BUBUS RESTAURANT THE REAL MEXICAN FOOD. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance. Small place full of flavors.The food? hand made tortillas, the barbacoa and the menudos 🤤🤤🤤Absolutely divine. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the presentation was Instagram-worthy. The highlight for me was the steak and eggs with chilaquiles—perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Our server alondra was attentive. making the entire experience even better. If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, this place is a must-visit. 10/10, can’t wait to return

Bubu’s is next-level delicious! I had the carnitas burrito and it was insanely good—perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor in every bite. You can tell they take pride in their ingredients and recipes. The vibe is laid-back but welcoming, and the service was super friendly and fast. It’s rare to find a spot where everything hits just right, but Bubu’s nails it. Can’t wait to come back and try more off the menu. Highly recommend!

Everybody made fun of me for forgetting the French toast at a Mexican restaurant, but that French toast was bomb!!! :) Breakfast burritos were amazing as well! Service was awesome and we had a wonderful time! We just wish this restaurant was closer to us because we would eat there every single day!!!!

Saw the menudo all day sign and I had to come in. Speaking to the worker he went thru the menu with us and spoke on the fresh handmade tortillas and fresh homemade horchata and Jamaica. The flavors popped and i fell in love with the strawberry one. Can’t beat fresh. Came for the menudo and ended up getting a breakfast burrito and wings to try out. I was not disappointed. The breakfast burrito is the best you will have. I’ve tried every breakfast burrito around and this one beats them all.

So this is the new tacos king for me in Long Beach I dare anyone to find better. it's a small place but it has a homemade personal touch that so many places are missing. The prices here are so affordable and reasonable that you won't believe it at first. the portions of food are ridiculous for the price you get so much for paying so little. The staff is phenomenal and kind they treat each customer with dignity and respect I saw them refill a homeless lady's fries just because, it's that kind of character that really tells you about a place. Last but definitely not least the quality and flavor of food is 10/10 I'm in love with the burritos and supreme nachos. The flavors explode in your mouth from the quality of the ingredients and combinations used. This is a local spot I can't recommend enough

Food was amazing, I honestly think the chicken tenders are better seasoned than Canes, and they give you 3 sauces and all 3 of them are amazing, so are the fries, and the churro balls we’re absolutely bomb!! The presentation alone is enough to give this place 5 stars, the service is great. Sometimes they would walk up and ask if there’s any problems and if you want anything else. Overall this is an excellent place to get all types of food.

At first glance you would drive by this place, but let me tell you about this hidden gem! Google reviews are correct. I got there early morning and father son duo took care of my husband and I. We sat outside felt safe and the good with the cleanliness. The food was an impact of flavors with the avocado toast. Pancakes were cooked perfect and the sweet plantain were a perfect combo. Definitely would have paid double for this meal somewhere else! I paid a total of $29 for all this food, tip not included.

Came here because they had 4.9 stars the breakfast burrito I got had chorizo bacon and asada I rate the burrito ehhhh 3/5 was good coulda been better since they have 4.9 stars the beautiful woman who took my order with the big pretty smile and great customer service she gets 5 stars forsure I’ll definitely be back to see her and try more food check them out

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Alright, hear me out. You know I like finding the small hole in the wall 🔥 restaurants.... and this is one of them! This is a small location serving BIG Authentic (🇲🇽🇺🇲) Mexican/American food!! They have only been open for 10 months, but they are growing.... and killing it with the big flavor. The staff is super friendly and the prices are reasonable. I tried the red (spicy) chilaquiles, and it was 💣💣 going all the way to my top 5 list !!!! also tried the Churro dessert, and it was......🔥🔥🔥 I Highly Recommend This Spot!!!!

This place is a rare find. From outside it looked like a small place but the food was one of the best Mexican I ever had. Service was above expectations. The lady was very nice, polite, and helpful. I am glad that I found this gem. Will always go there whenever I visit this area. Highly recommend.

A hidden gem that I was very happy to find! Maria, our waitress, was very sweet and gave great recommendations for food. The food my boyfriend and I had was AMAZING and the atmosphere was so comforting. Overall an amazing experience for a really great price! TRY BUBU’S FRIES 🔥

Not gonna lie, when we first saw the food we were a little underwhelmed by size. But the flavors were on point and more than made up for it! But just FYI the menu calls these “large” tacos. They are a little expensive for size but the homemade tortillas are sooo good! The salsa was not as spicy as I hoped but the breakfast burrito was really flavorful even withou. Will definitely be back.

Delicious! We added avocado and it was terrific! The homemade tortillas are so good! And the churro bowls were so unexpected! Everything is made from scratch! The staff was so friendly and professional. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

Let’s start off with the waitstaff, awesome, attentive and helpful. Super cozy and great small dining area inside. I ordered a carne asada taco-4.4 rating. It was precooked and reheated and overcooked. The carnitas taco-7.6 rating. Cooked just right, and had its own dressing, and wasn’t the same on the rest of the tacos. Really catered towards each meat. This was the prized pick for me. The Barbacoa taco-5.1 rating. This just tasted like a shredded chunky beef taco in a mole paste/style sauce. Not my favorite, but again the specialty dressing associated with just this meat was great. The beans were great, the rice wasn’t fully cooked and seemed to have peas that were still frozen inside of it. I would try something different on the menu next time.

That said, the waitress was incredibly kind and handled the situation with grace. I’ll definitely be back when it's a bit quieter.
