Food was incredibly fresh and very generous portions! A few people in line but very efficient staff! Restaurant was very clean and all advertised options were available! Quick checkout with no issues! Would highly recommend this location!!

Alq.wthouçç.gh I arrived minutes before closing time and they had begun to clean up for the night and I certainly was holding them up, all employees even those who had nothing to do with my order were super friendly. Smiling and engaging in polite small talk while I waited for a few items to be prepared fresh and they carried on with their tasks. It seemed to me, the employees I saw were teenagers, and they​ were doing an excellent job.

I called in my order as it was a busy Friday night. So efficient, I arrived, was greeted right away in a pick up area of the counter. My food was almost ready. Within 5 minutes I had my food and was heading back to the car. The order was perfect and HOT when I got home. I will order this way again.

I love this place. All the workers in there are very nice. Very considerate, very honest and loyal, very helpful. I will continue to go there. I give them if I had to rate them from 1 to 10. I would give them a thousand they know what I want every time I go in there and my food is always hot and fresh

I've been here couple of times. I only like going when one of the employees by the name of Jocelyn is there. Her customer service is amazing! She is so kind and respectful. Otherwise it's okay.. Other employees should be trained by her.

Food is good nothing special. They are always making fresh food because of how busy they are. They get A LOT of online orders so expect to wait. Employees are not very interactive but i would assume because of the high volume of orders so I could understand. I gave them a 4 star because the food is what you expect from Panda as far as flavor and portions.The store is clean. Can't really complain on the wait time when they are super busy. Edit: It has been a few months since I last visited and unfortunatly nothing has changed as far as busy and lack of interaction with the customer. I get the having to hurry because there is a line however not even a simple smile. This is not good customer serivce. They don't even know who is next in line. It could be a combination of extreme shaffing shortage, too many customers at once, and or lack of employee moral.

I order frequently online. Never once has my order been done when the app promised. I usually just give it an extra 10 minutes to be safe. Even then, I still often have to wait. Came in today almost 15 minutes after the supposed pick up time only to find they were so backed up they hadn't started filling my order yet. I guess that's more a complaint of the app than anything. Very tasty, especially the Black Pepper Chicken...unfortunately the portions are VERY small. It never used to be like that...the to go containers used to be bursting at the seams with tasty food. Not any more. Probably the reason I stopped dining at the Panda.☹

Panda "Express" is a misnomer, if you visit during peak dining hours. If you arrive before or after the rush, you can get in and out in a matter of seconds. But if you are unfortunate enough to show up at the wrong time, you're in for a long wait. The food is always "good", relatively speaking, but you won't find a huge crush of Asian people in line. At lunch time, local Chinese restaurants serve higher quality food for just about the same price. But, Panda is consistent, good not great, and inexpensive. That being said, my theory on dining out, and/or food shopping is: the busier the establishment is, the faster the product turn-over. Hence... the fresher the food. This Panda gets very busy during peak hours. Enjoy!

Wrong items when I opened it at home. Check as you get it here.... was told they would box it when fresh chow main came out. Sounds nice right. She ment well by it. Thing is how can you read back my order and still mess it up with 2 sides that are on completely different sides of the "ready" food. Honey walnut shrimp was completely dry.... just dry breaded shrimp...🤷‍♂️

When Panda Express came to Lodi! I was so excited, cuz I love their Beijing beef omg!!! AND it was closer from lockford. BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even though the hrs of the food parlor says 10 to 9pm. Nop! And if you come at 8 or 8:15 they're out of pretty much everything! DONT YOU DARE COME IN AT 8:45PM CUZ ITS JUST BAD! No food and awful and rude costumer service. And dont take me wrong im all about not waisting food! But maybe try to cook smaller amounts, or shoot maybe do a big pot and if you need to refrigerate do it, im sure food will be ok the next morning or, wait wait, or cook as people come in i mean food is al ready to cook you just have to put it together; 🤷🏻‍♀️ and trust me if people made a trip from lockford at 8pm and getting to the restaurant at 8:15 they're NOT gonna mind waiting for a few minutes cuz they will leave HAPPY. And people, I decided to do a review here outside of the restaurant and while I was writing ✍️ this I sat in my car for like 10 minutes and Iam NOT lying, I counted 18 CARS parked and drove off o Upset 😡 lol. So maybe just maybe on the WEEKENDS stay open for another 2 or 1hr. PLEASE!!!!! ANYWAY I hope this gets attention only cuz is messed up that we leave HUNGRY!!!!

