By far the best In-N-Out I’ve ever been to! Place the order and was outside walking my dog, and Gordon brought my food to me without even asking! If that isn’t the best customer service ever I don’t know what is PS he did not forget ketchup or spread!! give that man a raise!
Best burgers ever!! California exclusive, if you're out of state it's not a want it's a NEED to try, they have a lot of things you can change from your food (monster fries, cheese fries, protein style burger, chopped chili's etc.) That's not on the menu so it makes ordering more fun. Yummy sand juicy and very cheap for a bite.
Exactly what you expect from a burger place. Crazy busy often & people have some of their party get seats, while someone orders, which doesn't always work out for getting a seat if you wait until your order is ready. But if the weather is good, you can sit outside.
We always try to make it to an in-n-out Burger whenever we traveling and near one one. This one next to LAX, although super busy, was as expected. From the nice lady taking the orders to the guy cleaning up who opened the door for me. Workers seem to like their job, good is always good as expected. Wish they would open up franchising or at least open a few in Missouri...
Surprisingly good. Last time I was here it wasn't so great. My fiance loves eating at In-N-Out Burger
The experience was great fast service and keeping the good food quality. The restaurant was active and crowded, but keeping the rythm going and it was not chaotic. The staff was friendly and cheerful providing an excellent service.
The staff greet you as you Walk in ! In N Out always has the Greatest smells ! The Burgers were delicious ! My brother got the 4X4 ! He ate it like he's never eaten one before ! (We live near the Second one built in Covina) The service was with a Smile !
Forgot the kids who helped us name but remembered he graduated as a welder he's helpful and friendly. We'll be back
I had such a great experience at In-N-Out! The food was fresh, delicious, and came out super fast — exactly what you expect from In-N-Out. But what really made our visit stand out was the amazing service from Tyler. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It's not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about making your experience great. Thanks again, Tyler - you made our visit awesome!
I had an awesome experience at In-N-Out! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious-just what you'd expect from them. What really made the visit stand out was the amazing service from Tyler. He was super friendly, patient, and went out of his way to make sure our order was perfect. It's not every day you get that kind of genuine customer service. Big shoutout to Tyler for making our visit such a great one! Definitely a 5-star experience all around.
Fantastic as always. My grandparents live only a block from this location. I had my first cheeseburger in 1978. The food tastes exactly the same as it did then and the shakes then to now. Back then. This location was a small box drive through. The same size almost like the In-N-Out in Norwalk, California. Which I worked there in 1988. Now there is a gift store added with the location, awesome!
The customer service is always excellent, and despite the busy environment, the staff consistently offered a smile. This time Jared was particularly courteous, cheerful, and efficient while taking our orders. He also promptly addressed a wet floor near our location, ensuring our safety. We believe he has a promising future keep up the good work.Thank you
It’s just as good as they say. Maybe with couple bacon rashes it would be even more amazing. It’s actually a fun moment to see number be called with a radio

This is how a proper In-n-Out is run. Clean, exceptional and friendly service. Everything is stocked; nothing was empty. Just take a look at this picture-perfect burger. The competition (even the more expensive 'gourmet' burger joints) can't compete with the quality and value. Keep up the good work!
I don't usually eat fast food, and I also have a gluten allergy. Just wanted to give a shout-out to great staff with good attitudes and attentiveness in the midst of a BUSY afternoon rush. I hesitantly asked if they could accommodate celiac allergy and the host cheerfully said YES and knew exactly what to do. She also put it on my ticket.
We always enjoy customizing our orders at In-N-Out Burger. The fries were not too hot, but everything else was delicious!
This was my first time visiting this location and it was a very good experience! We had about a 20 minute wait until our food was ready but it came out very fresh and hot! The cashier was very friendly and amiable. I was very impressed with how clean their bathroom was, it was spotless and had no type of odor.
I’m not a fan of In-N-Out, but Husband and friend love it. So we came here for a quick dinner. I was impressed with this clean location, inside & out. It wasn’t busy, and our order was quickly taken by a friendly young man. While the guys waited for our order at a table, I checked out the restroom. Impressive. Clean and lacking for nothing. The food was very good. My burger was delicious, and I did enjoy the fries that the guys shared with me. Fried foods don’t agree with me, so I only had a few. They were very good, and I would have eaten more if I could guarantee that my digestive tract wouldn’t be upset! I will definitely give In-N-Out burgers another try next time we’re in CA. This location was great!
Animal Style Grilled Cheese was out of this world massive, animal style fries were top with an abundance of fixtures but a bit on the salty side, the water from the soda machine tasted very weird like cardboard and believe me I don’t eat cardboard but it is the closes that I can imagine as far as taste. Staff was friendly but there was no worker taking care of the dinning area and tables, chairs, and floor were messy with debris and residue from previous customers. Jesus Christ Loves You!!!
Same as all In-N-Outs good! Theres a very nice employee there, a elderly guy, that was getting things for customers. He got me some yellow peppers. Very nice dude. Burger was good along with Animal Style Fries and a strawberry shake!
For some reason again,this is thee only location that will mess up my order lol! Again I asked for a number 1 grilled onions only(meaning no cheese no spread no tomato no lettuce) and somehow they still put cheese on it lol.
Just went through the drive-thru about 15 minutes ago and had the worst experience at one of my most beloved in&out locations. The 2 men taking my order and payment were great but the lady who gave me my final order was terrible. Her colleague accidentally near dropped my order and instead of being apologetic and offering to change the crumpled box and turned over fries, she just asked me if I wanted ketchup and slapped the packets on top of my clean food. Just fyi lady, ketchup packets are not clean and my family will be eating these later. I wanted to go back in and ask for the manager but was too tired after work. I’ve always had a great experience at this location but since this lady has worked the pickup window (second time she handed me my meal), I have left this beloved diner with a frown. I just want to say, if you are putting people to face your customers, can they at least do it with a smile or kind word? The next time I see this person, I will be speaking with the manager. Do better in&out!
Found a HAIR in my burger for the first time after going to this location for over 10 years! Also animal fries are always tipped sideways in the to go box meaning toppings or in the box but not on the fries lol.... SMH
First time coming here and I got an undercooked burger. So disgusting!
