Opinions de Rose Park Coffee Roasters Long Beach
Very good coffee. My personal favorite is the mocha..which I have to say is excellent most of the time. Most of the time, because I don't feel like different baristas are trained to make it one specific way. Which is what I want in coffee.. consistency. Luckily, most of the time it's really good. I love their patio..its among the prettiest I've ever been to..people don't seem to use it more for some reason.
Now this place is a vibe. I always look for nice coffee shops to post up and do some work while Traveling. The place is clean and the setup is appropriate for chillaxing. The menu is perfect not many items but all of the right ones. The music selection was AMAZING! Being from the east coast i immediately started feeling the place with the playlist. THUMBS zip for whomever makes this because this was EVERYTHING. It’s perfect for coffee shop and has some soul in it. Highly recommend to stop in. Great vibes all the way.
I was at a conference in LB and found this wonderful local coffee shop. The menu was simple but had good choices. We tried the ice coffee and latte. The staff was friendly and they provided fast service. Rose Park is such a cute and lovely coffee shop.
Im not usually one for fancy shmancy coffee drinks, but the lavender maple latte was recommended to me and I can confidently say that if you’re stopping by here, you should try it. 9.3/10
The caramel miso latte iced and the ratatouille pastry were chef's kiss. I'm still thinking about the caramel miso latte and I'm not even a coffee drinker like that
First time in California and Long Beach area. Rose Park was my first choice of coffee shop when I look for one, and it didn’t disappoint! Their coffee is simply outstanding—smooth, rich, and perfectly made! The outdoor seating is especially nice for soaking up some fresh air while enjoying a great cup of coffee!
Last stop before heading back home. Was a cute coffee shop with great indoor and outdoor seating, friendly staff, and a great selection of coffee drinks. They had an more fuirty cold brew and a more chocolaty nitro cold brew - I would have preferred that in reverse. Either way, I enjoyed the flavorful cold brew and the pastry.
I absolutely appreciate the fantastic customer service. As soon as I came in, the young man greeted me. He then continued with great conversation.
Nice coffee shop w small indoor area, but a cool courtyard space. The cafe au lait was delicious and the butter bar was tasty. We also enjoyed the Maple Lavender Latte. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. You should stop by 🤙🤙
Rose Park Roasters is a local coffee shop that resides in the city of Long Beach. They craft creative flavors as well as doing coffee and tea flights. Which helps to try a variety of their styles, which they have a multitude of. They also cater to a very vegan/vegetarian friendly clientele. The began pastries and drinks are superbly made. They even craft their own coconut milk. You can take a stroll thru downtown and enjoy the morning air and beach breeze as you sip away on yer beverage. Rose Park is a great spot. Definitely try the flights to get the most bang for your buck. You'll leave rejuvenated and full of vigor.
As a seasoned coffee roaster, I have encountered countless variations of coffee, each with its own distinct qualities. However, the Ethiopian coffee at Rose Park Roasters stands out as a remarkable experience that genuinely impressed me. The aroma was sweet and almost like a symphony to my senses. From the moment I took my first sip, the light, fruity notes immediately captured my palate. The coffee's vibrant acidity, coupled with a smooth, delicate body, created an exquisite balance that is rarely achieved. The nuanced flavors of citrus and berry were pronounced, yet harmoniously integrated, offering a taste profile that is both complex and incredibly satisfying. The expertise and passion of the baristas at Rose Park Roasters are evident in every cup they serve. Their deep knowledge of coffee, from the origin of the beans to the intricacies of the brewing process, shines through. They demonstrated an exceptional understanding of how to highlight the unique characteristics of the Ethiopian coffee, ensuring that each cup is brewed to perfection. As someone who is not easily impressed, I can confidently say that Rose Park Roasters has set a new standard in coffee excellence. Their commitment to quality and their skillful execution have truly wowed me. If you are a coffee enthusiast seeking an extraordinary experience, I highly recommend trying their Ethiopian coffee. It is a testament to their mastery and dedication to the art of coffee.
Had a great tea latte here. Super friendly staff and beautiful dining area outside. I asked for a substitute of syrups for my drink and the lovely barista was super accommodating! Very good tea, too. Nice loose leaf, not some lipton stuff. Will come again ❤️
This is a great reliable coffee shop with super friendly staff. We loved our vanilla latte, regular latte, and maple lavender matchas all week during a business trip. You can even order online and they’ll have it ready for pick up.

Beautiful space, quality coffee, with good Vietnamese vegan popup. Great place to work or meet up with friends.

Have visited this place a few times and it never disappoints. Their light roast tastes very good and I’d highly recommend the chocolate olive oil cakes, definitely my favorite! Great outdoor seating too
The miso carmel was rich and was not too sweet. The lavender was bright and had the perfect balance of floral and citrus
Outstanding must stop by. Great coffee drinks and snacks! Very chill ambiance and outdoor seating too
Wonderful space. The single origin cold brew and nitro cold brew were perfect. Pastries and bakery items are delicious . Highly recommend the scones.
First off, I have to say the coffee I ordered was exceptional and so was the banana bread . Coffee was their popular Maple lavender latter with orange zest . Delicious . The staff was helpful and tried to keep up with the busy crowd on an early Saturday morning . It was a bit disappointing to me that I waited about 20 minutes for a cup of coffee . Perhaps a busy day with understaffed crew , so not the end of the world. Would try again for sure give them another opportunity

I have been here three times for coffee. I drink black coffee, usually drip or pour over. I am always on the lookout for a good light roast coffee, usually an Ethiopian. I have had the Ugandan, Ethiopian, and Kenyan here and all were very good. I also enjoy finding great pastry shops when I travel. This place has pastries, but they are not made in house nor is there any mention of where they are made. It appears that they are not made fresh daily, but I did not verify that. The employees have all been really nice and the atmosphere is pretty chill, with an outside seating area as well.
If you’re looking for delicious coffee , teas & pastries and some alone time this is the place. Do not go with a crowd or group. We are a local run club and often go for coffee after our runs we’ve been to the one on 4th street and never had an issue. I guess we should have sat outside but we were cold and sat inside. The service was cold and not friendly from the moment we all got there. We all enjoyed what we ordered. The hot mint agave matcha hit the soul just right. The pistachio cranberry scone was my favorite. We were having a great time laughing and then we were asked to be quiet. I asked if we should go outside ? She said no, it really killed the vibe. So unfortunately as good as the tea & treats were the service made a sour impression on all of us & we will not be going back.
Coffee is very okay. I have been 3 times, ordered the same thing (quad shot espresso) from 3 different people. The quantity and taste was different everytime. This most recent time, I get handed a cup that was very clearly no more than a double. I remind her again it's a quad and she's adamant that it is a quad. Not having the time to argue, I took it and left. If I was shorted a couple shots, whatever. Could have been a one off but it also, tasted terrible. Pretty acidic with a nice bitter after taste. Needs to work on puck prep and dosing. The only thing that saves this place is two things, the miso latte and the fact their the only ones open before 7 that's not starbucks.
Word of advice. Make sure to repeatedly tell them what you want. Came here twice. Both times order was incorrect. Wanted cappuccino oak milk intially. Got soy. Came in next day ordered cappuccino with Soy (since it was good) and a bread. Only got the cappuccino. She never rang me up for my bread. 🤦♂️

I didn't personally enjoy their espresso or biscuit but it's in a convenient location and there's lots of seating. The barista had an attitude and there was really, really loud techno music playing in the background which made it really hard to focus on my work. Overall there's way better coffee spots close by.