I've been to many Panda Express restaurants and I frequent this location. But I refuse to come here again. Their "spicy" food is now inedible. I'm not sure what this location is doing but they are definitely adjusting something. The spicy food is over the top spice where my son husband and I just threw it away. We will drive from Lodi to the Stockton location or Ripen over this. I'm so disappointedthis has happened. I hope they will change in the future to match with the other locations.

I’m at work and ordered through door dash, I put in Before FULLY placing my order I’d like soy sauce, teriyaki sauce -that should have came with the teriyaki chicken anyways, and utensils. Dasher told me since COVID they don’t do that. Uhhhhhh I specifically asked FOR IT, WHY NOT AND HE JUST SAID SORRY. What ever end this is at fault I’ll never order anything to be delivered again. I am a lover of Panda! I loved when they came to Lodi! The last couple times I have come in haven’t been that great. The time before last there are a bunch of younger kids working which is great, but not when their using profanity. Also every time I go in their more worried about their breaks than getting their line down. Tonight was the topping on the cake. My child and I were eating dinner. We were sitting across from the cashier area, there was a young kid paying for his dinner. That’s when some random lady came in and came all the way to the cashier and asked the young man and the guest behind him for food or money. The manager ( I believe) was running the register (older lady) didn’t do anything about it. I asked the younger guy if I really just heard what I thought I did. He said yes. That is wrong on so many ways. You can’t allow people to come beg or panhandle in your restaurant and bother paying customers. Thanks Lodi Panda but I’m done. I already deal with homeless people everywhere else you should really help deal with it in your place. Heck if you wanted to go above and beyond give them free meals between a certain time or when your closing.

Rude employees, poor selection. This store stops cooking at 8pm or earlier despite being open until 9. By 8:00 you can expect that they will have absolutely no food in the store and if you come in you'll be met with eye rolling and bad attitude.

Purchased 3 meals.....1 day later, 2 a perfect for the garbage. Molded chicken brocolli, except the noodles. Same 2nd plate. I refrigerated the minute I got to my truck....been told...good 4 hrs!Manager was polite but never the less he should offer to replace my both meals not just 1.

The phone staff who took our order was super great (we accidentally called the catering line, but they took our order anyway). Unfortunately the store itself wasn't so great. No smile or welcome greeting. The food was mediocre and many things were not available.

Delivery was horrible. Where is the food? Do they not give you the same portions for delivery? There’s so many peanuts in the Kung paw chicken then chicken, the orange chicken is too hard, the rice is so bland, and there is so much more cabbage in the chow main than noddles. I’ll never eat here again.

The wait time is insane, no matter what time you go. They are understaffed and it’s not funny. Right this moment I have been in the same spot in line for 10 minutes. It’s honestly unacceptable and has been this way for months at least. Even if you order pickup, good luck having that ready anywhere near your pickup time.

Made it in before the lunch rush, was told I have to wait for one of my food items so I did, but then bam! The lunch rush! My order was forgotten on the counter for 20 minutes and was already cold by the time the bag was in my hand. The item I waited for (String bean chicken) was also just all string beans! Very disappointed in this experience :(

I went buy a birthday dinner for my husband. I walked in no one welcomed me it was not busy at all no one in front of me. I said what my husband wanted an order for 5 I asked for chowmein and fried rice and what the main menus were. the young lady was not at all kind or patient with me .When I asked her to repeat what I had had.another young lady started asking me what I wanted and I asked her if she had heard my order she said no I had to start over.As I went to pay a man walked up to the ypung lady that had been helping me and he said just take a big breath.i heard others the young lady that had helped me first laugh and chuckle .I asked the man who I found out later was the manager if he was talking to me when he said just take a breath.I was made to feel laughed at and that I was asking to much and to many questions..I had very bad service and I think that they might have some teaching on how to be patient with consumers and kindness.Ihave been in service my whole life and I now am disabled and i could have used someone like i have treated gthe people i have served my whole life.Very disappointed and to thin that i payed to be made front of and laughed at..

