Don't worry, it's not AI. We ordered drinks and it took approximately 15 to 20 minutes to get our drinks. At first impression, almost every table was dirty and they just told us to "sit down wherever you'd like." The problem was, there was no way we could actually sit down because every table was dirty. (Please see video). Trust me, I gave them a benefit of the doubt, it took almost an hour before they actually started cleaning out tables. The food was okay, server told me that the bartender was new and he doesn't know if the drinks are going to come out correctly. Server was actually helpful to be honest, when they showed up. Which was twice, (once to drop my food and drinks and once for my check after I called for him). Overall disappointed. Pick a different Buffalo Wild wings.

Idk how 20 piece wings, 2 drinks and an appetizer can come out to $65. 20 piece says $30 on the menu. Drinks $4. Appetizers $13 unlimited. My receipt did not show a breakdown of what I was paying for exactly like anywhere else does. I feel like they charged me 2 sets of 10 piece wings prices at $20 each instead of 20 for 30.

If you’re gonna host a UFC fight night, allow guests in when there’s plenty of seats outside. I saw like 10+ tables available outside even if they just order drinks and not your nasty chicken you would still make money. Bad business honestly. Also, rude servers.

Worst place ! Terrible service! Terrible food! The place smell so bad! Lots of tables with left overs for more than One hr. The waitress very disrespectful we ask for another lemonade and she said that is not free that have a charge, if I went there is because I have money to pay! I don't recommended, the food was super spicy and we can't eat like that. Awful place, never again! Very disappointed

We walked in and there were only 2 other tables seated. We were told to sit anywhere and they gave us menus. Then 20 minutes went by before I saw the waitress again. They looked at our table, and then just walked away, sat down, and started talking to a coworker. I wasn't going to go asking them to take our order, especially after that long. Just go to Fire Wings across the street.

I need to update this yet again. These guys are something else. I get it, it’s my fault for ordering from this place time after time. Today, yet another order messed up. Ordered boneless sauce on the side, and traditional sauce on. Guess what? Sauce on the boneless and zero sauce on the traditional. AND no sauce for the traditional at all! They didn’t even put sauce in the bag! What is happening over there? So now another trip to the location to get the sauce. It’s a circus over there.

Came for a Dodger game. No fans volume is low and the wings are too well done. Server was overwhelmed and didn’t get things right or seen him every 40 min. Management sucks here

I was on my way to pick up an order that I paid for online, and as I was arriving to the restaurant they called me to tell me that they will be canceling my order because they some how messed up on the pricing on my order. and they didn't offer any type of insensitive or anything, they didn't even give me an option to adjust the "correct" price. They mess up on their end and I get punished for it and offer no solution to make things right for a customer, very unprofessional for a business.

Probably one of the worst BWWs I’ve been too. The only good thing was we got seated immediately, but I can see why… We ordered an American Cheeseburger and a Southern chicken sandwich. Both meals were pretty bad. The fries and onion rings we got as sides were burnt and super oily. The cheese on the sandwiches were cold and unmelted. The chicken patty for the sandwich was cold, dry and was very poor quality. Regretted stepping foot at this location immediately after seeing the meals come out. Go to a different location. Please not this one

Walked in at 1240. Waited 5 min to order to-go. They said food would be ready in 10. Order came out 22 min later. Got to my car and it was someone else’s food. Now I’ve been waiting in the lobby for 10 more minutes to tell someone, so figured I’d leave this glowing review.
