terrible! Disgusting! Unsanitary! Last night my husband and I went by the drive- thru I ordered 1 soft taco and 1 chicken crunchy taco and a small soda. 1st thing - I keep repeating myself over and over again. I hear giggles, then no one responds back to me. Seriously something that should take less than 1 min took so long. 2nd thing - when I get to the window they did not repeat my order or said the total. They took my debit card and swipped it. There are 2 ppl working in the window. It wasn't busy. The person who took my card had long fake nails 💅. Not hating on her nails but this is supposed to be a sanitary place and she's handling money, drinks, and passing food. Then they took so long to give me my food. The 2ppl that were working in the window were not wearing hair nets, one of them was leaning forward on the countertop showing her bare back. They were both huddled up talking to someone from the kitchen and I saw the kitchen person holding his phone with his gloves on texting. 3rd- When they finally gave me my food I asked for my receipt. I noticed they had charged me $23.60 for 1 soft taco, 1 chicken crunchy taco, and a small soda. I was so upset to realize they had charged me 8 soft tacos extra. 4th- They had given me 3 beef soft tacos Not even what they had charged me for was given to me. 5th- When I go inside everything was so dirty, floors, countertops, tables, and the kitchen. There was total of 5 ppl working and it wasn't busy with clients. 6th- When I confront them about the problem. The manager tried to find a solution, which I do appreciate but my husband was so mad at this point. I asked for my money back and that I didn't want the food. But the manager kept insisting. I never said to her all I had seen nor that I wanted the food bc the person in kitchen had been on his cell and handling the food. I couldn't eat the food. I was simply grossed out. Hope someone from management can fix this issue with this place. I am definitely never eating there again.

I go to this location frequently because the location is so convenient and close to my house. I haven’t had my order wrong in a while(which used to happen all the time) but when I talked to the manager she pretty much accused me of just trying to get free food. I just want what I paid for. They rarely ever try to make things right.

Unfortunately this is one of the filthiest taco bell restaurants I have been. The countertops are always gross. The customer service is poor and slow. The burritos aren't rolled correctly and makes a mess of you try and eat on the road. Will not come back and I hope others look at the reviews before coming as well. The reviews speak for its self.

Omg. The managers working in the morning of 1/27/2020 at 846 I placed my order. I waited until about 855 when 2 very upset customers walked in. They had a dispute the lady manager wasn't able to input the order correctly in the drive through forcing them to come inside and tell the lady inside what they wanted. She was trying to argue her point rather than humble herself and try and make their day better by ensuring the tight order plus something for their troubles. I know Taco Bell Corp would have BLAST'd these 2 guys day. It's a brand new store being ran by people who dont appreciate the customer. This franchise has some serious flaws if their leaders find this store permissible. Besides the show I waited 20minutes for my combo 11 with bacon no egg add sausage with a hashbrown and a medium Sierra mist. There was a guy who placed his order before me and he waited at least 25 minutes. Your concept is quick serve 5 minutes or less. It's just tacos

This franchise is as bad as it gets. Employees were dressed in street clothes, the drive thru was backed up around the building, and they were downright rude. Drive thru order was all incorrect, not a single item was right for our family. When using the drive thru, you expect items to be correct because you cannot turn around and go back when traveling thru a town, which stinks when you have two crying little ones and have to try to explain that this is “all you have to offer” to them. We were also charged substantially higher prices than any other Taco Bell we have visited in the entire Northern California. I don’t typically leave reviews for fast food places, but this one took the prize for worst Taco Bell in Cali in my opinion! 👍🏽

This is by my work so I kept hoping it would be better, but have always been disappointed. Don't come here of you are in a hurry or want clean food. I always get 2 burritos and have waited anywhere from 15 to 25 minutes. I'm in complete confusion how it could take up to 25 minutes to put beans, cheese and sauce in a tortilla. The last time I went the girl working on the food had either sweat or water all over her face literally dripping down as I watched her rolling a burrito. Gross! I tossed my 2 burritos and haven't been back since. The Jack in the Box right next to them has 0 issues so hit that up instead.

This was the worst experience at any Taco Bell that I have went to. I would give this zero stars if I could. I'm a strict vegetarian and I ordered a veggie chalupa and the chalupa that they gave me had meat in it. I realized that they tried to cover up their mistake by putting beans on top of the meat. Please avoid this Taco Bell at any cost. And if you want really good Taco Bell then go to the Taco Bell on Fallon Road.

Management team needs training. Long waits for food. Employees ignore customers that go in and when they dont want to take you order they tell you that you can order on there app when you are already standing in line. Worst taco bell do not go here its a waste of your time and its like this everytime i try and eat there.

This location is slow. Don't go here. It is slower than Chipotle and just plain sucks. The employees are horribly slow and inefficient. If Taco Bell's upper management knew how much this location doesn't give a damn about service, they'd close it. Don't believe me? Came here tonight my lunch break since I work around the corner. Decided to go inside of the restaurant since the drive thru was backed up. Only ordered two tacos and waited 25 minutes for my food. My lunch is only 30 minutes. I didn't get a sorry or nothing. Very poor customer service. Definitely don't come here if you don't have the time. And the business hours are not correct. They're open when they want to be. Sadly this is now the only taco bell in Livermore that I know of.