Do not go here if it is within an hour of closing. Sky Wok will honor their hours and not shut down their woks and grills early. Wife drove to the other side of town 30min before Panda Express closed and first thing she was told is they were not going to cook more fried rice or chow mein….our bad for coming in during open hours…..smh

You use the app so you don't have to wait in line or for your food. I purchased via the app, got here when I was supposed to, no one in line yet I still have to wait 20 minutes for them to cook the food I already paid for. This has happened 3x now. I will no longer be ordering get from Panda. This location is run horribly. Stockton on Morada location is wayyyyyy better. Go there instead.

Had a good review but came back to tak it down unfortunately. This is my last straw with this location. This is the third time in a row they for got my teriyaki sauce and my cream cheese won tons. Also the rice was under cooked.

They do not practice social distancing! I ordered online and when I arrived, all the online orders were stacked together on one table. People had to crowd around to find their orders. It was impossible to tell which order was which, so people were touching ALL the bags trying to find the right order! It honestly would have been more sanitary if they just kept the tables open to eat! Do NOT visit or order online from them!

I GOT SCAMMED FROM PANDA! So your menu board for a Bigger Plate which includes 3 entrees +1 SIDE, I was charged for 3 entrees and TWO SIDES. The cashier couldn't give me a good explanation why one of my 2 sides wasn't included with the BIGGER PLATE. This is FALSE ADVERTISING and will be reporting Panda to the Better Business Bureau.

I visited the panda located in Lodi, ca on 5/25/22 at just after 830pm. The woman in line in front of me was ordering 6 plates and was told there was only enough food for 4 plates. No team member addressed me at this time. I stopped and asked for clarification if they were going to make more food as there wasn’t enough for this persons order, mine, or the two people in line behind me. I was told they stop cooking at 830 because they close at 9 and want to go home on time. The team member addressing me at this time told me all the people that regularly eat at panda knows this and maybe I should have arrived earlier. She then told me I could leave if I didn’t like the “corporate policy”. After reading others reviews, it doesn’t surprise this me that this was also my experience.

I placed an online order yesterday that was to be ready at 1:28. After arriving I had to wait until 2:01 for the order to be complete! About covid safety: There is no option for curbside delivery. When I got to the front door there was a sign saying that if the order was online, one should go to the side door. At the side door there was no attendant, so I had to enter the store by pulling on the possibly contaminated door handle. Once inside there was no distinction between online and walk-in servicing...everyone had to stand in line for the cashier. After being told to wait for my order (see above) I had to find someplace to stand away from other patrons...it was not easy. About the food: Panda Express is not cheap, but their portions were tinier than remembered and not the expected quality. For example, the honey-walnut shrimp had half-a-walnut! With millions of food service establishments across the country trying to recover some income by operating responsibly and safely it was disappointing to see that this location couldn't make the effort.

I ordered food online and was told my order would be ready at 7:20. I arrived at 7:55 and my order was no where to be done. I literally waited under the the sign that says “online orders” for 15 minutes before anyone bother to ask me if I had ordered anything online.... obviously i was otherwise why would I be waiting under that sign that said online orders... not to mention they made me wait for another 20 minutes before my order was ready. There was a long line and literally everyone in line got there order before me not to mention that I Had made my order around 6:40. What’s the whole point of ordering online if they’re going to make me wait an hour for me to get my food! But the best part was they got my order completely wrong! But yet they want get paid more than 15 an hour to get my order wrong! The food was horrible too chicken wasn’t even cooked right. Last time I ever eat at this place

I went to this place on June 1st at around 930. There was no honey walnut shrimp So I decided to wait. 10 min later I asked the cashier what was taking so long and she said "let me go check....oh it should be ready in a bit" another freakin 10 min pass by and this other customer walks in and says they order honey walnut shrimp online and the server says "we're not making anymore because we're about to close at 9" she didn't seem like she cared about what the customer was telling her. Also, nobody made the honey walnut in the first place and the cashier (Gabrielle c) lied to me. they were all young and seemed really unprofessional/didn't care about the customer, they only cared about closing. Whoever does the hiring is NOT doing a good job and it's pretty sad that Panda Express likes to hire liars...Why hire little kids who don't know how to provide good customer service?

