From the very first contact to the final bite, our visit to La Pòsa was simply outstanding. The reservation process was easy, friendly, and professional, immediately making us feel welcome rather than just “another booking.” The ordering process was handled with care and genuine recommendations, never intrusive. The service overall was excellent: consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating, while remaining pleasantly relaxed. Exactly how great hospitality should feel. The food itself was exceptional across the board. Every dish impressed with its quality, balance, and attention to detail. A special mention goes to the house-made olive oil, which was outstanding in flavor and perfectly complemented the dishes. The fact that it can also be purchased is a wonderful bonus, which we gladly took advantage of. The octopus deserves particular praise. It was without question the best octopus I have ever eaten: perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and absolutely memorable. The veal Cordon Bleu was equally impressive, featuring high-quality meat, an excellent filling, and flawless execution. That said, it must be emphasized that not only these two dishes stood out. Every single dish served at our table was of an exceptionally high standard. La Pòsa is a restaurant that truly understands how outstanding cuisine, sincere hospitality, and excellent service come together. Not just recommended, but a must-visit for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Livigno.

Ristorante La Pòsa is a cozy and charming spot in a quieter part of Livigno centre, perfect for enjoying authentic Italian and local Valtellina cuisine, with a lovely rustic interior that adds to the experience. Traditional dishes are all beautifully presented and there is a great selection of wines. The staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are fair for the quality and setting. Highly recommended for a relaxing lunch or dinner after a day on the slopes or exploring the town.

Amazing restaurant in the middle of Livigno. Came here specifically for the Pizzoccheri, which did not disappoint! The affogato & complimentary bread with homemade butter were also very nice. Service and ambiance within the restaurant were really nice, Special thanks to Martina for the great service! Next time I'm in Livigno I will definitely return!

5 star restaurant in Livigno. This is my second time in Livigno and so far La Posa has been the best restaurant. Traditional cuisine with a flavor of innovation. The staff is very attentive and it creates a very friendly atmosphere. Must to try are Pizzoccheri - by far the best I ever had in my life. Also interesting the choice of basil ice cream between starter and main course. Last but not least, gifted sweets together with coffee. Thank you La Posa, it has been a true Valtellinese experience!

Wow! It was a unique experience. Every dish we ate, was carefully crafter by the chef. I ordered Best seller , taste menu. It was great with one recommendation. Order this menu if you are really hungry or just skip lunch and prepare yourself for a great dinner! I applaud chef and recommend everyone who values good food.

Definitely the best restaurant in livigno!Friendly and attentive staff. The food quality is really high and presented beautifully. If you look for a special place to have a cheap and really good meal this is the right place. We went twice and tried everything vegetarian from the menu.

A rather disappointing lunch given the high ratings. The pizzoccheri is less than lukewarm instead of hot, even being served in a stone pot. We are fans of pizzoccheri and have eaten in many different places in Valtellina but this pizzoccheri is lack of flavour, specifically little signs of sage butter and garlic. Desserts are nicely presented but not a wow. We saw the chef/owner walked pass our table a few times, without an interest to greet. Umm, not a must but a nod is not too difficult as a restaurateur to make guests feel more welcoming, I believe.
