As McDonald's go. .. This place rocks. Clean, neat and modern. This is not five stars compared with other sit down restaurants. But compared with other McDonald's. I used to camp out here to work sometimes. Brighter and less crowded than coffee shops, and good Internet. At&t.

the line was going pretty slow (they looked understaffed) but giving 5 stars for the worker who took our order tonight! Went around 10pm on Thursday. Don't know his name but he was very friendly and had great customer service skills :-)

This place is fast and always has polite workers. If you're craving an all-american fix, stop by and grab something. I mainly grab pies or pancakes and a random fry once in a blue moon.

The lady running the drive thru today (10/23/24) is the nicest! Im a complicated order and had a couple last second requests, and she went above and beyond. I also used the restroom and this mcd's is really clean and nice. The burritos weren't all that fresh and filled 80%. I'm keto so I only eat the inside and that's a bummer but that is all mcdonalds.

I actually ordered food twice in the past few days in both cases everything was hot, and prepared great... By great, i mean the pickles were not in a pile, there was not too much condiments on the sandwiches, the bun toasting was excellent too! Fries were hot both times, and the quantity was great! Might be one of my best experiences with a McDonalds

I don't usually eat a MCD's but wanted to Try their $6 - McDouble, 4 Chicken MC Nuggets, Small Fries, & Small Drink - Special. Plus a Lg Mocha coffee. *Just regular milk they do mot do fat-free or low fat milk 🥛.

I was craving the fries! This is the thing I eat at Micky Ds. This location was super clean, looked new. I love that the kitchen looked big and roomy. I could see the fry station. Ample light and room for movement makes for less breathing onto my food. I would go to this location again. The dining area was super clean as well. Service was excellent. 5 star well deserved.

Food was good service was fast. Men's bathroom had a horrible stench to it not like some1 used it but just a fowl nasty smell that smacks you in the face when you open the door. Update it has been remodeled. Looks great and smell is gone. Definitely recommend. Morning manager (tall lady) very nice and makes sure your order is correct. One of my fav McDonald's.

I love this location! The people are always kind, the inside is clean, the burgers are always 10/10, the food is always made with love and is fresh, also the main thing I go here for is their vanilla iced coffee with caramel drizzle, I have never had my coffee drowned with creamer, I love that about this location, they put just a hint of creamer that way you can actually taste the fresh coffee, I love it! (My dog loves this location too with all the love he gets!)

This McDonald's was clean and had the newer interior. It has both a cash registers and kiosks for orders. it also has a small play space for children. When I went there, there was a small line and the manager was quick to open up another register. I had a sausage McMuffin egg meal and some hotcakes and sausage. Same high-quality as always.

4-star's just for being here. The franchise has closed 2 restaurants I know of in the Contra Costa county leaving them a little more spread out and sporadic then most other branded fast food chains around. This probably really bites for people on foot.

Sitting here right now using their free wi-fi! Haha Came here to try the shamrock shake. I was excited because it looked so good. You take the firstbsip and it tastes like minty goodness. You you take the ones after that and you wonder where All the flavor went aside from the lack of minty, it's nice creamy and smooth. Mcdonalds has nice modern and clean seating and there are real salt and pepper shakers on the tables!! Service is good. Nice and fast employees. Overall, I like this particular mcdonalds.

Pleasant drive thru, although I have to say my second time coming to this mcdonalds' (closest to DVC) the left side speaker doesnt work. Either that or they are ignoring me. I have to order at the "paying window twice"

I haven't eaten McDonald's in a long time. Overall the service was great, food was standard and the fries were not what I remembered at all. That's the reason it got 4 stars. Fries are no longer top rated for me.

I really appreciated the $1.49 any size coffee. Very hot. Very satisfying. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful. Totally professional. This guy was very polite and helpful.

Always a good, affordable choice to satisfy a late evening craving. No matter the location, the quality is almost always excellent and the taste so consistent. My only criticism is that it would be great to have more healthy options. Something that McDonald's has tried many times but has not yet managed. I haven't given up hope.

Came for the Deluxe Breakfast and is always a pleaser. Ordered at the kiosk with a number for table service, and they told us we had to pick up our food from the counter. Not sure if this is new. The bathrooms required a combo so couldn't access the cleanliness. The exit can be confusing as it is next to the drive-thru. The coffee always seems to be missing the sugar or sweetner.