I ordered food for my family today and needless to say was just the worst. I’ve noticed this time around the bowls were not even full and only came with 6 pieces of orange chicken. Yes I counted them. This is as just the start. Second we didn’t get the third side dish to the plate order. Third we didn’t get the cubs meal at all. When we received our order the food was cold the food was all over the bag. The was no fortune cookies no utensils at all. The meals were skippy. When I talked to steph she said she was the manager. When I came down there’s I asked for the manager. This employee said why. What type of employees are they hiring now. This big white girl that said why had the nerve to stop other crew members of me asking for the manager. When the one I talked to came out no suprise she was just another crew member. No managers on site that was the first big red flag. When I let her know that I was the one she talked to that big girl kept hovering over. I finally said is there a reason why your over here if she’s the manager. She rolled her eyes and walked away. Finishing the convo with steph I told her and showed her. My cubs meal I still didn’t get everything for a cubs meal or the sauce for the chicken. Stil no utensils or fortune cookies. Didn’t even get no type of refund or something for receiving not our whole meal and cold food. This place fell off since the old GM left. Just really upsetting and the fact nothing was done for it all just let’s me know not to go there again since nothing is being done at all

Don't Online Order! I placed an order and was told it would be ready at 7:26pm. I arrived at 7:23 and checked in at the front counter. The first employee that came to me asked for my name and if I was there for an online order I said yes and gave her my name. She responded with telling me that I was 3 minutes early and would have to wait because they still needed Teriyaki Chicken. I said no problem. Then I waited there at the counter until 7:39 before the food was finally ready. All the other food was in the boxes before I got there so the rest of my food sat on the counter at the end of the line for about 20 minutes. They didn't bother to at least place it under the glass with the heat lamps. So I finally got the teriyaki chicken after waiting 16 more minutes and the rest of the food I ordered was cold a dried out. If you're considering making an online order to skip the line, don't bother. Just go eat somewhere else. Today the customer service was at decent at best. Usually this location has a rude staff as well.

I ordered Orange Chicken. Received a PILE of rice and a few very small pieces of chicken. $8.01! Long lines and Long wait. Not worth the food you get. Panda Company has ALWAYS given you a LOT of noodles, and rice, and very little portions of chicken or whatever is your main course. I MISS local Chinese Food Restaurants where BIG portions, and FRIENDLY service at a REASONABLE price is the standard.

Found a HAIR yesterday in my food, 1/15/26, it was the sesame chicken they had to make fresh since there was none. The cooks mustache hair or some form of small hair fell in while they cooked it since it was just made, actually disgusting.

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER ESPECIALLY ONLINE! I dont know what is with this place and how they hire the most incompetent people because obviously none of them can read a receipt to get an order right. Typical excuses of “oh we were busy boss I thought I gave them the right order” for $20+ an hour they should be smarter than this. This place is doing illegal practices. For starters, don’t have an estimated pick up time that is so bad and so off time that you give the people cold food. Second, this place is notorious for always saying a manager is not on duty VERY SHADY. I’ve even had an employee give me the number to their on call electrician instead of corporate to complain about how bad they messed up. Giving out other people’s sensitive information also unprofessional all to avoid not getting a complaint on you. Now I remember why I stop coming here, congratulations panda hasn’t fixed a thing. My order here was 4 bigger plates plus one plate, do you realize how much money that is? For my to have EVERYTHING WRONG with my order, waste my time and gas to go across town again to then just WAIT EVEN MORE!? Being a professional reviewer on yelp and google with thousands of views per month I know when a place is full of poor management poor quality and poor business practices. I wouldn’t be surprised if dozens of people had major food/health problems from here since they DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. Let’s see what they have to say about this situation because I don’t know what they can do to fix it. In the picture you can see that I’m completely missing my string bean chicken and my other plate was double shrimp when I got shrimp and kung pow, and I didn’t get any of my sides right for the bigger plates plus, I was missing 2! THIS IS THEFT!!!

