Both orders of bread sticks were overcooked with a slightly burnt flavor. We did not get the extra marinara sauce we requestrd. They were also hard. The cinnamon rolls had a doughy consistency, which was unpleasant enough that I will not order them again. The extra cheese, for which I had ordered and paid, was not in evidence on the pizza. Other than that, the pizzas were both good.

Who ever manages this location is doing an awful job. Why do you have only one person working on a Saturday night closing shift? I ordered through the DoorDash app for pick up more than an hour before closing. I got there to pick up the order more than 45 min later and it’s not ready not even started. The poor guy is so backed up doing everything on his own. 15 min before closing and he has a line of people waiting for their orders. The sad thing he probably only makes min wage and is busting his behind to do everything, while his bosses are peacefully sleeping at home. I feel bad for this person not even mad that my pizza is not ready. Look at the screen with all the orders and there were more pending that had not been started.

Person was nice who charged me, but sauce and side dish was wrong inside the bag and the pizza was subpar at best. Mainly bugged by the wrong sides.

I ordered via app, estimated delivery time said 6:02. We call 10 minutes later and it was mentioned that they called us letting us know we need to confirm address. Huh? (We had no idea they called we expected communication via app since we are tracking the).The same one we inputted on the app, and Vicky ( mngr) added they are busy so it will be an 30 additional minutes. After 7 minutes talking to Vicky on our concern the pizza arrived 8 minutes later.Cold

I ordered today from the App, the delivery person who just recently came by was highly unprofessional towards the security guard in the front lobby. I did not get his name, but he was an older hispanic male in gray jeep I believe. Instructions are there to follow, its easy. Please talk to the delivery driver. Thank you 1/5. Edit: My pizza… WOW

Rude employee right off the bat. I asked the cashier if there were any "specials" and without even looking at me tells me specials are only online and that all in-store items are at full price. There is no visible menu in store. So I go online to order. After I place my order. I go up to the register to pay. A different employee helps me so I ask her if the deal i ordered online was available in-store. She said yes. Just then the 1st employee walks by and gets a sense I was talking about her. She tells me over 5 times the in-store price is full price. I have to tell her I wasn't looking for a cheaper price just a special that included more than just the pizza. She said I didn't ask for that. This girl didn't give me a chance to ask questions before sending me away to order online. Georgette was very rude.

Food was delivered late an cold, and no napkins. Bad manners an disrespectful comment on way out. Another time came to pick up food an wrong direction, food cold again. No sure why the issues when it's just a simple routine order. Hopefully, they can work on there issues.

One week ago, I ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks W/ MARINARA sauce (description on the order), to receive my order without marinara sauce. I called back immediately after the driver took off and stated my concerns, and was told by an associate that they would look into it and try to contact the driver. The associate first told me I had to purchase the marinara sauce separate, but then after I read the description of the order on my receipt (which states it comes with the sauce), they apologized and stated I should have received the sauce. The associate stated they would “look into it” and try to contact the driver. With that being said, you figure you would get a call back to have someone deliver the sauce or ask the driver to see if it was forgotten by mistake. About 1 hour goes by without any form of contact. I called back and asked what the situation was and the same associate I spoke to earlier was confused. Did they forget, or did they not take any action to begin with? I requested to speak to the manager about a refund, and was advised to call back between 8-5 and the manager could help me with my concerns. Today I called back to speak to the manager because I worked every day leading up until now. I stated my situation, requested a refund, and was denied. The options were to get marinara sauce delivered to me now (1 week later) or get a 0.75 cent credit towards my next order. Those breadsticks went into the garbage that night without any marinara sauce. I said that neither of those options worked for me, and I would like my refund. The manager did not seem sympathetic, was short, and said that’s all she could do for me and could not offer a refund because “we don’t do that here”. I think the lack of communication on the first day, and the lack of empathy or care of the situation that played out, was what frustrated me. If they had shown more acknowledgement of their mistake and tried, even a little, to rectify it, then I wouldn’t be leaving this review. Not a good experience. I haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut in over 5 years and now I remember why. Customer service needs a lot of work.

Placed order online. Pizza that arrived was overcooked, no sauce except for on one slice, and cheese burn. I called and informed them, I was placed on hold and then the employee proceeded to argue with me. "You ordered online, and your order said easy sauce/easy cheese".. I explained that the pizza had sauce on ONE slice and was burnt. Completely inedible. So, I'm placed on hold again for Julian the Manager. Who says that I ordered the pizza this way. I told him I'd be happy to bring the pizza to his store so he could see what went out the door, and that it's inedible. Overcooked, dry and burnt. He said he could issue a credit of $13.00. I never understood why the employee and the Manager both felt they needed to argue with me... I said, can you just send a pizza made correctly? After another 5 mins on hold I hung up. Disgusted. I got no call back, no correctly made pizza, no credit. Sure wish I could post a picture of the pizza they sent