During this pandemic, this franchise makes millions and can't afford a extended arm for there electronic pay device to allow a customer to use plastic as payment. I have to drive almost on top of the pay window just to reach because there system is permanently anchored. Get real as I'm trying to not get sick from Covid-19 and i am vaccinated but you never know.

Went through the drive thru. It wasn't the best frappe I ever had. Had a little miscommunication but it wasn't bad.

I always get a large caramel iced coffee, it's a good deal for $2. Problem is that no store let alone no 2 person can make the drink the same. Not sure why can vary so much drink to drink.

The chicken nuggets at this location are always stale and old. Fries are usually undercooked. It's close to home, but starting to not be worth the convenience.

Look we all know McDonalds isn't good for you. Their food tastes alright. I like their fries and they're quick and straight to the point. If you're on a road trip or broke and hungry McDonald's is easy to get and they've cleaned up and refreshed their facilities so they are a much more welcoming environment and the staff is pleasant.

First off it is just Mc Donald's which isn't the greatest to begin with. It was okay, for McDonalds. The fries were just made...good right there...but the meat on the burger (Quarter-pounder with cheese) was dry and hard along one edge. Getting harder and harder to find something as simple as a burger and fries at a reasonable price.

Worst McDonalds in the area...no napkins out for people nor sugar, catsup etc. I think they think by not putting these things out they are saving sooo much money! These were the same who put a limit on one refill earlier this summer. It is clean, and the staff is ok, but I hate asking for a napkin when I should be able to just get one. Ordered one of the new largest Big Mac burgers and got more bread with the same size meat patty as the original. Didn't realize it until I ate half way through. The meat was lost in the big bun.

I order a double quarter pounder and got a plain quarter pounder. They had me wait in a parking spot for the order. I waited for 20 mins and finally had to go in. Half the personel could not speak english. (Not their falt). Finally got the order... Still wrong.

I had the saabd Egg McGriddle ($4.99). If the pancakes get any smaller, they will have to sell them as "Dollar Sized"...maybe 4" across at best ~ when this item first came out, I seem to remember them a LOT larger....

We had placed an order through the app, and when we arrived the app told us to go to the counter. The cashier told us she didn't know what was going on and walked away. Then asked to talk to a manager, who then told us their app system was down and kind of rudely stated there was nothing she could do, period. Told us that we had to figure out how to cancel the order ourselves on the app, and wouldn't honor the discounts from the app. We ended up just leaving and going elsewhere.

Update- I ordered online and they didn't have my order ready after 20 minutes. Then gave me attitude like it was my fault. Manager said " Somebody took your order."

No people working at the counter, have to order at the kiosk. When your food is ready someone comes out from the back drops your bag on the counter yells out your number and then walks away into the back, no customer service, also one small burger fries and a drink was $15. I would rather get my burger fries and drink at Nations, taste better for about the same price.

Ordered a coffee at night, it was cold and tasted weird. They said they were busy and didn't want to make fresh pot of decaf?? But there was nobody in the there and no cars in the drive thru. The McDonald's bun was stale.

Drivethru attendant asked me a question so dumb I decided never to eat McDonalds again. "So?You like McDonald??" He said with the weirdest grin I've seen. I couldn't tell if it was smug or what but the vibe was so creepy I didn't return for weeks. Next time I came he asked again and I told him "I am here paying for my order aren't I?" And drove off. It perplexed me so much I decided to ask myself that questiknseriously and decided no I do no like the food. The conversation convinced me not to eat the garbage anymore. Honestly such a dumb thing to ask but made me change my bad habbit so thanks I guess? Terrible for business I'm sure.

I wish I could rate work shifts, bc some employees are amazing and some are angsty. The afternoon shift are the genuinely nice & amazing people...the morning shift are the angsty. I'm looking at you, ma'am who got snappy when I kindly asked for a missing item. And I do mean kindly bc her job isn't easy so I'm not going to be a jerk to her.

Finally gonna write a review of this place. They almost always get my order wrong. I gave two because the employee at the paying window was really nice asking how I am, how my day is, but the employees at the second window need to be fixed. Last time I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, but didn't even get my chicken in it. Just the bun and the other sides. This time I ordered the same thing, but got a normal spicy crispy chicken sandwich. Not the deluxe, which I paid for. Y'all need a competent manager that checks food before it goes out. You all complain about not getting paid enough, but can't get a single order correct.

update on this review. got a big mac there about 2 weeks ago. It was almost all bread. The patties are now about 1/2 inch smaller and 1/2 thinner than they used to be. Barely any condiments. So, really, you are now paying alot for just a whole bunch of bread. Not much reason to get their big mac there, nor any other burger there I surmise, since they are getting cheap on the customer.

