I believe in everything being an experience when eating and patronizing businesses. I live in Stockton but due to the extremely poor quality of service and food at both locations in Stockton I don’t mind driving to Lodi to not only have amazing service but also the food is always made to my liking. Jose is very knowledgeable and professional and always courteous . My kids love to sit in his section because of how much he not only cares about his business but also the food he brings to his customer table. If we have a problem with anything he is always quick to make it right. This is the type of service that makes u really appreciate those in the restaurant industry that have great employees because they are the heart of any business and they can make or break your business if they don’t know how to treat customers. I don’t spend with any business that has terrible customer service and I will leave a review no matter if it’s good or bad.

Yummy breakfast today. Waitress was super friendly and sweet. We were very pleased. Highly recommend.

Our second visit and we say on a different side of restaurant which appeared older that the side we say on the first time. A few ceiling panels was either falling missing. Spots of leaking water stains. Service was good. Food was great but I won't sit on that side again.

This IHOP has great staff and decent food. French toast is bomb and the kids love the protein strawberry banana pancakes.

My brother and I had a meal at IHOP. It was 40.00 with tip when we left. The waitress was amazing, efficient, friendly and made great menu suggestions. My double bacon BLT was just okay. Only four pieces of bacon. My brother said he “liked” his meal. All in all with the prices going up I guess I hope the quality of the food should too. It was an okay experience

We had a quick business breakfast. The service was top notch and the food was good. We were next to a glass door and the sun was beating down pretty hard with no shade. Otherwise we enjoyed the breakfast.

My husband and I try to get to this IHOP about once a month and the best part every time is having Hanan as our server. She goes out of her way to make us comfortable and always has a smile and good conversation for us. The food is really good, too. I love the Brunch Burger and my husband loves the pancakes, of course. The service is quick and even when it’s really busy, Hanan makes it a point to ensure we enjoy our visit.

My party and I have no complaints. My pablano bowl with that pablano sauce was delish (I even sent my compliment to the 1 guy & 2 ladies cooking the food). And I-HOP pancakes always gonna pancake. This meal at Lodi I-HOP comes after a not so good experience at a local Lodi diner that I won't mention. And I-HOP has my favorite brand of hot sauce: Cholula! Solid 4 out of 5 stars.

Went again recently, food was well done. Service is a 3 becuase it depends which server you have. Lovely young man very knowledgeable about products and prompt with service. On the other hand, the lady server we had on a Saturday morning, half the things we wanted to order where "not available" and then, tried passing off a pink lemonade as a strawberry lemonade and when asked about it, instead of admitting it tried giving us a run around about that's how it is done now because they are being shipped different ingredients. But that the next time I order it, I might get the correct thing...atmosphere was fine, not too packed.

My waitress(Natali) tried to serve me my first cup of coffee in a visibly dirty cup and didn't return for the remainder of the meal for a refill until asked. I had to flag her down for extra napkins as we only saw her to take our order and to give us our check. When asked if we could have sugar free syrup she told us they were out and when asked if we could have a replacement item since they were out she found some in the kitchen. The food was to be expected, but terrible service.

Had breakfast here today and I have to say it’s the worst experience in a restaurant I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish it was bad. My boyfriend has the Classic chicken sandwich that was supposed to have crispy chicken breast on it. It came out with two over cooked chicken strips on it. No bacon. It had taco cheese on it. The roll was old, dry and flaky. Not grilled at all. I got pancakes. The first order came out crunchy and cold. So I sent them back. Not even one minute later she brought me another plate and they were the same. They must not cook them to order. You are IHOP and you can’t even get a basic pancake right and fresh??? Our server was fine. She wasn’t pleasant but she wasn’t rude. Just doing the bare minimum. I had two bites of my food and pushed it aside. She dropped the check and wasn’t at all concerned that I didn’t eat any of my food. We take the check up to the front. The gal said nothing to me and I mean no words at all. She took my credit card and walked away back to the kitchen and never came back. A while later our server came up with my card and a receipt. Seriously the most bizarre experience I’ve had in a while. We will never be back. The food isn’t cheap. There are better places in Lodi to have breakfast for the same price. We will stick to those. If it wasn’t so busy I would have asked for the manager. I get the feeling that would have amounted to nothing though. I don’t recommend this place at all.

The only thing I want to say, is that this place needs renovations. It looks run down. Even the parking lot needs new gates and flowers aren’t taken care of.

Food was extremely greasy. Had eggs potatoes bacon and sausage. Everything was dripping in grease. I ran out of napkins trying to degrease all of it. I couldn’t eat much of it. Feel bad cause it wasn’t cheap. Why can’t restaurants degrease their food.