One of the worst panda express I ever visited. Order 2 large chow mein && a bowl with chow mein and Kung pao chicken --- chow Mein was full of cabbages and very few noodles. And topped with Super small quantity of chicken. TASTELESS FOOD.

We went to Panda Express on kettleman Lodi at 8pm there hours are 10 to 9 we wait for the food for 20 mins then they said everything is finished there is nothing there closing time is at 9. That’s my worse experience with them.

Found a HAIR yesterday in my food, 1/15/26, it was the sesame chicken they had to make fresh since there was none. The cooks mustache hair or some form of small hair fell in while they cooked it since it was just made, actually disgusting.

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER ESPECIALLY ONLINE! I dont know what is with this place and how they hire the most incompetent people because obviously none of them can read a receipt to get an order right. Typical excuses of “oh we were busy boss I thought I gave them the right order” for $20+ an hour they should be smarter than this. This place is doing illegal practices. For starters, don’t have an estimated pick up time that is so bad and so off time that you give the people cold food. Second, this place is notorious for always saying a manager is not on duty VERY SHADY. I’ve even had an employee give me the number to their on call electrician instead of corporate to complain about how bad they messed up. Giving out other people’s sensitive information also unprofessional all to avoid not getting a complaint on you. Now I remember why I stop coming here, congratulations panda hasn’t fixed a thing. My order here was 4 bigger plates plus one plate, do you realize how much money that is? For my to have EVERYTHING WRONG with my order, waste my time and gas to go across town again to then just WAIT EVEN MORE!? Being a professional reviewer on yelp and google with thousands of views per month I know when a place is full of poor management poor quality and poor business practices. I wouldn’t be surprised if dozens of people had major food/health problems from here since they DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. Let’s see what they have to say about this situation because I don’t know what they can do to fix it. In the picture you can see that I’m completely missing my string bean chicken and my other plate was double shrimp when I got shrimp and kung pow, and I didn’t get any of my sides right for the bigger plates plus, I was missing 2! THIS IS THEFT!!!

One of the worst panda express I ever visited. Order 2 large chow mein && a bowl with chow mein and Kung pao chicken --- chow Mein was full of cabbages and very few noodles. And topped with Super small quantity of chicken. TASTELESS FOOD.

Just went was sorely disappointed!!! With no orange chicken, out of almost everything, and even their fried rice wasn't normal! Will never be going back to this panda express again!

If I could give zero stars I would. I tried to complain on their website but it would not process my complaint even though I kept within their 1000-character limit so I will leave my review here. "My order was missing the super greens, this was an order I was sharing with another person and the missing super greens made our meal far less. After I expressed my complaint to the associate I was dissatisfied with what she was offering, the super greens only, despite the inconvenience of having to return on a later date as the store was closing in 10 minutes. I asked to speak with the manager and when I was put on hold after several minutes the phone call hung up on their end. It took two phone calls for them to pick up and then I was blamed for the hang-up instead of an apology. I was requesting my plate order be remade for the inconvenience of it all but the manager refused and only offered a medium super green. I expressed to her this would not satisfy the inconvenience of having to return on another day and at least 10% off my next order or something along those lines would have been a better counteroffer and show that they at least had some grievance for my inconvenience. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have had at this store. My husband and I came here on another occasion an hour before closing and the employees had already begun cleaning up with very little food to choose from. My husband told me today's visit was very busy upon pick up and they likely did not have super greens and did not want to make more being so close to closing. This is extremely unacceptable and I will never return to this location again. Panda Express not only lost a customer but has a negative review from a local business owner who will not be referring this establishment to her local and visiting clients. This is not a matter that can be rectified and I no longer require any compensation, shame on this establishment for their highly poor display of customer service."

They do not practice social distancing! I ordered online and when I arrived, all the online orders were stacked together on one table. People had to crowd around to find their orders. It was impossible to tell which order was which, so people were touching ALL the bags trying to find the right order! It honestly would have been more sanitary if they just kept the tables open to eat! Do NOT visit or order online from them!
