My home base. I'm in multiple times every week! Great staff. I love the in-house ceramic mugs. Rad place for a break in the day and chilling on the WiFi.
It’s 8:39pm 12/15/25 Came to Starbucks to get my daughter a snowman cookie and the cashier said she paid for us. So sweet and nice of her 😭 Wish I got her name but thank you again.
The expections of starbucks was amazing, the employees assiant me well and drinks where amazing. The order i got was peppermint mocha, the taste of the drink was sweet, chocolately and caffeine. The caffeine wasnt burnt and didnt overpower any orther additional flavoring. It was perfectly balanced. An additional thing to comment about is studying. The starbucks offers a private room only 1 and plenty of seating and charger ports. The second top side to the starbucks is they have beautiful comfortable indoor seating and the atmosphere is moderate and friendly. Besides that it is number 1 recommended in my book I went form hours 1 to 7 pm. 10/10
This starbucks ALWAYS gets their orders QUICK and i love that because i gotta get to work soon. Also very friendly and with a smile.
Alexi (Hope I spelled her name correctly) was very considerate and showed great costumer service today! Thank you. I had to get up extra early today and went by to order breakfast. But, when I was at the drive-up speaker, I couldn’t decide on a drink and so didn’t order one. Alexi asked if I’d like water to go with my breakfast and mentioned casually the importance of drinking water in the morning. What a wonderful, caring and kind person. Thanks Starbucks for the great service and the smile you put on my face.
I was having difficulty loading my google pay......the person with me tried to pay for me but the cashier would not allow her to so, an awesome customer standing in line.... secretly paid for my items, when it was his turn!!!!!
I did not go inside, so I have no notes on the atmosphere, but the service was friendly and both of my coffee drinks I ordered came out splendidly
The employees here are full of smiles, super polite, and made our morning off to a great start. The area leaves much to be desired, but this Starbucks is run extremely well!🙂
I had a truly touching experience at the drive-through recently, thanks to Vanessa. Her thoughtful gesture turned my day around, and I’m beyond grateful. It’s rare to meet someone so understanding and genuinely good-hearted. Thank you, Vanessa, for making a difference.
I had visited this location 5 days in a row and in my time there I was always pleased with the service and organization of the store. Yes, I did need to go to the register in order to have the bathroom code. That’s understandable considering the barista I was asking is focused on making our drinks in a timely manner. Once I patiently waited for my turn the baristas on register were very friendly and happily shared the code. I had only asked for a remake once, and they were kind enough to do so. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the restroom. For about 3 days in a row there was a specific…; mark, left in the toilet bowl. While I understand some cleaning tasks can get overlooked once awhile; it was disheartening to see this ‘mark’ several days in a row like as if it was untouched. I’m sorry for the vague description, but I don’t want to write anything grotesque in this review and off put anyone to come here. If they could just be a little more diligent with their cleaning it would be a 5/5. Again, amazing customer service, well organized store, welcoming lobby. Only issue was the amount of time a toilet was not cleaned thoroughly.
Just an FYI to anyone who doesn't like hot coffee spilled on their hands or in their car... Starbucks is no longer supplying stoppers (the plastic ones and the sticker) for your hot beverages. That means anyone doing mobile orders, picking up in the drive thru, or pedestrians like myself, will have hot coffee splashing around, burning our hands and making the hot beverage lose it's heat faster. First they take away our plastic bags, self checkout lanes, and now coffee lid stoppers?

Newly renovated, clean place, but the staff work very slowly and are unfriendly. I waited almost 15 minutes for an iced Americano at 3:30 in the afternoon
Half way done with my drink and I noticed there’s a hair inside 🤢, couldn’t even finish the rest :(
Service was good, a tiny bit slow though. But my drink didn’t come out right. Ordered a hot caramel macchiato and the drink tasted sour like the milk was expired. The milk foam was way too clumpy and even after scooping it out the drink still had that sour taste. So disappointing.
Cashier did a great job and I was just waiting for my food, then some lady came attempting to kick me out if I didn’t place an order. Place wasn’t even full.
The female at the window at 255pm today was extremely rude after having almost a 30 minute wait. Location obviously needs retraining.
Every time I come here my coffee come out with poor quality. The costumer service is always bad and I usually tip but the past few time I haven’t and haven’t felt bad because of how bad the service and coffee is.
Overall, I've been a starbucks costumer for over a decade. And in the last months I've been especially purchasing a breakfast sandwich at this place several times a week while on my way to college. Today, as i went in, I asked for the restroom code and the Barista told me " you need to purchase something first". What about the sandwich I purchased yesterday morning? I was in fact going to purchase something today as well. This is not how you treat costumers or people in general.
Order a venti strawberry lemonade and a venti triple shot with oatmilk and brown sugar iced and they give me a half filled venti cup when I ask for them to add more oatmilk... they said I had to pay extra... or next time to order a latte as the person that made it implied which is not a problem.. If they would of stated that from the beginning also. why, charge me for a venti yet only put a grande size drink in it... first time this has happened in years of me asking for this drink... as a business owner I can understand why this establishment looked so empty I was more embarrassed to leave the drink and asked for my money back then they were to attempt to ask me to pay them extra
Absolutely,HORRENDOUS experience here!!! I am literally furious and I don’t get upset easily!! First off,my wife and I are NOT coffee drinkers,but recently we’ve frequented some stores and this is by far the WORST experience either of us have had. The cashier, while she did get my wife’s drink and style incorrect, the rest of the modifications were right. No problem there, but here’s where it took a turn.The cashier asked the barista to make a matcha, my wife wanted it on ice, but received it blended. This was after the first order was done which was not a matcha drink at all! We were still ok, just wanted the drink as asked and as recorded ( minus the type of drink) but the barista ( young man, dark hair tall like maybe 5’11 to 6’ feet tall, maybe Hispanic, could be 150-160 lbs) he started the drink again and this time my wife spoke to him and showed him her usual order. This jerk looked at it and said, “ Mmhmm, that’s what I’m working on!” With so much attitude. He then proceeds to still miss a topping ,so my wife kindly mentioned it to him, he yanks it off the counter, adds the topping ( caramel crunch) and as my wife is Thanking them for working on our order he slams the drink on the counter and walks away visibly irritated. I was taken back and almost cursed at him out of frustration but honestly didn’t want to get down to his rude behavior. I can handle a little attitude ,even when it’s unprovoked, but his attitude carried when we literally did nothing wrong! As we were walking out the door I did curse and called him out of his name while speaking to my wife, and for that I apologize because that’s not what I want to represent even when dealing with a rude individual. But I was speaking to my wife and not to the barista. I just couldn’t believe the rudeness! We often travel and usually break down for a caffeinated drink for a quick pick me up. But we will never come back here and I will let ppl know to avoid this place at all costs! It’s sad because our drinks were actually good! But that barista pissed me off!!! We both respect people in the service industry, so we do our part by remaining respectful, utilizing patience and understanding when staff may be having a bad moment etc. We are just people trying to get through the day. But something about how intentionally rude this barista was just left us frustrated to no end! Unacceptable from that barista. And we tipped before all this happened smh! That guy shouldn’t be employed. You can tell he’s like this on the regular. Mistakes happen, but he acted as if this is his regular thing.
Surprisingly clean, but recently I was in line behind a customer who was taking forever to order, and I needed to get to a bathroom quickly and quiet asked an employee for the passcode to the restroom not wanting him to shout it out I showed him my credit card to indicate that I was about to make a purchase and pointed to the customer who was holding up the line. He told me to wait until I made a purchase. Not that my business is enough to impact the store but I will not go back.
