I visited the place when they had a boneless Tuesday promotion. 3 of us got a large boneless portion, which because of promotion came with the second same size portion for free. We got pretty full for around 8 dollars each. Place is tidy and nice, with friendly staff, but not really my style.

It was a busy night for football it was long wait but the host came and helped elyssa play waitress so good team work the general manager was also a good help with getting our drinks from the bar overall good service a few mistakes in the beginning but ended a good night

Some of the worst service I've ever received at a restaurant, ever. Arrived just as Thursday Night Football ended so it was crowded. The crowd thinned out very quickly. Did find a high top table in the bar area. Not a single employee approached us for almost 20 minutes. Eventually someone who I assume was a manager brought us menus and took our drink order. A good 10-15 minutes later the same gentlemen noticed we still weren't helped so he took our order. Pretty sure that wasn't his job but he was helping out. We still haven't actually seen our waiter at this point. Our appetizer took longer than normal and did not come with onion rings like the description says. The lady that delivered the food said they have been out of onion rings for weeks. That was not disclosed to us when we ordered. She asked if we wanted to speak to our waiter and we said yes even though we haven't seen him yet. The bartender comes over and is covering for our waiter's break. I told him we haven't seen him yet and we've been here almost an hour at this point. He explains there are no onion rings and no substitutions. I would have ordered something else. And they automatically substitute the onion rings for the cheapest thing they can find which is french fries. Just tell me up front about it so I can make an informed decision. The rest of the food was fine, eventually our "waiter" asked if everything was alright after the one hour mark. I feel bad for the rest of the staff carrying this guy's dead weight. I don't expect a top notch experience at Buffalo Wild Wings but this was bad even by their standards. I can't see myself going there again with all of the food options nearby.

- 5 stars . i spent $50 on my order tonight from doordash , just to find out this damn restaurant gave me someone else’s order, its not the first time ive dealt with them, i pay extra for ranches and i never get my ranches in my bag but theyre so quick to charge you for everything!!! i hate this place

BWW is clearly trying to be cheap by not scheduling enough people. We came in 8/31 for a fantasy draft and our waitress was clueless, granted there was maybe 12 other tables? They weren't all hers but she was a deer in head lights. They were out of "high chairs" so I had to have my toddler in my lap. We waited 20 mins for two coors lights and two lemon drops. Before she took orders we told her who was on which tab thinking that would help her out, come check out time the girl couldn't comprehend anything. I think her name was Mia, or Maya? Idk she had pink hair. I am a bartender in Sac, following ticket orders is not that hard. Having good customer service is also so simple. You guys hiring? Because you clearly need the help and experience. Wish I could get my $121 refunded. Update: I gave this place another chance on 10/27 we came in and said we had a party of 11 the waitress rolled her eyes at us. The whole service she was being condescending, rude. Took all the adults orders and walked away, we had to proceed to tell her we still needed to order for the kids who were 12+ her response was "well can they even order for themselves" which is not what we were implying but I took it upon myself to stand up and help the kids order with her because I did not want her giving the same attitude towards the kids. I wish I got her name but she had long dark hair, low pony and she was shorter. The food on the other hand was great, but it always comes down to the service. Whoever is hiring for this place needs to lose their job too. Don't waste your money on people who don't care about their jobs. Disgraceful. After giving them a second chance, I will not be returning. They should close the location, every-time I'm in they are never busy and their service is still horrible.

Just had lunch here and my wings were cold,not even warm but cold. I mentioned this to the server and she was very nice and offered me new ones but I didnt have time to wait. Still was charged full price for our meal after saying this too which is just stupid. I eat here alot,but not coming back to this location after today. Great job 👏 👍

I usually order food online. My order pick up time was 8:30. I finally got my order at 9 . Food was cold and they messed up my order as well.

Terrible, I keep going back hoping the food will be better, but nope! Wings are DRY, I paid extra to add queso on my fries and they added about a tablespoon of it 👎🏻

So I called today to let them know that I worked at Lodi Memorial . I spoke to April the supervisor or manager and told them last night. I ordered my food at 9:30 PM and I wanted to pick it up at 11:30 on my 15 minute break up the street I get my food they are boneless. I don’t eat boneless chicken because I don’t like boneless chicken taste at Buffalo wild wings I like traditional And they also didn’t give me my fries because I ordered the combo. She was fine with it. She said come in before work tonight and I have that ready for you. I get a call back. I’m getting my nails and feet done It’s a missed call so I called her back and she told me the order receipt says boneless I said is not my fault that they got it wrong. I don’t eat boneless You I have the chicken in my car in my car the receipt inside the bag and everything that customer service supervisor April get another job they do not work with you So since I have the food in my car still, they still won’t give me my traditional rings if they didn’t charge me like I told her I pay extra is Buffalo wild wings in Lodi She did nothing to help me her name is April
