Love there cin a blitz. . should really try to stop eating so much tho. Anyone that loves cinnamon.. Hmmm try to stay away.

Love the pretzels especially when they are soft and doughy and covered in butter and salt. A couple of times they were slightly overcooked but normally they are great. We usually get the bag of little pretzel bites.

I didn't end up eating the latter and took it home, but the pepperoni one was quite average. The pretzel wasn't super chewy nor fresh, but the amount of pepperoni was good! At $11.78 post-tax for the two pretzels, it's definitely on the pricey side.

OK food, but very, very overpriced - especially the hot dog and drinks. $5+ for a slushie, $7+ for hot dog...The combos don't save you any money and they charge you for each individual item...

Was my birthday yesterday and I live in Livermore. Two times now I've gotten that new frozen lemonaide w/popping Boba. I LOVE them with a hint of blue raz. That's the way I order it. Looked up closet one. Livermore outlets... first time there, and probably last. Google reviews were bad. Gave it a shot anyway. Asked for it how I liked it. He said that'll be 30 cents extra... should have paid it. I asked why, "Never had to before, why now?" He said would you like me to ask my manager. I said sure. He walked over to her and they whispered. He came back and said that'll be $2.19 extra. I looked at her and said.. serious? She said.. yeah! I said it's the same amount in the cup. And I said, ooohhhh. You're the manager with all the bad reviews. She shook her head and said yup. I did not enjoy my birthday drink the way I would have liked to. Because I sure wasn't going pay over 2 dollars extra.😔 January 11th follow up 2024 So, they responded to my review as I have seen them do with others asking that I reach out on the customer service email which I did twice. No response 😕 😑 😔 Their place and customer service is no good. Highly recommend to avoid it if you have any better options.

Not sure what is going on here but every time i buy a PLAIN pretzel here its always dry and lacks flavor at this particular place while all the others my family buys e.g jalapeno, pizza ones are perfect.

Their pretzels are so tiny and cost 7.50 it was smaller than my hand and unsalted

0 Stars! I was charged twice! The RUDE cashier says oh didn’t go through, runs it again. Log into my bank right then and there and sure enough 2 charges! I show her and the manager, both of which gave me attitude & it’s neither of their problems apparently & to call my bank, umm no! I will NEVER ever eat here again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

If I could give this place no stars I would. The manager at this location was so rude, I can’t believe how she treats her customers and workers, it’s horrible. I went in to redeem my birthday free pretzel and the lady at the register redeemed my code. Just as I was going to pay for my remaining balance the register froze. She had to restart but my code had already been redeemed, she told the manager and she said she couldn’t do anything. When I tried to explain what happened she was even more rude to me stating that I had to refresh the code. She wasn’t understanding that it had already been redeemed. I asked her for her name and corporate number and she stated, “just Google it and you don’t need to know my name, just say Livermore.” I was and am still shocked at this level of customer service from a store manager. To top it off I lost my birthday coupon, she did not honor it.