I'm at the Drive Thru at 530am, they open at 5am, nobody responds. A man walks out to throw out some boxes out about 10 feet from me. He looks at me and I say "Hey, are you open?" And he just turns away and goes inside. Definitely need to change their hours of operation

God damn why did I decide to eat here? I went at about 8pm and the service was unbelievably slow. I got a Quarter Pounder and fries, there was no one in front of me, and it took almost twenty minutes for literally the most basic McDonalds order in the history of all time. "Fast" food for sure. Look, your fries are great once or twice a year, so whatever, but I think we all know that McDonalds is basically pressed beef fetus remains.

Just left there a little while ago. Frustrated because Google Maps stated that they were open until 1:00 AM. But when I got there at 12:46 AM, they were already closed and trying to explain to a drive thru customer ahead of me (who had placed a mobile order) that they couldn't make any of his food. Just a bad set of circumstances all around.

Bathroom is not useable. One stall has no toilet paper the other has a broken dispenser no way to use the bathroom and GABBINA refused to help me just walked away from the counter like a sloth no manager on duty. I will be calling the health department.

Skip this location. Lots of errors and orders, always check before you leave. “Julia” helped me (after I pulled her away from a personal conversation). Wearing exercise leggings btw, aren’t you supposed to wear proper pants to work?! No one else wears name tags so can’t name anyone else. Drive thru is under construction and closed currently, just head down the street for proper service.

That's A dam lie. Google got this wrong... may have been near Mickey D's, but I do not partake in this manufactured good. The USA Mickey D's is the only nation in which this restaurant does not buy their meat from the local butcher and instead manufactures it in a lab. Be very careful with this McDonald's there employee's are given out counterfeit 5 dollar bills as change. I wasn't aware and tried to purchase something from another store using the change I received from here and was told it's counterfeit. ..I went back to McDonald's and started questioning the 2 managers Alex/Edgar regarding this they just laughed. ...

Very bad customer service, workers have too much attitude. When I was ordering I asked for two large fries they only gave me one I told them the situation but some employee with a lot of attitude and mean voice that I didn’t and I have to pay. Learn some good manners and respectful attitude toward the customers.

My food was such a disappointment. I specifically asked for FRESH FOOD. My filet o fish was dry and chewy, they put a quarter slice of cheese on it and said that's the amount they put on all the filet o fish and was going to charge me an extra 45 cents for a full slice. My big mac had SUPER THIN patties, were chewy as well and tasted like they poured the whole bottle of salt and pepper on them

Absolutely hate it when the frappes are all sticky. This time, the issue was a cap that was broken thus was loose and the whipped cream was ooozing out of the sides alli over my hand and car. Nasty. Please, train your employees better.

I would give zero stars if I could. This McDonald's totally stole My Money! I used the new mobile order, I drove to the McDonald's, went inside and they couldn't find the order. I showed them the receipt, they were able to pull it up. Then they told me I had to pay again. I showed them the receipt that was already paid, the manager said it didn't go through on there side, I needed to pay again. I showed her my bank account statement, with the deduction for their McDonald's for the amount of the order, and she still said she doesn't see it on her side, I have to call the bank. The bank is closed, she said I can't have my food unless I pay at the store. Ridiculous! I was charged for food, that you would not serve me.

Unfriendly crew and hostile atmosphere. Guy was ignoring me at the drive thru and didn't give my receipt. I asked for another straw and the lady was arguing there is a straw already and I want another one. Seems they hated the fact that they work at McDonald's.

This is by far the worst McDonald's that I've ever visited. I went on a weekday morning about 550am. There was 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru and the lobby was closed. They were having issues with the registers and it took 20min to get a simple breakfast that should've taken less than 5min. There was no apology given. Other incidents have been then simply messing up on the orders.

Paid via mobile app. My credit card was charged and I had a mobile receipt. This location refused to give me the order and would not even look at the receipt with their address on it. They also refused to give me a refund. Unbelievable

This mcdonalds in ConCord is not very nice. I asked specifically for no cheese, no nothing on it, plain on my sons burger and fillet fish... and it came back with cheese anyway. My sons has autism so i cant let it go and ask for a new one. And then my order is missing fries too. I was not able to.go back for it because the person told me "line is so long, is that the only thing we need to change..." so i felt embarrassed and just hurry up to get out of their face... fish is soggy. Burger is dry and the bun seems microwaved. So no... im not coming back at this place!

