Sat in the bar/dining area and had a very pleasant experience. Had some nice coffee’s and the atmosphere and service were excellent, everyone was very friendly and considerate, shout out to Maneesha, and Victor on reception who was very friendly and helpful when I arrived in the morning.

Stayed for one night for a business trip. Hotel is conveniently located close to Farringdon. A personal thanks to the lovely Ahmed who served breakfast and was a welcoming and hospitable host.

The hospitality was excellent. Maneesha was very attentive and mixed very good cocktails. We would gladly return.

It was an exceptional experience from start to finish tonight. The 50% off on steaks is an incredible deal for Thursdays, and the steak itself was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! Beyond the steak, the rest of the menu also did not disappoint. The dishes were fresh, well-prepared, and full of great flavors. A special shout-out to Manager Jason, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time.

Amazing food!! Our waitress Maneesha was lovely! On a Wednesday evening when we went it was pretty empty but lovely music and chilled atmosphere.

My daughter and I got a lovely welcome by James, and the whole service from start to finish was wonderful. Lovely setting and ambience and cosy feeling. Food really good and would definitely return.

The staff were so kind to let us sit and serve us so late. Adrian and Ajay and James were very friendly and attentive. The food was really nice, worth the reasonable prices and good portions. Definitely recommend the flat iron steak!

Really enjoyed dinner for three here. Surprisingly generous starter portions, enough for two -healthy and delicious too. Burger was brilliant- all the trimmings included and not as paid extras. Pineapple carpaccio dessert unusual & clever flavourings. Liked the ambience- dusky ( below ground with some window-lights- & classy light fittings, candles). High quality furnishings & design. Lastly, service was great - friendly and helpful - shout out to Jason.

Nice ambience, especially if you manage to seat at the larger and more secluded tables. Food was overall very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only minor downside, our second drink order took about 15-20 minutes to arrive, by which time we had finished the mains, but not a biggie.

Came for my sisters birthday. It was a really relaxed and pleasant environment. The food was delicious, the customer service was awesome. We were made to feel as though we were the only ones here, so much care and attention. They dont skimp with the alcohol in the cocktails, divine!

Le “flat iron” est délicieux. Cuisson parfaite. Le service est impeccable et sympathique. Desserts à améliorer.

Had dinner and drinks outside. Excellent service from Maneesha! The food was decent (great steak, ok chips, don't get the olives) but very reasonably priced for the location. I would recommend it!

Managed to book this place on The Fork last minute for a family dinner. Quite nice to get 50% off all food. We all got the New York steak and some fries to share. Everyone was very happy with their food. Some of us who ordered our steak medium rare felt that the steak was on the rarer side but still very good. Great portion sizes and atmosphere.

Overall, not a bad dining experience but nothing spectacular either. Ordered offed the fixed price menu. The stone bass was edible and the creme brule was okay. Customer service was fine. Another diner's barking dog ruined the ambience and the atmosphere for me. Again nothing terrible, but there are other places nearby to checkout.

It was very quiet, so no idea why they sat a table of 3 right next to us. Food was ok but placed lacked atmosphere on a Thursday night

The food is OK, some great dishes with good concepts, some basic elements with poor execution. Great - beetroot salad. Bad - crab tacos. Staff have no idea what they are doing, unorganised, not professional, not confident. No idea how to mange plates, glasses or cutlery. It’s hard to mess up roast potatoes, yet what was delivered was soggy, no crisp, tiered potatoes. Very little ambiance, no reason to go here when London is full of great experiences.
