Best Family hotel in Town. Super friendly. Staf is very friendly and Sara and Ricardo are the most friendly and helpful hosts possible. Best stay for cyclists, bikers, families,… everyone. Breakfast is copious and for everyone, dinner is best quality and high level. If you want a hotel near town, silent and relaxing; this is the place to be. Laundry service, bicycle service in the basement, everything is there for a sportive stay in the Italian Alps. Do you want to rent a bike or do you need a guide, everything can be arranged. Best price - quality ratio. Recommend for everyone, young and old!!

Location is close to the ski lift, bus stop, loipes, supermarket and ski rental. Nice rooms, cheapest one person room is good and clean but not excellent. Good food and drinks. Nice wellness and ski room. Would recommend.

We stayed at this hotel as two families in December 2025. The hotel is new and modern, with an excellent spa area and a scenic outdoor infinity pool. The rooms are contemporary in design. Our suite with a separate bedroom was outstanding; however, in the more basic rooms marketed for three guests, the sofa bed is positioned directly opposite a fully transparent glass door to the toilet and shower. Sleeping on this sofa is virtually impossible: the light turns on whenever someone uses the bathroom, and, moreover, the person on the sofa has a clear view of anyone using the toilet or taking a shower. This layout is unacceptable for many families. If you are booking a room for three, this is something to keep firmly in mind. The attitude of the staff was noticeably cold and unwelcoming. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, making it logistically inconvenient if you wish to dine in the city center. Buses run only until 7:45 p.m., and taxis are quite expensive. Walking from the center to the hotel takes 30–40 minutes at a brisk pace. Contrary to the description, there is no direct access to the ski slope—at least at the beginning of the season. In our opinion, the price-to-quality ratio does not work in this hotel’s favor. P.S. The hotel management appears unable to handle criticism constructively. As can be seen from the comment posted in response to my review, the tone is rude and accusatory, effectively shifting the blame onto the guest. Please bear this in mind when considering this hotel. You should not expect assistance or a respectful, professional approach to addressing your requests or concerns.

We stayed at Paradise Lodge in Livigno from December 16 to 20 as two families, and our overall impression was quite mixed. On the positive side, the hotel is absolutely new (around 5 months old) and beautifully designed. Everything looks very stylish and well thought out: wood, metal, tiles, finishes – all done with great taste. The rooms are spacious, the pool is very nice with warm water, and the sauna area itself is good. From a purely aesthetic and comfort point of view, the hotel has a lot of potential. However, there were several important downsides that seriously affected our stay. First of all, we experienced a rather cold and unfriendly attitude from the staff. At times it felt uncomfortable, as if guests were constantly being watched instead of welcomed. There were also two specific issues that we found unacceptable. The first one was the glass door to the toilet and shower in our room. Our son was sleeping in a bed directly opposite this door in a triple room, which was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable for a family. We raised this issue with hotel management, but were told that no other rooms were available and that the glass door is part of the design concept. The response was essentially that nothing would be changed because “this is how they like it.” The second issue was the textile-free sauna area. According to the hotel website, it is supposed to be mandatory for everyone. However, in reality, some guests were allowed by staff to ignore this rule, which caused confusion and discomfort among other guests, and even led to negative reactions and tension. In addition, the prices for dinner and the bar are above average for Livigno, especially considering that the hotel is located slightly on the outskirts of town. Overall, the hotel is visually impressive and has good facilities, but these issues significantly spoiled our experience. Unfortunately, because of this, we are not sure we would choose to stay here again. P.S. The response from hotel management to my review was unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of addressing valid concerns, they chose a defensive and sarcastic tone, shifting responsibility to the guest and dismissing discomfort as irrelevant. This attitude is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be “4-star superior” and confirms our impression of poor customer care. Because of this response, I am lowering my rating even further.

First of all you need to know that hotel on the outside is still under construction. When we were there (19.06.2025) they were building underground parking, heavy machines are working very loudly from 7am - 7pm. You can hear the constant noise even if you close all windows. Directly from our room we could observe working excavators, pour out concrete or welded rods. Whenever we have opened the window, a lot of dust and bad smell were coming inside. The parking was free of charge for us however it looked very dangerous for the car. Specialy when you see big excavator next to your car with waving chains (see the pictures) or extracting concrete 20cm from your car. Our car was so dirty that require proffesional cleaning. There is a pool (very nice if you don't look around and you are deaf) with a view on the construction and on the construction workers who are stearing on you during swimming. The staff on the reception im my opinion was rude - they answered our questions - this is true, however they didn't tell us (when I asked directly about the room service) that they charge 15EUR for room service (per person!) when you order a dinner to the room. I couldn't find any information about this charge on their website - it is only about breakfast. I think they wanted to squize as much money from us as possible, as they canceled the fee when I pointed it out. They charge 50EUR for baby cot per night - it is the highest fee in Livigno. You can buy brand new turistic baby cot for 100EUR.. Inside the hotel you could find the construction workers with dirty shoes, specialy near SPA area. The elevator didn't work all the time. From a good stuff: - The room inside was new, clean (but small) - Big bathroom, clean, nice design - Breakfast tasty, a lot of choice, staff was lovely - Room service ladies were so sweet, and did their job perfectly - Food from the restaurant was tasty and good looking I would guess when the construction will be over the hotel will be a good one (but very expensive). I would suggest to choose different hotel during summer 2025, and later make sure they finished everything.

We stayed at this hotel with friends and had a late check-in. We were NEVER informed about any additional charges, yet at check-out €100 was taken from EACH room. This feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of guests. What happened next was completely unacceptable. One day before check-out, at 9:00 PM, housekeeping started aggressively banging on the door. When we did not open, they entered the room using their key card WITHOUT our permission. This is a serious violation of privacy and basic guest safety. Absolutely shocking behavior. The staff was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional throughout our stay. After check-out, we noticed extra charges added to the bill for services we never used. When we tried to clarify this, the staff refused to resolve the issue or take responsibility. This is one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Terrible service, dishonest charges, zero respect for guests. We are genuinely shocked and do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

An excellent facility, but a humanly unacceptable experience The facility is undoubtedly splendid: meticulously maintained, impeccably clean, and a setting that initially gives us hope for a stay that lives up to expectations. And this is precisely why the experience was all the more disappointing: not for any material shortcomings, but for a management that, both humanly and professionally, proved surprisingly inadequate. We had booked a couples massage at the hotel spa. On the day of the appointment, due to a local event that affected the efficiency of public and private transportation, we found ourselves unable to arrive on time. We notified the facility about 40 minutes in advance, asking—politely and proactively—if it were possible to postpone the treatment or cancel it without incurring the full cost. The response was not only negative, but also accompanied by a surprisingly hostile attitude, lacking empathy and completely disproportionate to the situation. Our request was followed by a verbal escalation, culminating in a statement that should never be addressed to a paying guest: "Shut up or leave my facility." A serious statement, which not only denotes a complete departure from any hospitality logic, but also an absolutely disconcerting lack of control and respect, especially considering it came from the owners themselves. The problem, therefore, is not so much the inability to reschedule a treatment (a legitimate decision), but rather the way it was handled: aggressively, with no dialogue, and in a tone that conveyed contempt rather than customer care. It's a shame, because the facility—aesthetically and logisticalally—really deserves a lot. But as long as interaction with guests is treated as a nuisance rather than a responsibility, it will remain a destination that is outwardly excellent but humanly a failure. We won't be returning, and we regretfully can't recommend it.