The yelp reviews about this location tell it all...nice people at the front, but customer service, fulfillment of orders, follow-up, etc. is bad. We ordered two Big Mac meals and asked for no pickles and extra sauce on both. When we received our order, we were charged .49 cents for extra sauce, but the one burger that was marked extra sauce on the slip, had only a normal amount of sauce and the other was marked "no sauce" and had no sauce. Why order something special if the order takers and/or preparers just ignore it? We went back to the front and after being ignored repeatedly by the tall female server, the young man on the drive-up window came over and asked what we needed and got us some extra sauce. Meanwhile the tall female server was just standing in the back chatting with her co-worker, after clearly seeing us standing at the counter waiting for some assistance. The tables were dirty throughout the restaurant and the french fry timer was constantly beeping during our entire time in the restaurant (and I mean constantly!). Not sure if the staff were just ignoring it or if only one of them was authorized to TURN IT OFF! A really bad experience overall here. Multiple staff standing around, doing nothing...

When the person at the drive through says 3rd window he means 1st. Then chastises you like a 2 year old. Great customer service. Have him pronounce his words.

This location just doesn't get it. You are supposed to give at least 1 packet of ketchup with fries, especially for to-go orders. Everytime you have to ask. It's as if the management has decided to save costs by not giving ketchup!! Also, I don't think the advertised 'we cook it fresh when you order' is really being practised. I had ordered their signature recipe smokehouse bacon. The patty was clearly precooked and just microwaved when I ordered. Made a mistake, next time I won't go here.

Absolutely horrific! Do not expect hot food from the drive-through because everything is ice cold! All very racist and very mean! I honestly wish they never relocated their old McDonald's. the food was always hot and good there. Save your time and your money by not coming there Burger King is not that far down

The cashier of the drive thru was very rude. I asked him for my ice-free sodas because they were for my kids and when it was time to give them to me he gave them to me with ice ... I asked him if I could change them and she said no. I didn’t know it was so complicated to change my sodas for one without ice... terrible service I’m not going to go back

We've been getting happy meals here because of the recent Squishmellow toy but this particular location has been cheating us of the Extra kids fry option that we select every time. We thought maybe they just put a little extra, we've been there twice now, ordering on the app and picking up via drive thru. They also forgot the honey mustard for the nuggets. But today we went to the Monument Blvd McDonald's and they put the extra fry on each of our happy meals as we selected. Go to the monument location or make sure they put everything on you order, like open every box. Really annoyed.

Today I showed up to this McDonald’s to get an evening meal, I have never had a worse experience in my life. The customer service was absolutely horrible and the employees were rude and Inpatient. I gave a code for my meal to get a discount, and when I told the employee to add the discount, he got annoyed and told me to pull up to the window. When I pulled up to the window, he told me I should’ve given it at the speaker. I then gave him the code, and he proceeded to charge me full price anyway, and gave me a negative look, and during the whole interaction, he was rude and shaking his head. When I looked at the receipt and saw that they had charged me full price, I proceeded to go back and was then met with no help. In fact, not even words they were shaking their heads and said I don’t know. They then again gave me a mean look. I have never had such a bad experience at a McDonald’s in my life, and this made me never want to go back to this McDonald’s ever again.

Stupid place that shows will close at 1:00am but closed before 10:30pm, that’s ok, but the drive thru line was still very long, and the employee didn’t even wanna tell the customers that they were close already so all the people were still waiting in the cars. Also the app still accepted order and we successfully ordered. We had been waiting for more than 30 mins in the drive thru line. And the employee with blue cloth put his foot on food counter to tie his shoes, that was disgusting. The worst service I’ve never had.

Ordered through uber and wouldnt let me change my order even though i called. They wouldnt answer the phone, and when i was able to see if my delivery driver could ask them they refused. 0/10

October 13, 2025 I ordered a filet o fish meal with lite tartar in the drive thru. At tge pick up window, a Mexican woman handed me my order 1271. I reached inside the bag to realize my fries were Luke warm. Immediately I asked for hot fries. She gave me the stare that read incontinence on her face. She rolled eyes at me. With her hand extended, she asked for the French fries 🍟 then told me to park in stall 1. 4 minutes later a polite Mexican man approached with my fries, and asked if I wanted condiments. The filet o' fish was good, on the contrary, the mature aged Mexican woman wearing glasses, she should work on improving her customer service skills.