So we went through the drive-through and we ordered when we got our order when we got home my husband‘s pizza was on the bottom and everything else was on top the three burritos, the four tacos it was crushed and also the guy that helped us was name one. He was very rude. He didn’t listen to what taco sauce we wanted because we asked for hot and fire. He gave us all fire, Taco Bell is gone downhill I don’t care what anybody says. They gone downhill because when I was a kid everything was correct and also they don’t put enough meat in their tacos. They put like 1 tablespoon of meat in the tacos. That’s ridiculous that’s uncalled for I’ll never go there

Communication issue. Took several tries to get my order understood. Also staff give off air if rudeness in comms and at the drive through window. Ordered a bean burrito and soft tacos. The bean burrito was smaller than the soft taco. Either taco bell has changed it's sizes or this place is a franchise that rips off customers.

Stood in line for 10 minutes with people ordering in front of me at the registers. It was my turn and was told registers closed and to use the DIY kiosk. Now have to wait to use those because others already using them. 30 minutes for 2 burritos. If the food was for me I would have walked.

I waited 25 minutes in store for my food. I complained to the manager that the drive through line had cleared out twice since I was standing in line and she stated that the wait around noon was about 30 minutes due to her not having any help... If she would've stepped in and helped instead of standing in the back of the service area talking to another employee. I'll look for another Taco Bell, either that or a sit down restaurant because either place will be worth the drive. Don't even stop here, you'll waste your lunch hour waiting.

This location is the most poorly managed Taco Bell I have ever experienced. Folks dining-in will witness car after car passing through the drive through while patrons inside can wait 20 minutes or more for their order. Food quality is iffy, and supervision seems indifferent and shows no sense of urgency when asked to correct mistakes.

Worst taco bell I've ever been inside. 2 staff members around 100 pm, long drive thru line was told when I placed my order there would be a 15 minute wait for inside customers. The inside appearance was filthy as well as the restrooms. Good all over tables, floors, garbage. I only ate inside because I was with my 92 yr old patient out for a taco... whoever owns this location clean up your act hire more people sterilize the place..

Staff is more focused on the drive thru they ignore walk ins The bathroom is ALWAYS dirty the lobby is a disaster garbage cans are ALWAYS full no clean tables and the drink machine constantly has liquid pouring on the floor

Ordered on app and picked up at drive thru. It was 1230am they close at 2 but still c'mon. My chalupa was rock hard and inedible, while my 3 dollar burrito was pretty much the width of a cheesy roll up. Taco bell do better for all your late night customers.

The workers at night are always so rude and unprofessional. They don’t speak nicely, and it feels like they don’t care about their job or the customers. It’s disappointing because I used to like coming here, but now I avoid it at night.

It took over 25 minutes for my order to be made. I watched quite a few cars go all the way through the drive through whole I sat inside after ordering. Of the two bathrooms, one was broken and the other wasn't very clean and smelled so bad I considered not even washing my hands. Easily worst TB I've been to.

Probably the worst Taco Bell around in terms of getting the food served in a reasonable amount of time. Waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru for 2 chalupas and a bean burrito.

Taco Bell 6005 Preston Ave, Livermore, CA 94551 I had a really disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. I waited about 20 minutes for my order even though it was already prepared and sitting there ready The employee who was handing out orders ignored me and was disrespectful the whole time. My order was clearly ready on the counter, but she kept me waiting. Only after I spoke up and asked why I wasn’t being helped did she finally turn around and hand me the already ready order from behind her without any apology I was in a hurry and couldn’t speak to a manager in the moment, but this kind of customer service is unacceptable. This location needs better training on basic respect and prompt service. I do not recommend this place based on this location.

The door at this restaurant says hours are 7am -2am the staff has been making their own hours and in the last 3 weeks they have closed at 8:45pm, 9:15pm and tonight a Saturday night they are closed at 9:35 . This is not acceptable. Fix it .

Tried to walk through drive through as my truck is too large for tiny drive through and was denied service. Came back 6 min before closing with my regular vehicle and was denied service again stating they are “closed.” Terrible customer service

I visited the Taco Bell just like 10 min ago drive-through at the Livermore location today. Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor. We had ordered the medium fries through drive through and when we went to the window, The staff who was responsible to provide the order shouted at us saying “why did you order the drink”. The lady working over there firstly did not understood what we had ordered and the guys she had to shout loudly at us saying we don’t have fries and why did you ordered the drink was just insane and disrespectful. Later she just shut the window on our face when we tried saying that we did not ordered any drink. That lady was very very rude and need some serious customer service training otherwise i would say no one would want to visit that branch if customers are being treated this way !! I hope management addresses the training and service quality at this location so future customers have a better experience.

Night crew does not know what they are doing, lady taking orders from drive through can’t even get a mobile order correct. This is the second time I pull up to the window and she asks me for my name again at the window, which means they haven’t even started my order. Tonight they give me the wrong order, I pull up to the front and try to go to the door which was locked, an employee was on break but telling me to go through the drive through, I held up the bag and stated I got the wrong order. The employee continued to point at the drive through, which now had 5 cars… currently now waiting in line AGAIN!

Horrible if dining in. Why do I have to use a Kiosk to order my food when there are 8 employees behind the counter and nobody in the dining room or drive thru? Society has killed personal interaction. $30 for two bean burritos and a quesadilla meal. So done with this location.
