Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, piatti liguri, anche in chiave rivisitata. Davvero tutto ottimo e soprattutto tutto fatto in casa, anche la pasta fresca! E ovviamente tutto senza glutine!! Se anche non siete celiaci, date una chance al locale e non ve ne pentirete!

Lovenis è un ristorante completamente senza glutine e se sei celiaco questo è un dettaglio super importante. Si mangia bene, anzi molto bene. La cucina è quella della tradizione ligure pervasa dai profumi di basilico, olive e pinoli. Alessandro è uno chef giovane, ma decisamente esperto. Il suo coniglio alla ligure e il fritto in tempura sono dei piatti deliziosamente gustosi. Le tagliatelle che prepara sono però il piatto che mi ha colpito di più. Lavorare la farina senza glutine e darle la forma e la consistenza di una pasta del genere è qualcosa che andrebbe davvero celebrato. Provare per credere. Sandy si occupa della sala. È gentile, cordiale ed estremamente competente. Ci ha fatto trascorrere due serate piene di attenzioni consigliandoci sempre al meglio. Il locale è accogliente, è molto facile sentirsi a proprio agio. La scelta dei vini è soddisfacente, i ragazzi hanno aperto da soli tre mesi e sicuramente implementeranno la cantina con il tempo. I prezzi sono sensati e il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente positivo. Andateci, mangerete da esser felici e sosterrete due ragazzi che faranno molta strada.

Attirati dalla loro proposta per il menú di San Valentino ci siamo recati in questo piccolo ristorante di cucina locale senza glutine a Loano. L'ambiente é curato e per l'occasione i tavoli sono stati decorati con petali di rose e cuoricini, contribuento a creare un'atmosfera romantica. Piatti curati nei minimi particolari, dal sapore alla presentazione. Per l'occasione sono stati proposti piatti di carne e pesce e due diversi dessert. Il mio compagno é celiaco e per noi é sempre difficile trovare un locale che possa garantire l'assenza di contaminazione e la presenza di piatti adatti al suo regime alimentare (pur comprendendone le difficoltà), ma Lovenis é stata la soluzione. Qui tutti i piatti proposti sono sempre e solo senza glutine, e soprattutto, fatti in casa. Io, che mangio quotidianamente glutine, non mi sarei mai resa conto che i piatti fossero gluten-free se non lo avessi saputo! Il personale di sala é cordiale e disponibile, facendo trasparire la passione che hanno per il loro locale e per questa professione. Ottimo rapporto qualitá-prezzo, in linea con quello dei ristoranti considerati "normali" (in due abbiamo speso circa 145€ prendendo tutti i piatti disponibili sul menú). Sono, ovviamente, disponibili anche birre senza glutine e anche la scelta dei vini é abbastanza variegata. I miei piatti preferiti della serata sono stati le tagliatelle fatte in casa con zafferano e frutti di mare, i calamari agli agrumi con verdure gratinate (buonissime, cosa non scontata per una panatura senza glutine) e il tortino al cioccolato con cuore caldo al lampone. Altra nota positiva: i dolci proposti erano senza lattosio. Anche il menú di carne era ottimo, sopratutto lo stinco, morbidissimo e che si scioglieva in bocca. Esperienza consigliatissima, sia per chi non può mangiare il glutine, sia per chi segue una dieta "normale"! Torneremo sicuramente.

Cibo buonissimo, cortesia del personale squisita! Cucina interamente senza glutine. Non perdetevi d’animo se arrivate davanti ad un locale che sembra chiuso: basta girare l’angolo e troverete il grazioso Lovenis! Diventerò sicuramente una loro habituée…

We discovered this place by chance while browsing online: we had dinner here, even though neither of us were celiacs. The food is 100% gluten-free, but I can assure you, you'd never guess! The homemade pasta was delicious, the main course we tried was excellent, and the dessert...well, delicious! The owner who welcomed us was really kind to us, and it was a pleasure to chat with her. In the end, since one of the desserts had been ruined a bit by the plating, she insisted on offering it to us. In short, a corner of deliciousness and kindness that truly made us happy! Congratulations, guys, keep up the good work!

The place isn't very large, but it's beautiful and well-kept. The welcome is warm and friendly. The food is delicious and beautifully presented, and everything is gluten-free, so even those with intolerances can enjoy a great meal.

We happened upon this restaurant by chance, and I must say I was impressed. Even though everything is gluten-free, I couldn't taste a single dish that was different from a "traditional" one. We had the stuffed mussels and the creamy brandacujun, followed by two mixed fried dishes that I deemed "very satisfying," meaning plentiful and nice and dry, with a special mention for the fried vegetables cut into matchsticks. Another diner had the seafood soup. The young staff were excellent, generous in explaining the menu and the preparations, offering advice and suggestions.

Lovenis Loano is highly recommended, both because it's a fresh, clean, modern place run by two young people. But above all, because they're AMAZING!!! The food is delicious. Everything is expertly cooked by them. The pasta is homemade, the fried food is rich and crispy, and the homemade biscuits are delicious (there's no photo for a reason). It's a sight to behold! Believe me, if you're in the area, it's a must-try! I recommend booking because the place doesn't have many seats. I'll post a few photos for you, you might even start to drool 🤤

Tried this restaurant for the first time, with its gluten-free menu, and I have to say it's not bad. Kudos to the fresh pasta made entirely by the chef. And well done to this young couple who, with determination and courage, threw themselves into this adventure. The woman was very friendly. The menu offers a variety of options. In my opinion, the menu and wine list deserve a reprint. It's a shame the restaurant's location is a bit "hidden," but it's easy to get to, and in the summer, they also offer outdoor dining surrounded by olive trees.
