Has to be the nicest Wendy’s I have ever visited. New remodel looks great. Lobby much brighter and more welcoming. Love the relaxing country music playing in the background. The biggest surprise is the extremely high level of service. Joseph, is so friendly and always seems to have a great attitude. Dining inside is a pleasure, not what you would expect from a Wendy’s! Great job guys!

The food was decent the service was under 4 minutes and i was the only one inside eating alone so it was pretty nice, had a triple baconator it was definitely filling

This Wendy's was in a rough spot but they delivered on great food! Missed giving me one nugget order but corrected it easily and quickly. Thanks y'all! The food was just as great as all Wendy's!

Great value if you order the Biggie Bag meals. Food is good and consistency is great. Service is good they do try very hard to be helpful. 5 Stars

The day crew is not the best been here multiple times during mid day and always so slow even when drive thru is clear as well many times my order has been made wrong, wrong items or completely missing items . How ever night crew is amazing they are always so quick clean and never ever wrong the one guy angle is so nice and has great customer service he is always such a joy to see when I go here

Below average visit. Food was served hot, but fries were too soft and undercooked. Service was fast but unfriendly. I did not feel welcome here.

I ordered the "new" fish sandwich. I was disappointed. It's got some ranch and sour cream mix something on it instead of tartar sauce, so I tasted sour and salt and cheese. The fish was crunchy though and somewhat tasty.

Stopped at this Lodi location to get a treat on a road trip. Saw a sign out front advertising snickerdoodle frosty. When I tried to order one inside a very rude worker told me they didn't have it. I told him it was on a sign outfront saying they did he argued with me that there was no sign. Out of spite I went back out to take a picture of the sign to show him...when I showed him he still argued there is no sign. I left

8:00 Friday morning, I just sat at the drive thru window for 21 minutes for a breakfast burrito, which was cold (what was I even waiting for). And the girl in the window was giving me an angry glare and never said a word. Bizarre experience.

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The location is set up so there's only one way to get in and it's literally on the corner by a freeway off ramp and only if you're coming from that side can you get in, otherwise you have to drive under the freeway overpass further outside of the city and flip a u-turn and come back. The driveway exits right back onto the main road so if they screw up the order some how you can't just drive around the parking lot back to the restaurant to have them fix it. They also clearly NEVER throw out their food after it has been sitting for too long, the last 3 times I went around 7-8pm and ordered the spicy honey bbq saucy nuggs and they were hard has a rock, but because it's such a pain in the butt to get back once you've left the drive thru I end up stopping in the next town on the way home and getting Taco Bell.
